Octavia felt slightly foolish. Of course. Clement. Fairy Tail's guild master. How could she have not figured that out? She internally kicked herself for sounding so dumb, ignoring the harsh tone of Renae. However, her less-than-innocent laugh and unnerving smile didn't go unnoticed when the dark ecriture mage mentioned messing with her mind. Octavia narrowed her eyes, unwilling to force a smile, "You really are uneducated," she said, considering going into detail about how her spirits were able to open their own gates at will either by tapping into her magic energy or expending their own should she be able to project her distress strongly enough, but perhaps that would be giving too much away. Were they ever to fight, she needed to have a few tricks up her sleeve, "I was respectful enough not to doubt you as an S-class regardless of your age and size, so you can rest assured you shouldn't doubt me either," her sentence ended in a much harsher tone than intended, but it worked so she left it at that before Renae could snap back, waving back at Lumina as she walked away.
Octavia folded her arms on the table and sighed loudly. This sucked. Hardly anyone had given her station a second look. Probably because people tight fortune-telling was a load of crap. Hearing footsteps, her eyes flicked up to see two girls enter the tent. One of them had mousey-brown hair wearing a red dress with a beaming smile on her face and one with snow-white hair who seemed much less sure of herself. Both looked to be in their late teens to early twenties. Octavia sat up, "Hi," she smiled, "A Capricorn and a Libra? Alright then." Tapping the top of the lacrima on the table, a projection of the night sky appeared in the tent showing the connections of the constellation stars. Picking out the two requested zodiac constellations, Octavia studied them carefully, noting their position in the sky in relation to the planets, "So... as a Capricorn your ability is use. More than any of the other signs of the zodiac you're able to utilise all resources at your disposal," she began, recalling that many Capricorns she met tended to be holder magic users or casters that also used objects to aid them, "In regards to your love-based fortunes, you're a strong-minded person with good intentions but you must be careful with that. Strength can be intimidating and sometimes over-powering and many people like to share the burden of control in different situations. Just because you're able to use a situation to your advantage, doesn't mean you should always take the win," she said, "Thats not to say how you are is a defect, it's just how much of it you pour out into relationships." Switching her gaze from the brunette to the white-haired woman, she then focused on the Libra constellation in the projection, "As for you, in an obvious statement, your ability is balance. You're able to bring about balance internally and externally when needed and don't do a great deal in regard to extremes for fear of creating unbalanced results," she said, concentrating on the location of the Libra constellation, "As far as your love-based fortune goes, you should be finding yourself in a good position either as things are or the direction of where things are going in your love life. You have a clear idea in your head of how you would like things to be and that's good. However, be aware of being too set in your ways as a current or future partner may be the sort of person to enjoy more spontaneous things," she said, moving her eyes to the White-haired woman with a smile, "Basically, keep an open mind with your dating game." Shutting down the night sky lacrima, Octavia looked at the two of them, "These abilities either come naturally to you or are available through concentration of innate skill, that I can't tell, but things are looking good for you both. And don't let the fortunes play on your mind. The force the stars have is strong but you're still your own person. Don't be afraid to change the course of what has been laid out." Octavia laughed, "You've had the best fortunes since I got here. Perhaps that's why I've had a grand total of four people. So, you guys are from Fairy Tail, right? I saw your emblems."

Alyssa giggled at her best friends blush. She was a calm and powerful ice mage yet the idea of a kiss on the cheek caused her to become flustered. It was adorable. "We don't have to but it would be a shame to miss out on such a cutie," she said, quirking an eyebrow suggestively. Alyssa listened attentively to what Octavia was saying. She agreed with the point about her resourcefulness. Being a requip mage meant she had many objects at her disposal and she believed she used them well. Being an S-class wizard, and a good one, spoke for her in that regard. However, she felt a pang of unhappiness at hearing about her strength of character possibly working against her. She wasn't particularly looking for a romantic partner at this point, but when she finally did find someone, she didn't want to scare them off. "So, I should make sure not to be overbearing? I think I can do that," she said, considering what exactly that would involve. She couldn't stop being herself but perhaps Octavia had a point. A powerful female wizard could be intimidating, especially to a non-magic male. Alyssa nodded along with the celestial wizard's explanation of Katiki's horoscope love fortune, "Hear that, Inu? You might have to deal with a spontaneous man who wants wild adventures on the fly," she smirked, "Sounds exciting, right?"
Katiki nodded at the Celestial Wizard. The reading was right on the money. "I... I don't know about the spontaneous things... I'm a bit of a well... hermit in that aspect... As much as I love exploring and seeing new things, I also love to just do what I have been doing." Taking a deep breath she sighed. "But then again being a wizard means your put into a lot of different places, and people so I guess I better get used to it sooner or later." Katiki said laughing slightly. "I guess one day I will find that one person." she said with a small smile towards Alyssa."Thank you for your reading, it's helped me out in a way..." Katiki said smiling softy. As Octavia's mention of the fairy tail emblems, Katiki had a small smile. "Yeah we are apart of Fairy Tail, I have to say... if it wasn't for them... I don't know what, or where I would be." She said, and then lightly nudged Alyssa. "And if it wasn't for this brat here I probably wouldn't have stayed long in fairy tail." She said with a sad yet happy smile. "I really have a lot to be grateful for, and this guild, and the people in it... They are all truly amazing and powerful people." Katiki stopped talking and looked away, a slight blush upon her cheeks in embarrassment. "ah ha I'm sorry.. I tend to ramble on at times..."
Renae glared up at the towering masked man as he disagreed with her. "I'm not little," she insisted stubbornly. She knew her body might be tiny in comparison to his, but her magic power and attitude were hardly small in her opinion. Being called little one by this overpowered stranger only made her feel like she was being belittled. Frowning as he mentioned Clement, Renae puffed out her chest and placed her hands on her hips, leaning over the scones and muffins she had baked towards the man. "How do you know what magic people have?," she demanded in question. She was curious as to how he knew what magic she used. Hardly anyone knew what her magic even was, let alone that she was a caster of it. His talk about fate made her head hurt. Fate wasn't a player in her life, or at least she liked to think it wasn't. Renae hated fate. Was fate what had gotten her disowned? She glowered at the man before tsking under her breath and changing her ticked off glance to the scones that lay in front of her.

"$6.50 you say?" his attention turned to Lumina when she told him the price of all that he wanted to purchase. He took out his wallet and shuffled through the bills that he had in it. He found a $10 and placed in on the counter in front of Lumina. Along with the $10 bill, there was what seemed to be a playing card. But, it was no ordinary one. It appeared to be an Ace of Spades card at first glance, but there pistols in the corners of this card and a skull at the center of the middle Spade. "Oops, that's not meant for you, Darlin'," he retracted the card and slipped it back in to his wallet."Keep the change," he gave a wink.
All while purchasing his goods, he was listening to Renae. Her protest at her being called 'Little' was amusing to him and made him chuckle. The she asked her question about how he knew about other Mages' magic. "I'm observant," he tapped near the side of his left eye and then he winked his left eye. "These baked goods smell good," he grinned from underneath his bandanna. "Hmm, maybe I'll head over towards the Fortune Telling Booth," he thought aloud. "Take care of yourselves," he turned and waved to them.

Nathaniel carried the bag of baked goods with him over to the Fortune Telling Tent. When there, he sees two other mages getting their Fortunes told by the young Celestial Wizard. "They're from Fairy Tale," he muttered to himself when he saw the white haired wizard and her guild mate. "Hunter's Eye," his left eye glowed gold. "Ice and the other a Requip Mage," the gold in his eye faded and he nodded his head. "Fairy Tail has some impressive Wizards," he patiently waited at the entrance of the tent.

Octavia held her hands up in a 'calm down' gesture, "You don't have to change right away. It's an eventual thing. No one expects you to become a different person overnight but just be prepared," she said reassuringly, "The future can be abrupt." She smiled at the white-haired woman's talk of her time in Fairy Tail and her friendship with the brunette. She made a shooing motion with her hand when she apologised for rambling, "It's ok. It's nice hearing stuff like that," she said, "Guilds are the foundation of building dreams and I hope you continue to have good experiences in Fairy Tail," she added. In the corner of her eye, Octavia caught sight of the man from earlier, Nathaniel, standing just outside of the open tent, "Oh, hi there," she said, smiling and waving, "Are you here to have your fortune told? I'm just about done here." She turned her attention back to the two women, "Thank you, ladies. I hope you enjoy the rest of your festival time!," she beamed before beckoning over the stranger.

Alyssa chuckled at Katiki's stumbled words of her vague objection to change and her worry of sudden deviation, "Don't worry, Inu, I'll be right here for you if something goes sideways," she said, grasping the ice mage's hand. Following Octavia's gaze, Alyssa also noticed the man standing just outside of the tent. He looked unfamiliar but he was clearly a wizard, the strong magic energy emitting from him gave that away. He appeared to be waiting his turn for having his fortune told, "Oops, seems like we're in the way," she said, standing, "Well, thank you very much, Octavia. It was lovely meeting you, it was a great experience hearing what you had to say about mur horoscopes." Reaching into her pocket, she produced a $20 bill and placed it on the table, "There you go, have a nice night!" she beamed, grabbing Katiki's hand and moving her outside. She didn't really like the look or feel of the tall stranger, "Come on, Inu, let's go and watch the night sky display. Master Clement is performing in it."
Katiki smiled as Alyssa held her hand. With a nod and thank you to the young Celestial Wizard. She then placed a 20 down as well and smiled. When she turned around she came face to face with this man. *I don't like this feeling he's giving.* Katiki offered a small smile at the man, and then looked back at Octavia. "Just call if you need anything alright?" Katiki said as Alyssa was dragging her off. With a small laugh Katiki looped her arm with Alyssa's. "Alright, alright were going." She said with a real smile upon her face. "If I know that man as well as I do he's going to put on a real show for us." Katiki said. With a burst of excitement she grabbed onto Alyssa's hand and led her a different way. "Come this way we will have a great view from over here!" she said as she took her to a near by hill with the perfect view of the night show. " I came across this place when I was still new to the guild and the view from here is just superb, I've been wanting to show it to you for a while now, but We've never had the time." Katiki said as they got to the hill that over looked the display area.

Location: Fortune Telling Tent with Octavia
"Enjoy the rest of the Festival," he called to the Requip Mage and the Ice Mage. He then turned his dark eyes to Octavia and made his way to the open chair in front of her. "So, how does this work?" he asked in a dark voice. He placed the bag of baked goods on the table, slightly off to the side. "Do you need my horoscope? Do you read my palm?" he had an idea it would have to do with the horoscope since she was a Celestial Wizard.
Clement let out a cheer as Kai popped twenty nine of the thirty balloons. He wished he had a throwing arm that could match his accuracy as well as Kai's did. Unfortunately there were no real tricks in balloon and darts that he could tap into, just skill and some luck. "You did great!," he clapped the lightning dragon slayer on the back before picking out a stuffed rabbit and nodding towards the trinkets, bracelets, and stationary sets that were laid out on the counter top. "Misaka, pick one," he beamed at her. She had been so close to getting a prize and Clement didn't want her to be the only one walking away from the booth without receiving something. Besides, he didn't need any of the prizes laid out on the table and it wasn't as though he was keeping the bunny for himself. Renae would be on the receiving end of his gift. Perking up as an announcement blared over the loudspeakers, Clement raised an eyebrow and smiled at the two lightning users. "That's us," he declared brightly, "I would choose another game but it looks like we have to head over for the performance now. What do you guys have prepared for the show?," he asked, holding the stuffed toy to his side as he began to walk in the direction of the performance arena alongside Kai and Misaka.
BASIC SPELLS/ARMOURS/ETC.: ● Light Body: A spell which allows the user to turn their own physical body into a mass of light, rendering any physical attack useless. ● Light Cane: The user transforms their hand into a whip composed of light to strike their opponent. ● Light Sword: The user transforms their hand into a sword composed of light to strike their opponent. ● Light Dome: The user creates a dome of light around themselves and others; offers protection to minor attacks. ● Light Jigsaw: The user transforms part of their body into a swirling mass of light that can slice their opponents like a saw. ● Light Lock: The user creates a large sphere of light that can be used to attack their target while they are trapped inside it. ● Light Slicer: By swiping their arm, the user sends scythe-like blades of light at their intended target, which are powerful enough to cleanly slice through solid rock. It can also be used as a form of defense to intercept an attack. ● Light Claw: The user slashes their light-covered hands, creating a torrent of light that engulfs their target. ● Light Shield: The user displays a large wall of light in front of them, protecting/reflecting projectiles off of it. ● Rain of Light: The user moves their hands in various ways, ultimately placing their index and middle fingers on their forehead and sequentially swiping them forward along with their other hand. From both extended palms, the user fires multiple rays of Light Magic towards the target.
ADVANCED SPELLS/ARMOURS/ETC.: ● Light Nebula: Two waves of light rotate around each other and form a helix that blast the opponent into the air with tremendous force. ● Pixel: The user utilizes this spell in conjunction with Light Body, the user rushes toward their target and renders them blind with a bright force of light. Aside from its traditional use, the user may also utilize this spell for the purpose of enhanced mobility. ● Light Cyclone: The user forms a circular torrent of light in front of their hands and uses the cyclone of light to attack their target. ● Wrath: The user releases a continuous surge of destructive light, which destroys everything in its path.
ULTIMATE SPELLS/ARMOURS/ETC.: ● Purge: When activated, bright columns of light will rain down upon the cast area and offer protection, support, and heals to allies whilst sapping energy from enemies. The more people this is used on, the more of a toll it takes on the caster. ● Heaven: When activated, bright orbs of light will rain down from the sky, anything they touch will disintegrate into white light. Cannot differentiate between friend and foe, meant to be used in a one on one fight.

Octavia felt extremely curious and slightly lucky. It wasn't every say she got to delve into a part of the life of such a mysterious stranger and it was a good note to end her stint in the fortune tent on. She cleared her throat before responding to his question of what she would be doing. "Well, first I'll need to know your star sign," she began to explain, tapping the night sky lacrima, "Then I'll find the constellation for that star sign," she continued, pointing to the highlighted star clusters connected with thin lines to illustrate all 88 constellations, "And judging by the position in the sky and proximity to other objects like the sun and planets, I can tell your fortune," she concluded with a smile, "So, what's your sign?,"

Misaka felt a rush of joy and appreciation, "Really? You mean it?" she asked, "Thank you, Master!" she exclaimed, turning to look at the wide selection of prizes, "I'll take that one please," she requested, pointing to a green frog plush keyring. She held it tight to her once the man behind the counter handed her the cuddly accessory. Turning back to beam at her guild master, she bowed her head in gratitude. Looking toward the Lightning dragon slayer beside her, she poked his arm, "What prizes are you gunna get, Kai?" she questioned. Hearing the announcement over the tannoy, Misaka jumped up and down, "It's time to light up the sky! I'm gunna create a tonne of heart-shapes out of lightning using a new technique I developed!" she cried excitedly, following Master Clement obediently to the performance area. She clipped the frog to her belt and rubbed her hands together, creating warm sparks, "I am so pumped for this!"

Alyssa nodded in agreement with Katiki, "Yeah, Master Clement never lets anyone down when it comes to putting on a spectacular show. Misaka and Kai are both participating as well. Between them there'll be one hell of a lightning storm. I just hope they don't overdo it," she laughed nervously. Half-jogging to keep up with Katiki's pace, the requip mage let her best friend drag her up a nearby hill. Turning to look behind her, Alyssa was met with a view like no other. Even though they were only a short distance from the festival, she could see everything. "Oh wow, Inu, this is perfect! I can see everything!" she exclaimed, dropping down to her backside on the grass and admiring the view. She patted the space beside her and settled down to enjoy the show that was about to happen.
A grin came across his face when the Celestial Wizard explained her process of reading one's fortune. He was indeed correct that it had to deal with the zodiac. But then it involved the positioning of the sign among the other eighty-eight heavenly bodies. This should prove interesting. "My birthday is August fifth, so that would make me....," he thought for a moment. "Leo, the Lion," he gave a low growl in his throat at the mention of his zodiac. "Is he not the leader of the Zodiac?" he grinned once more from underneath his bandanna.
