JHANA - post 2
Jhana nodded in agreement. "Yeah, the crowd is pretty thick here, I'm sure it would be better if we all just stuck together." She piped in.
Her brother and sister were asking about what they were even going to buy and Jhana had to think hard on that. Really she had just wanted to come for the experience. To be able to see someplace new... so she didn't really have any idea what she wanted. Maybe some new clothes? Or... well... maybe someone at the market was selling jewelry she might like.
She shrugged her shoulders. "I'm not really sure, but I'm sure I'll know it when I see it. So wherever you guys want to go." She grinned to her siblings. It wasn't usual for Jhana to not have some sort of preference, but maybe it was just the idea of not being grounded that put her in a more carefree state of mind.

MIRIN - post 2
She bobbed through the crowd, heading for the nearest stall when something familiar caught her eye. It was the hair that had her attention first. That sandy blonde hair and the constant look of on the verge of being lost on her face.
Mirin grinned and cut a bee line straight for her friend. "Korra! Hey Korra!" She called waving her arm as she got closer. "Long time no see! Good to see you finally out of Jauhar."

Kalliope Post 2 When Ouen told her what not to buy, claiming he wouldn't be carrying anything and that poor Shen was weighed down with her, she paused long enough to shoot him a glare. "You will carry whatever I get for OUR baby." Kalli hadn't made any demands on Ouen as far as marriage and the like but she would demand that he be a dad. Carrying things that were bought for the little one was included in that. "And I am not getting heavier by the minute!" Just like that the pregnancy hormones swung her mood in the other direction. Tears had begun to gather at his comment. Before they could fall, however, she reached out and smacked him on the arm. Being that she was no fighter it was more of a love tap than anything. After that she went back to waddling along so that she could find things to look at. "Just look for something cute." The young dancer sighed at him. Stereochrome Bwahaha! He told her she's getting heavier! XD Oh lord Ouen.

TYYN - post 2
She picked up a bracelet here, a necklace there, and eventually put them all back down again. They weren't really Tyyn's type, though she... didn't really know what her type was really. She hadn't really worn much jewelry before. Was it possible to just not have a type?
She pursed her lips and with a sigh put her hands behind her head, only to be bumped into by another leaf earthling. She grumbled and put on her finest "what is wrong with you" face, something she could only have picked up from her mother and turned to face the guy. "Yo, you have a problem, or what?"

V'demhe Post 2 Her youngest child, the fire water hybrid by the name of Valharii, had grabbed her hand and was pulling her along to look at something that had caught the girl's attention. Dem was able to tell her sister, Keket, to stay close to Masika and that was it. With a laugh she shook her head and did her best to keep pace with her energetic youngling and keep her from running into strangers. "Alright, alright. Valharii you need to slow down before you run someone over." Or something! The alkidike moved to the side to avoid colliding with a young couple and lost her grip on her adopted daughter's hand. "Ah, Valharii!" Thankfully she could still see the little one. Unfortunately, in calling for the girl she had distracted her and the child ended up bumping into someone. V'demhe chuckled and moved forward to collect the child, lifting her up off the ground and placing her on her hip. "Sorry about that, she gets excited when we go shopping." Barihn Post 2"Heeerrreee, let me fix that," Barihn drawled out, licking his finger before trying to brush some of the powdered sugar off of the man before him. He was very different than the people of Tale, and his black hair intrigued him. He had heard of the icelings with blueish hair and skin, but the man was pale. He wasn't really sure what he was. Barihn reached out, patting him down as well as trying to salvage his treat from him in any way that he could. "There's no reason for you to apologiiiize. I'm the one who bumped into you," he smiled, glancing around him. He hoped the man wasn't too mad, but it was a bit hard to tell. All he could think to do was hold up some of the squished sugary goodness. "Wanna trrryyy? It's interesting. I've never had anything like it."

Orpheus Solon Lixes [with Jearmi mentioned] Drexl - Post Miqwe gave Lixes a soft bark followed by a gentle nudge. Drexl noticed that Jerami had indeed spotted him, seeing the wave he returned it. With a light blush to his ears. He glanced to his brother. "Well...Jerami did say that he was apart of triplets..." Did he say that only to Drexl? The bigger male couldn't remember as he was led through the market. Taking mental note to find Jearmi later, perhaps introduce him to Miqwe and such...

Xariy Post 2"The market is just getting started, dearest. I'm sure we can goof around for a bit without getting into too much trouble. Unless you want to get into some trouble. Then that can definitely be arranged." While she was ready to work the market and do whatever else was required of her, she was also here to have a little fun for herself for once. It felt like it had been forever since she'd been able to do something without her parents breathing down her neck, so now was the time to let loose. "I'll make sure to make this endeavor entertaining for your fidgety self to enjoy, sweetheart. Drinking, merriment. The whole thing."

Issaly - Post 2 Issaly chuckled as he held out his hand for Flower to land on it. "Hello, Flower! Good to see you're here. That must mean..." he watched as Flower rejoined Therus and the two led him back to where Issaly saw Aysun talking with a Janarim owner. He nodded to himself. Made sense. He waited till the other was finished before he walked up and hugged Aysun. "Hi!!!" he was excited to see the elder again. A small bead of warmth slipped down his spine as he looked up at Aysun. "Good to see you out here!" he looked around. "Only little Sinni?" he nodded. "I left my two large goofballs at a stable back in the settlement. Didn't think it was wise to bring them around crowds." He looked down to Ullyee. "We both know she would of tracked me."

Eziya Post 2"Maybe. I suppose I could have healing supplies in my pack if we wanted to travel instead of setting up a shop," Eziya muttered thoughtfully, swinging their hands as they walked onward. She was a lady with a plan for once and she was going to figure it out! Turning back to the leaf beside her, she grinned up at him before slowing their walk a bit. "I should stop being selfish. Is there anything you wanted to do? Don't let me drag you around or anything." She gave him a quick peck on the cheek after she spoke, attempting to apologize for whatever she thought she had done. "Just let me know what you would like."

Hulis - Post 2 Hulis chuckled a little. "Yeah...I got him. Mom said to take care of him to learn how to be responsible." a soft mewl and he had the tiny waterskin lowered for the baby to suckle from. "For now...he's a handful...literally." he giggled as his own joke. He glanced up as a new person walked up, a leaf female from the looks of her. Nice braids. He smiled in greeting. "Hello! I'm Hulis...you're a new face. Friend of Li's?" he looked at his older friend.

Eirlys - Post 2 Eirlys hummed. "Yes, I think a new outfit for both of us is in order." she winked. "Perhaps we could leave the kids at the Inn for a little bit..." she wanted some...alone time with her husband. Blinking as she recalled Ergon. She'd have to suggest something to her mate the male was most likely going to flip over. She glanced to him, deciding to talk with him later. Right now was more for bonding. Or teasing...yeah she could totally tease him. "Mmmm, how about you find me a new corset and lace me up?" she purred softly to him.

Ouen - 2
"Yeah, back from th' Markets in Neued, mebbe. Not back all the way from Sauti, missy." Ouen snorted, rolling his eyes. She said 'our' baby like she expected it to have some special effect on him, and so far he hadn't quite been able to figure out what it was he was supposed to do. It wasn't like he didn't get[/it] that it was their baby. It wasn't like he didn't sometimes stare at her round, growing belly with the strangest sense of wonder he'd ever felt.
But he really wasn't sure why it meant he was supposed to be a pack mule. Babies didn't know anything, anyway! A baby wouldn't know an expensive Sauti rattle from a radaku's tail.
"I'm just askin' you not to buy furniture, thassall. Especially none o' that fancy Oban stuff. Look at that, it'd break my back." He pointed at a stall selling a richly carved bed, although admittedly he wasn't sure if even Kalliope would demand a double-wide four-poster bed for a baby.
For them, maybe. For when they moved out of their tent. They'd talked about that some, and he'd agreed, because well, she was carrying his child and you just agreed to stuff like that. But they still haven't quite figured out where to go and what to do about it, so it was too early on to be buying beds.
"You's can buy all the trinkets you want. Look at that thing!"
He reached out to pick up a stuffed mammu, one of those big beasts they had over in Zena. It was fluffy and pretty silly-looking, with big bead eyes and a long hanging trunk. He wriggled it at Kalli's face and it's ears flopped back and forth comically.

Driidipost twoHis attention shifted to her immediately, confident that every snippet of conversation was ultimately directed at him, though not exactly aware of this vanity. Thankfully, in this case, it was. Drii wasn't exactly surprised to see an Oban, considering he was one, but the young woman's presence made him feel more at ease anyway. Later, when he'd had a chance to think about that, he'd be annoyed with himself, but for now he smiled.
"Maybe. I've got money to spend and no idea what to buy. It's a serious problem."

Zayana - 2
Zayana's antennae twitched as her sister spoke, keeping close to hear the low conversation and biting her lip. Their mothers had warned them, Lumikani had explained it in detail in fact just what the world before them was like. They knew that there would be Earthlings who would hate them, and than those who would sway them against their cause. And, if they ran into the old sisterhood, that would be even worse.
Yet, she never could have comprehended what she faced. So, she took a chance and let her pink-tinted fingers drift away from her sleeves and take Kanika's hand in a sign of reassurance. They were sisters. They were Elaria. They were strong.
Then she saw the hybrid.
Oh my! Such a sight to see someone who looked like home but was so different. For a moment, she imagined them as her, cousins from a different tree, but then she saw another crystal-walker with similar coloring and let out a bit of a snarl.
"I see..." She mumbled, feeling disgusted and confused. The idea was instilled in her by their teachings, but to see one was so foreign because they simply didn't exist on their homeland.
Her attention shifted to their mystic, always on their mystic, and the conversation the young Elaria had with their most seasoned guardian. Naqenni reminded her of her mothers, so certain in her ways, and it reassured Zayana just listening to the eldest. Her shoulders no longer slumped and she took pride in her race, and where they were. Yes, it was a mass of foreigners, but she was strong, and chosen.
And then, the mystic was off, and Zayana began to pull her sister as well into the direction of their little group.
"I'd be interested in trying food from an Alkidike..." She admitted slowly, "My mothers always speak fondly of the creatures and meals on Chibale..."
