Xyla pointed left. "I think we go that way." With no one to contest her, they followed Xyla's suggestion. They found people down that way, which certainly implied that they were going in the right direction. The next two stops earned Xyla a set of candy canes and a stuffed kidden.
Yeah, they were probably going the right way. Yaviss got a bundle of candy canes from one of the next trivia stops.
Mary suspected that any way they picked would be the right way--it was that sort of game. She won a book at one of the questions.
Nkiruka really hoped they were going the right way--she didn't want to get lost. Dad was playing a set later, and she wanted to be back in time to see it! She took a lollipop from one of the trivia masters and kept as close to her brother as she could.
Verity was getting better and better with the catapults, and won another book for her collection.
Ebene sighed. "It's okay," she muttered. "Just...I don't like to talk about my past, okay? I'd like it to be...not public information." She answered another riddle and collected a black boa.
Amut nodded. "I understand," she murmured. Her next riddle guess won her a set of brown antlers.
Sigrin played the memory card game, and in the first round won an antler headband.
Queresa threw another beanbag and won a silver boa.
Cuileann decided she wanted to find something to do, she was re energized and felt fantastic after a short nap. Feeling like she was walking on air she zoomed around the fair grounds looking for something extra fun to do when she spied a small round table. It looked weird to her so she walked over and read the lone piece of paper on the table. If you can figure out the number that I had written somewhere on this paper you win a plush!
Cuileann looked and turned the paper sideways and even upside down, starting to feel like she failed she suddenly saw something in the corner just barely there. Squinting she made out the number, 4 and said it outloud. A small heavyset man came out of the side of the tent next to the table and said "Congrats! You win!" "Thought this be easier then it is so far you are the only one to find the number, choose and he motioned to the tent behind him. She went inside and she noticed a giant plush and asked for that one, she was handed it and off she went off to find a new game to try.
Bored, he was beginning to get bored. He had people watched, data collected, played a few games and such but he felt like he did not have much more to do. Sighing he walked slowly around when he saw something out of the corner of his eye. SNOW! He ran over to find a row of lovely snowglobes on a small table. Asking how to obtain one, the lovely woman said simple, you ask! He nodded then asked if he could have one and she handed him the shinest one of them all. Thank you was said as he walked off shaking his newest trinket.
After her much needed nap Karayas was back at the festival looking for something specific. She saw another student wearing a bright bulb around her neck and she wanted one to. Walking up each aisle she finally spied what she was hunting for and raced over. It was a game, she had to spin a big wheel and if she chose the right color she would win. She looked at the board and chose Red. The male spun the wheel and it went by very fast then slowed down and suddenly stopped on RED! She won and was happy she smiled as she was handed the pretty necklace and skipped off to find something else to do.
Kayndie had managed to detach herself from the blue Baph male that was trying to talk to her and she ended up farther away in the festival then she intended. Looking around she saw a table which held familiars or what she thought was familiars, rushing over she was disappointed in they were plushes. When she heard a small voice ask if she was alright, turning she spied a small freshling dressed in all black with a familiar on his arm. "Yes I guess I am alright, I wanted a familiar and thought this was where I could get one, but it's plushes" she sighed.
{{I know it's Iason's turn next but Kalek will be offering her his familiar for a plush so his reply will be next.}}
"You want a familiar?" he asked in a small squeaky voice. "Well you see I won another one and already have 2, I don't think I can take care of 3. I would like a plush, how about we trade? Unless you don't want to..." he said with wide eyes.
"You would give that to me? Your choice of a familiar for a plush?" she was stunned a freshling she did not know would offer. "If you are serious I will take you up on that offer, where do we go? But before we do pick out your plush so we can go get my familiar." she said and pointed to the table.
Kalek smiled and got all happy, "Yay, I would like that one" and pointed to a large plush. He was handed the plush and with that turned and said "Follow me, I will show you where" and walked off.
Kayndie followed and he took her to a large tent where inside was familiars. So many different species and colors, she was thrilled. Looking over them carefully she finally chose one due to how shy it was and the fact it was a Fluffbug. They were rare to get as a familiar and the icy blue color was beautiful. Turning to Kalek she said "Thank you little one, you just made my day. My name is Kayndie, you just made a friend" and held out her hand.
Kalek blushed and took her hand, shaking it. "I am Kalek, my pleasure. I wanted a plush the most and now I have a giant one! It's almost as big as me!" giggling he bowed. "I must be going I have so much to see in this festival, I hope to see you again. Thank you for the plush!
Iason was on a sugar rush from all that candy and sweet hot drinks, he stumbled a bit to head back to his dorm room to sleep for abit. He was not feeling to well. He stopped, leaned his hand on a table for a minute to rub his stomach a bit when he turned he saw amazing snowglobes lined up in a neat row. Amazed at the detailing, he asked how he could obtain one. He was told, toss a dart at that board. Each color represents a specific globe, we don't tell you which is which so go ahead. Tossing it he landed on a blue panel and was handed the snowglobe he had admired. Shaking it he smiled and slowly walked off towards his dorm for some sleep.

Arivan stopped looking at the book they'd chosen and stuffed it into the stocking. With a little bit of a skip to their step Arivan decided to explore more of the tables that were piled high with items, soon finding a cute little plant which needed far more light then it was getting in Arivan's opinion so would need to reside on the window sill.

Watching several freshlings run around and giggle, Cuileann could not help it she laughed along with them. She was feeling energized after she huddled inside a tent for warmth. The weather was really cold and she was being careful how much time she spent out in it. Realizing she was getting hungry she walked off towards the middle of the festival where the food booths usually were when suddenly a plushie was dropped in front of her. Startled she looked about but saw no one and she giggled when she saw the note. "For you my friend" picked it up and continuted on walking to find food.
Lokni was beginning to feel lonely, remembering the was familiars to be won here he walked off in search of a booth or tent that housed them. Took him awhile but he found a small tent and inside were the familiars, they were everwhere. He did not know what he wanted just a friend, one who would be with him wherever he ventured. He sat down on the dusty floor and waited just watching them. Waiting to see if any would venture over to him, trusting him enough to come near. He seemed to wait an eternity when a small noise caught his attention, hovering next to him was a Fluffbug! It was pretty, a green colored one. It seemed to have a twinkle in it's eye. "Would you like to come home with me? I need a new friend" he asked as he slowly reached out his hand. "I won't hurt you" he promised. The Fluffbug slowly buzzed from side to side before landing softly on his upturned palm, and fluffed their wings and settled down. Taking that as a yes, Lokni carefully got up and walked out of the tent before turning back and looking for something to carry his new friend in. It was cold and he did not want it getting cold, they he remembered stockings were there for each student to take. He ran quickly to obtain one to put his new friend in to keep warm.
Karayas was having so much fun, although she needed a small nap. She seemed to tire more easily these past few days, all the excitement of the festival. Before she left she saw a pair of antlers that you wore on your head, giggling she played the game and won a pair. Putting them on her head she walked back to her room to sleep, it was getting late and she should have already been in bed.
Kayndie was happy, she made two new friends. A familiar and a freshling who seemed to be very nice. Gifting her his familiar for her plushie. She was happy with her new friend by her side then she saw a small game booth and decided to try. It was simple, pop the balloon. She was given 1 dart to pop a balloon. You miss you lose you pop it you win whatver prize is listed on the tag. Simple enough. She picked up her dart and tossed it popped a large green balloon. The game attendant picked up her tag and said "Familiar" your choice and pointed to the side of the booth. There was several familiars awaiting a home. Sighing to herself as she now would have two familiars to have a friends she carefully looked them over. A lovely Skyfish seemed to be looking at her with hope it it's eyes. She asked for that one and off she went with her newest friend in tow.
Iason wanted something as a memento of this festival that stayed true to the season. Something cold something fun. When his eyes fell on the enchanted cotton balls that was cold to the touch, he wanted one. He could not help it they were to awesome not to have, thinking of the ways he could use them he laughed. Picking up one he told the attendant thank you and walked off towards his dorm.
Kalek found snowglobes! He saw several other students walking around with them and he had been searching for awhile trying to find them. Staring at them he found himself wanting one more than ever, he asked shyly for one and was handed one of the more lovely ones. He was happy, so happy. Skipping off he shaked his new toy and giggled.

Xyla was apparently their pathfinder now, with them letting her take the lead on picking paths. So far, she was doing well, leading them to two more trivia masters. She got candy canes and a stuffed fox from them.
Mary was confident in the designers of the maze enough to let someone else take the lead. She collected another book from a trivia master.
Nkiruka got a bracelet that she immediately slipped on her wrist. She liked it, and she liked the trivia questions.
Anchriesel shrugged. "This game is pretty good, personally." He threw a ball and won a book.
Naihilus nodded. It was hard to argue with that, especially when his next hoop was nothing but net and won him a stuffed fennekit and a bundle of candy canes.
Darryl was reluctant to move on now that he had won a pet. His next couple of tosses won him a blue bulb and, delight of delights, a jackalope plushie! It was blue, and it was a bunny--the double transgression against his older sister. Peeeerrfect.
Denidar was getting a little tired, but he didn't dare back down now. Sara seemed to be gaining energy the longer she went on. Deni won a holiday-themed bracelet when, panting, he crossed the finish line.
Melisara felt like she could fly--the endorphins were filling her with so much energy! She even crossed the finish line in under enough time to win a pet rat!
Raniol also finished behind his sister. As he took a bracelet for himself, he looked at the others. "Let's find a beanbag toss 'r somethin'. Deni looks exhausted."
Eidil was definitely getting into the groove of bowling. She won another book this time around--she was probably close to getting all of the books that she wanted.
Queresa was finding more company around the beanbag toss--it was probably time to move on to the catapult toss or something. But her last rounds of beanbags paid off and she won a pet kidden, which made her heart just sing.
Ebene smiled. "Thank you for understanding, Amut." They fell silent for a while, in which Ebene won a bracelet and a stuffed fennekit.
Amut felt embarrassed by the silence, but even more so by her possible indiscretions. It made her feel...well, grumpy. She won another tough riddle and got another fluffbug for her growing collection.
Sound Lee quite liked the duck game that Aura had picked--he even won another rat! It was hard to complain about something like that.
Aurabelle was glad that Sound Lee was having fun, especially since they themselves had just won some candy and a stuffed vespercat. This was a good game.
Yaviss followed along, occasionally trying to peer over the top of the walls to see if they were going in the right direction. He collected a lollipop from one of the trivia masters and put it away in his pocket for later.
Heru tossed another ring and won a pink necklace. This one would represent Evey.
Sigrin's next memory game guess won xem a red boa that xe planned to wear on stage later.
The boys were starting to get tired and they were getting bogged down with gifts. But after dropping off their prizes at the car, Verity wanted to go back for something. The boys exchanged glances that bordered on the impertinent, but they followed her dutifully back to the fennekit lady, from whom they adopted another fennekit.
Mary rolled her eye at Yaviss. "I don't think you're allowed to do that, Yaviss," she said. She tucked a book from their latest trivia guess (they were getting harder and harder) in her stocking.
Nkiruka looked around. "There's no one to catch us," she said. She put the bracelet she'd won on her wrist.
Xyla giggled. "Still, maybe we shouldn't just in case. There could be someone waiting on the other side to startle us." The last two guesses had earned her a stuffed jackalope and a bucket of fake snowballs. She couldn't wait to play with them at home.
Naihilus's next hoop once again proved successful. He picked out another flitterrat for Kunibert.
<-- For Kunibert
Eidil collected one last book from the bowling game. "I think I'm almost done here," she said. "We still on for dancing after this?"
Heru had almost everything she wanted from the event now, but Darryl seemed determined to get something else, so they'd be here for a while yet. Heru's next win was a potted plant--not what she'd expected, but still pretty nice.
Darryl was indeed determined not to go home yet--there was still a skyfish to be won! He finally won a third skyfish, a brown one, and put it away. He looked around. "What next?" he asked his sister.
Ebene reached out a hand to pat the unusually quiet Amut on the back. "You okay?" she murmured. Her next two riddles won her a stuffed cat and a yellow necklace, but she wanted to concentrate on her friend as well.
Amut nodded. "I'll be okay, don't worry, I've just got a lot of stuff on my mind." She won a book and put it away without paying it too much attention.
Verity was ready to go home now, and so were the boys. Shera would be home soon, and they had a couple of errands to make before they got home. Verity stretched and made her way back towards the door, but the boys weren't done yet. They wanted to play the darts game before they left. Verity sighed, but gave in and played a couple rounds of darts. Her first prize was another book.
Melisara nodded. "A beanbag toss sounds good to me." She let Niol lead the way, since he seemed to know where it was. Once there, she won a book with one of her first tosses.
Denidar was glad for a breather and shot his brother a grateful smile. His first prize was a boa.
Raniol returned the smile with a cheery grin. Hey, he had to look out for his twin! His first prize was a golden boa.
Sound Lee was happy to continue the so-called duck race game. He won a snowflake bracelet during the course of the game.
Aurabelle won something even better that round--a pet! It was a red fluffbug, a very pretty one. And it was all theirs!
Sigrin was happy to keep playing the memory card game and win accessories to wear onstage. Xeir next prize, for example, was a red bracelet.
Queresa wasn't quite done with the day yet. She kept throwing beanbags and got a green boa for her efforts.
Yaviss blushed, tail twitching. "Yeah, alright," he grumbled. He listened to the conversation and eventually got stuck in--it was about video games, which admittedly he didn't have a lot of experience with, but they sounded pretty fun? He got some candy from their next trivia question.
Anchriesel smiled. "Kuni really loves rats, doesn't he?" he murmured. He'd heard about Kunibert before. He tossed another hoop and won a book to add to his ever-growing collection.
