Now he was back at the prone Bad Boy's side. Renegade used his left hand to grab Bad Boy's far arm and sneak behind the Rumble winner, making him choke himself with his own arm. Young then went for a Cut-Throat Saito Suplex to change the tides of momentum in this match!

Renegade had taken this time to heal. The a** whooping he had endured and putting a huge chunk of energy into the start of this match had taken his toll on him, and he needed to take some time to recuperate. He lifted his side of the mat, reaching for a handful of nothing. The audience clapped in unison for him to rise to his feet before Bad Boy would. They wanted the underdog to come out victorious, and he couldn't take much more from Bad Boy if he wanted to win.

Young crawled to the turnbuckle closest to him, pulling himself up with the two perpendicular set of ropes. He hunched over the top turnbuckle very briefly before turning to Bad Boy with anger and impatience in his eyes. The California Kid signaled for his devious opponent to stand so he could abuse that ugly mutt a little more!

Boots to faces always made Young happy. He preferred the Corner Yakuza Kick, but as made apparent earlier, Bad Boy had scouted that out. He clutched his ribs while waiting for his adversary to stand, but once the Rumble winner rose to his feet, Renegade went for a stiff superkick aimed right at Bad Boy's big mouth!

The king of the indies stumbled back from his own superkick as well, but was able to approach Bad Boy and meet the Rumble winner as soon as he bounced back. Renegade Young went to spin his opponent around and hop on his shoulders to hit him with his trademark signature, the Inverted Frankensteiner!

Landing on his ribs after the maneuver was a sacrifice Renegade was willing to take, but it didn't help that it still hurt him like a son of a b***h. The severe beating done on his torso was not going away -- not in this match, not by tonight when he got to his hotel, and certainly not by tomorrow morning. Young winced in pain on the mat, but got to his knees and tried to push Bad Boy on his back, going for the hook of the leg and a cover!

It was a move he had used to put people away early in his career, but it was against opponents who were know where near Bad Boy's toughness and veteran experience. Young was still surprised; he was looking forward to this contest. Coming out victorious, especially after the disrespect shown to him earlier, was important to the California Kid. He looked towards the referee in heartbreak and disbelief. Surely it had been three! Renegade was upset, and went to lift Bad Boy up by the ears once more. If it went uninterrupted, Young would try to push him against the ropes and Irish whip him into the parallel set. If Bad Boy had bounced back like Renegade had anticipated, he would attempt a rare but passion-filled lariat!
