just came across this  in the profile of "Ultimate Wrath in a Can" I don't know that he stole it or anything, it's just that when I see work of this quality and there is no signature on the edit, and I have never seen any edit's by the user, I get a little suspicious. I am not claiming he stole it, just posting it for anyone who might recognize the work to see. I think I know whos it is, but I can't remember for sure... I almost wonder if this is the same vash that.. I think Mercy had in her sig, if I am remembering right.

I did have one in my signature...I had to take it out because it was snatched up as soon as I attached it. I don't think this one is mine, however, let me check...No, that one isn't mine-but I do appreciate the heads-up Judyfay! xd
I have to say that I agree with your suspicions, but you never know. I'll keep an eye out!

I really must start signing my work... I've not encountered anyone who's stolen my stuff on Gaia yet, but still...
I did get a custom portrait stolen on Furcadia, though. Right off of my very own character! I didn't see the culprit, but this guy comes up to me and asks if someone I can't remember the name of was the person who drew my portrait. I answer, of course, "No, I did it myself." He then says "You did not, I've seen that exact portrait on someone else, right down to the fish!" After I point out my little HPL logo in the corner of said portrait, he STILL doesn't believe me...

I'll also start signing my own, even though I never seen anybody steal my work sweatdrop , and I want to make a good signature first though.

Well, signatures can be removed easily, unless you put it ON the character. Although, when I think about it: if they know their way around pixels than they can still steal it. sweatdrop

Trinityblue *just saw this* um, shao, could you pm me what you worked out w/ him? those angel wing he's useing are mine...... *knows her wings anywhere, but doesn't really mind* *edit* ...... correction... *goes off to ask him something, finding her wings were once for sell... as are another set of her wings* his:  <- missed a spot... mine: *has asked he take these and another set of hers down....just waiting for reply* Sorry, Trin... All I talked to him about was my edit that he put on his signature. I said I'll let him use it, but I had no issues discussed with him regarding his actual wings store. it's ok, shao ^_^ i don't mind the wings in the banner. i actually think they look good.... sweatdrop but i did mind his selling of them.
i sent him a pm lastnight, and made a copy in his shop (because people were saying he wasn't responding to their pms about things they had bought and not reveived, just wanted him to see it). and i received a reply that was a run on sentence of typos and denials. so, i pointed them all out, compared to my edits and asked he remove them from his shop. even if he says he's not selling those, they should be removed. sweatdrop
so... more waiting! sweatdrop

Did she make some of those edits for you? Yes, but my gaia name was changed about 2 times since I joined. She is my of my best gaia friends. Her, me and about 6 other ppl tryed running a mall together, but it didn't do that good. Before that, her and 1 other guy ran an avatar editing store. EDIT: Few other things I left out. Skorch Kirby was my name on gaia when I first joined (spet. 29th 2003) between then and march it was changed again, and cuz of a glitch I sent all my stuff to this account and my name changed again, that happened around the last week of feb./first week of march. Also, that is how my avatar first looked when I joined. Once I made the new account, I made a new avatar. When I made the new avatar I asked them and they let me change the hair/face to my new avatar. And I don't think I have known anybody else on gaia longer then them. Some of them looked familiar to me at first, also, but they are different with closer inspection, just like you say. You're not the only one to make this mistake, so don't worry. Lots of times there are just a limited number of reference pictures you can find for a specific character, so people end up making the same avatar edit with the same colours, pose, etc...
