Thank you for the feedback. We are currently working on the UI for dress up and shopping, but once we circle back to the forums section we will definitely take your feedback in consideration.

Features Do you have any update on the Gaia Mobile app and when it will be released?
Instead of trying to finish everything and wait a long time, we will probably have a very basic version ready for beta testing before the end of month. Will have more details to share pretty soon!

Are we trying to bring in a new wave of kids with mobile? In all honesty, how new user friendly will this new mobile app be, and will it be enough to sustain Gaia? my fear is that we are still willingly able to spend money on this site and that there may be a chance that it will shut down this year.
It's true that Gaia had to downsize earlier this year, though the support from many of you had kept us in the black right now and we should be in better shape once we finished paying off the outstanding bills and paychecks. Recovery takes a bit of time, but everyone at Gaia are still dedicated to making new features, events and items.

Yes, though I think the current UI doesn't have the list of emojis you can click on, you have to type them in by hand. We will be adding emotes soon onto the UI.

Foldable phones are starting to get more popularity. Are you preparing Gaia (the app and website) to be fully compatible with foldable phones (and all current devices) in the future?
Yes we will be releasing a feature to fold your avatar into halves so each half can show up on each side of the screen! biggrin
A change in canvas size in the app should be auto detected. Hopefully that won't break layout as it's pretty close to portrait mode on a tablet.

We are testing it internally with Gaia staff this week, hope to have a version out for SCAS testing shortly after that.
Not the initial release, we need to implement more of the core features first, but LK should eventually be there.

We are currently testing the beta version with Gaia staff, we will have SCAS testing later this week probably. After a bit of bug testing we should be able to release it!

While I understand you guys are fixing the bugs on the Paypal payment, can you also check to see if it works on mobile too?
I would get error message when purchasing Gaia Cash through mobile, despite my Paypal account said it's been paid.

Kindreds Origin app game has a bug where it is stuck endlessly loading at the start of the game (with the little sycamorte seed & the dots circling it)
Any fix?
Do we just attempt having to uninstall & re-install & lose all our progress & kins & hoping that works?
I think it's a problem related to loading amulet info. It's on my bug list but it's a more difficult one to fix so it's taking longer, sorry. I should have a fix in a week or two.
Will there be any games that can be mobile friendly to earn plat/gold for mobile users?
Any games we build moving forward will be HTML5 games that are mobile friendly. Though we still have to finish working on the mobile app itself. We have a long way to go!

We'll look into it. It's HTML5 so hopefully it's not too hard to put inside an app. Though we still have a lot more features to add to the Gaia app.

Games Monster Galaxy and its App Store Versions (Zodiac Islands, Exile)
These games have been down for quite awhile, and would not connect even if you are connected to a network in Monster Galaxy Exile.
The error says "could not find monster galaxy ssd. api" or something like that.
Can we use Gaia Cash instead to buy Moga Cash in game? We have to link our Gaia Accounts anyway.

I've had trouble finding the source code for the Moga games. Because of that, we don't have plans to bring them back on the app store for now.
Change the fullbody avis back to headshots in posts/threads? I know that everybody wanted their avis to be shown in full in their posts and threads on the mobile forums, but for people who have smaller phones (mine is 4.5 inches) the avatar takes up so much space, making it more tedious than it needs to be when scrolling through comments. The previous version with the headshot was much better, and if you want to see the fullbody you can just click the info button next to people's names anyway. So please, either change it back or give us the option to make it fullbody or headshot!
We will look into adjusting avatar display size as an option or as an autodetect setup. Space is precious on mobile and we definitely want to have the best experience possible on smaller phones.

Is the Rolling Bunnies app, Lake Kindred Origins, dead in the water?
If not, it really needs some balancing, as it's very hard to get energy for blue seeds (even with lvl 100 garden and lvl 84 tree, and all kins maxed). Tapping only gives 1.2 A, which is useless, and idle energy is too low.
For now we don't have time to update the older games, but we do have a game far into production and we'd like to eventually release it, along with some updates for LKO.

With the mobile app finally out, bare boned as it is, what is next on the agenda?
Is the app still the first priority, or are there other features being developed now (besides a summer event)?
For the mobile app, we are working on better chat, being one on one or group chat, plus more avatar features and ways to earn gold/plat is on the menu. As well as ways to earn more items.
On the forums, can there be a back button on the bottom of the forums, or on a dock? Scrolling all the way back up to the top of each thread to back out of it is tedious after awhile.
We can add a back button for the bottom of the mobile forums, definitely.

How in the world do you post a reply in a thread with the new app? I see no options for it except quoting someone which I dont want to do.
The app is great for Dress Up, but bad for forum posting and mail checking. I use the OLD Gaia app for forum posts when I dont feel like logging on my phone's internet app.
The blue menu button on the bottom right brings out additional options, to which the option on the far left on the menu is for posting replies. We will make more improvements on the mobile forum as we continue development on the mobile app.

Could we please get reporting added to the Gaia app as a priority? Even if browsing the site on mobile, I would like to, and would suggest that it is vital to for the safety and reputation of the site, to be able to use a report feature just like it can be used on the main website. Lots of users primarily access the site on mobile and they shouldn't be stopped from flagging abusive or otherwise inappropriate content.
Sorry there are still a lot of important features missing. We will add reporting as soon as possible.
As a person that uses secondary authentication, anyone can just log into my account using the mobile app (should they successfully breach it). Could you remedy this security problem at all? It's a terrifying thought as the app features will increase as work is done. I've pointed this out in SCAS forum yet received no response.
The mobile app will support secondary authentication soon, so secondary auth is required everywhere once it's enabled.
