January 24th, 2017: Lanzer Logician Extraordinaire I know they changed the GCash system so that there haven't been sales since the beginning of the month. Will it continue to be that way? And if so, can we make the newer GCash money-free pages and videos less buggy? When I tried to do surveys and such, it said my IP wasn't able to connect  Yeah, we're actually going to stop GCash sale all together. Old management used to slap on sales to drive spending as they drive up prices on items. We don't want to do that anymore. We are currently looking for more providers. Having more offers and surveys will definitely be great. Lanzer -l- Mi-tan -l- FeaturesFor a few years now the free GC surveys that you can fill out has been broken as users don't earn any of the GC from filling said surveys out. Will there be a day that Gaia staff will try to fix this issue? I've tried it many times recently and couldn't repeat the problem. But will continue checking as we find more additional providers also.

We're moving to stop selling gift cards when we have tiers, we currently don't have any plans to introduce any tiers at the moment outside of any diamond tickets that are redeemed. Is the marketplace feature that enables the conversion of Gaia cash into gold doomed to go down as well? They're not discontinuing in a few hours, we've actually came to the conclusion to discontinue them two weeks ago. sweatdrop We're still struggling financially but we hope to do better by introducing fun features and creative ideas, instead of any short sighted tactics. There is that feature to buy marketplace stuff with GC but I don't think it's being used much. I'll check it out later.

However when clicking the link for it, it says that the item doesn't exist or has been removed. I purchased GC to buy one of these bundles I've tried several times to buy it over the last 24 hours and it's still like that. (I first noticed when it had about 43 hours left.) Is the deals page wrong or were the items removed from the cash shop too early? If they were removed to early can more time be added to the deal upon putting them back? Thank you. We are working on integrating new payment systems behind the scenes as well as changing over our Ad system. We had fixed the problem and then a few weeks later we went and started integrating a different ad system so then it broke again. -_- It may still be a week or two but once we get these two other things complete we can then go in and correct the issues with third party ads showing when they shouldn't.

April 12th, 2017: Zero Omega Woo Mee ItemsThe Gaia Gatcha RIG that came out last month was met with a lot of negative feedback, mainly about the horrible drop rates and the fact you need to collect everything to unlock another item. I'm just hoping Gaia has seen our worries and will improve the next 'Gatcha RIG', with better drop rates to make it fairer for all Gaians. The 'collect them all' feature isn't great but thats what makes these RIGs, I suppose. We've definitely reviewed the feedback and discussed it amongst the team and are looking at making some changes for future releases that we hope will address the concerns the community had regarding them. I don't want to necessarily reveal these changes as it's still a work in progress, but we definitely are looking at areas we can adjust. For the moment, we still want to make sure that we do not have a repeat where we are selling tickets and Gaians are waiting forever for the finished product. But, if you were to purchase 70,000 Gaia Cash at the 50% bonus it's $467 at the lowest without any other purchasing assistance. That's pretty low when you figure the majority of said purchases are used to pay the artists that produce them.

There are some items that are desired like the Manscapers and mood bubble accessories that might be nice candidates for a longer stay. I am well aware of the Rococo sticky, but I'll be blunt: there are things I've asked for over and over again that I don't see popping up on the MP or in the limited dozen or so items every few weeks you change around the stores. Verge could also use some activity, as I believe it's been well over a year since anything was shifted in there. We can certainly look into expanding updates for Mecha Neko, at the least! I won't promise anything for Rococo (as part of its theme is in having high value items, but also we want to make sure that we don't tank the value of these items to nothing), but we can definitely look into putting more into Mecha Neko that can stay around for longer periods going forward. 3nodding As for Verge, there are other plans in the works, I believe, but I can't speculate on that one. Would you mind laying down what, exactly, you've done to address what we have to say? I'm not familiar with all the details of the recent Gatcha, but I think we removed the achievements as requested, we also added bonus for set amounts of items as opposed to bonus only for 100%, drop rates had also been proved, and there should be more.
