Zinder continued to pet the dragon, giggling at how the scales felt against her fingers. "So pretty." She looked up at Zukiel and bowed. "Sorry for not asking permission. That was rude. I couldn't help myself. Is it alright if I continue to pet your dragon a little longer?"

(i'll roll something too. maybe talk to jacob about giving him knowledge dragons or something)
"a shadow dragon...a nice shadow dragon. huh" colson lowers his hand. "...thought they were evil, but he's nice. books might have bit a bit old back home" he then looks in the direction of the long gone peasants. "well, that done, their gone. we should get back to the other dragon in distress."

"but first..." he then bends down at the merchants corpse. "might as well loot the bodies. won't be much, but they don't need it anymore." he then mumbles a little more, "should have bloody run when i told you. *sigh* "

Colson finds nothing really special on the dead bodies, besides the rapier and two wooden spears.

(derp. few pages back, i guess. and maybe, have to check somethings.)
colson picks up the weapons. "if anyone wants these, say so. otherwise, i'll just hold onto them until we find a merchant who DOESN'T want to kill us."
(alright, unless other exposition, shall we move on to the plot?)

"Minor dragons are completely different from Chromatic dragons." Zukiel said, glancing at his tiny dragon and giving a small nod. "Minor dragons don't get any bigger than that, and they have a special talent particular to the color of their scales."
Meanwhile, Sho happily crawled onto Zinder's hand, sitting in it. He chirruped at her and stretched his wings and head out, as if he wanted to be petted more.

Livian walked over to Zinder and looked at the small dragon. "Aww, but he's so cute..." she said, lightly rubbing under Sho's chin. In her other hand, she twirled around her coin purse which now held the merchant's copper pieces in it.

Zinder giggled and obligingly continued to pet Sho. "You are so adorable!" She looked back at Colson. "I wonder if the other dragon will be this friendly as well." She then held out her hands towards Livian, in case Sho wanted to go to her as well. "I'm sorry I was so shy when we first met. I'm not used to a lot of people and the bar was super crowded for my tastes. I'm Zinder, as Colson already said before. You are Zukiel, yes? I want to make sure I got names correctly. I'm not that great with them." She looked up at Zukiel, with a shy grin on her face.

Zukiel smiled over at her and said, "It's alright. My parents are both rather timid themselves, so I've gotten used to shy people. Yes, I'm Zukiel. Mother sometimes calls me Zuzu, so if that's easier for you to remember, you can call me that."

"ok, enough noting eachothers strenghts and oddities. We've got a dragon to find. Zukiel, lead the way please" Colson then walks over to Zinder, and whispers "ears, kid. the fox ears are showing"

Zukiel nodded his head, and paused for a moment, before walking forward again. "Also, don't mind if I suddenly change directions. I still don't quite have a full grasp on my Dragon Taming powers..." he said, leading the way. "Also, girls, I'll need Sho back if we run into trouble again."

Zinder quickly grabbed Colson's helmet and placed it on her head. "Thanks! I almost forgot!" she whispered. She giggled and slowly brought Sho over to Zukiel. "I understand. I'm ready to go when you all are then." She took her free hand and adjusted the helmet a little on her head.

Sho curled his tail around Zinder's hand, as though adamant to leave. Zukiel smiled and said, "You can hold on to him until we run into enemies. He seems to like the attention. He doesn't usually get attention from cute girls."

Colson snorts a bit. "same with my helmet. hard to take hits to the head without protection" he then takes a quick look above. "...or rocks" he mutters, then follows closely besides Zukiel.
