Nick let a soft sigh escape his lips, nodding his head understandingly at her words. She was right, it was a reckless thing of him to do. "Not until you give me a hug I'm not." His lips curved up into a charming smile as he stood there looking down at her, his left eyebrow slightly arched. He noticed what she was wearing, and he really did like the outfit on her. Made her look cute. He wouldn't let her know that, however. Nick was done chasing her because she expressed no interest in him whatsoever.

Her brown eyes looked up at him before Kate rolled her eyes,like always. "Fine...But you're going to clean the whole place." She said before going closer to him,Kate wrapped her gentle arms around him before gently pulling him into a hug. She couldn't belive that she was actually hugging him just so he will clean the place,Nick can be sometimes very sly and that's how he gets everything he wants. Nicholas smiled contently as she wrapped her frail arms around his waist. He put his arms around her neck and closed his eyes, resting his cheek on top of her head though only for a moment or two until they both pulled away. His eyebrow shot back up again hearing her remark. "Did you just call me a kid? How old are you, Miss Cullen?" He asked, stalking behind her toward the stairs with his muscular arms folded across his broad chest. Certainly, she was not older than him. He was 27 while Kate looked to be around.. twenty-two-ish. Maybe twenty-one at the least.

Nicholas chuckled. "Oh, so you mean to tell me that not even once in your adulthood you've asked for a hug?" Before she even had a chance to answer he called quickly, "bullshit!" knowing that the answer would be a lie. Nick smirked at the next thing she said. "I'm not answering any of your questions until you answer mine. How old are you?" He questioned again. Nick was obviously a very persistent man, and when he wanted answers, he got them. "Besides, I am your boss, aren't I? For all I know you could be prohibited to work here," he stated matter-of-factly, using that argument to his advantage. As for Oscar, he was at home safe. He had been fed and taken care of beforehand. Would he tell Kate? Nope. Not until she answered his question.

A satisfied smirk appeared on Nick's face once she revealed her age. How cute, she was only twenty-two. Barely legal to drink. Kate poked her finger against his chest and called him annoying, which made him chuckle. "Of course. Annoying people is one of my favourite things to do." With a poke in between her eyes, Nick continued past her down the stairs where he retrieved the floor cleaner from the storage closet. "But really? You're only twenty-two? That's cute." He began to wash the hardwood floors, focusing more on the dried up spills than anything else.

When Kate questioned him yet again, he laughed a little. He realized she was talking about the question regarding Oscar though he wasn't going to answer that one. "Why are you so persistent about something this small? Yes, I enjoyed the view." Nicholas pressed his lips together to refrain from grinning. Like he said before, annoying people - especially women - was one of his favourite things to do. Once he finished up with the spill, he picked up the floor cleaner and began walking away toward the rather large spill over by the bar counter.
