"What a day..." sighed Shinya as the young genin walked through a shortcut in the woods to arrive before bridge connecting to the Mizukage's palace. His ceremonial kimono was tainted with blood from the bodies that he had helped move to the hospital. Shinya hadn't been a genin for a day and he had already gone through a massive attack from an unknown enemy. He was just celebrating his graduation when they attacked, and he was ordered by his academy teacher to help the wounded to the hospital. Shinya had never seen so much bloodshed, so much destruction.
As he crossed the bridge, he couldn't help but wonder how he got to be there. Never once did he think that he was about to receive a ninja headband from the Mizukage. Shinya used to belong to a proud samurai family. When the great shinobi war came about, his father was injured and they fell on hard times. His mother decided to secretly borrow money from the Yakuza, but it didn't help his father anyways. Not only did his father pass away, but so did his mother out of grief soon after. Shinya in turn became a pickpocket for the Yakuza to try and make ends meat. Shinya owed his life to the Village Hidden in the Mist, for they freed him from the Yakuza and now have given him an oppurtinity to redeem himself. Shinya was not going to fail.
Upon reaching the door to the Mizukage's office, he noticed that there was already someone waiting there. The man towered over the young boy. He was covered head to toe by a long and flowing cloak save for his arm. His arm was what drew Shinya's attention. It seemed to be completely put together by different pieces of flesh. He now stood to the man's left, folding his arms across his chest as he figured it wouldn't be polite to stare so just stared at the door in front of him. "I guess you're waiting as well for the Mizukage?" he asked simply as he sighed once more. He wan't a very patient person and therefore hated waiting.

"...That's it, I'm tired of waiting..." Shinya scowled as he walked over to the door and pressed on the handle. "Hey look at that, it's open!" he grinned back at the masked man. Shinya was never one to have any manners. He was rude, loud, and obnoxious, not exactly he model student. Who would expect otherwise though. He was raised mostly by the Yakuza and was a street urchin. He did however, have a burning pride for being part of the Hidden Mist Village that saved him from that life. "Come on," he motioned for Kaijuu to come as he opened the door and stepped inside.
Shinya stepped inside just as another ninja mentioned the name Lars of Kusagakure. It would seem that the chaos and battle that had ensued was an attack from the Hidden Grass Village. The young boy stood inside the office, covered in blood of the wounded he had taken to the hospital. "Excuse me Lord Mizukage," he began as he attempted at sound courteous and respectful. "We came to speak with you," he stopped at that moment to allow the Mizukage to finish his conversation, also including the masked man in his 'We'.

Kaijuu Uchiha
"For Dust We Are... and to dust we shall return"
Kaijuu watched as the boy opened the door and invited himself in, as much as it pained him to be lumped with someone who would so obviously intrude upon the Kage in such a manner Shinya's chumminess had made the two appear as if they were paired in some manner. Kaijuu sighed as he strode in behind the boy looking forward at the kage remaining silent was awaiting a response. Kaijuu was a very unique man and very few could mistake him for someone else. With this fact in mind the Mizukage would almost certainly know who he was and in turn why he had come to visit, so there really was no point in speaking unless the Kage decided to address him directly.
"This one is quite bewildering" Kaijuu contemplated as he glanced as Shinya, Kaijuu had never met someone who was quite so oblivious and impatient but this genins shortcomings in decorum seemed to only intrigue him. This boy did things on a whim and as such was not particularly predictable, quite the interesting trait in Kaijuu's opinion.
Voldo heads into the Mizukage's palace and requests to see the Mizukage. His obi open slightly showing the bandages around his midsection from the hospital and gets a look from the guard. He gives the guard an expression of confidence as he is escorted down the hall. The fact Voldo was able to fend off two mist shinobi in battle at once and survive was impressive. However his wound was painful.
The guard approaches the door announcing the young man as Voldo Hiabara and Voldo waits for the Mizukage to accept his audience. His hope was that he would get a mission to send him out of the village, and the chance to make a considerable amount of money considering his situation.
Tomiji looked up at the building that stood before. What a long strange trip it had been for the exiled Hyuuga. Shunned by his clan due to his thirst for blood and need to fight, he can to Kirigakure, quickly rising to the top of the Academy. Now here he was, getting ready to meet the Mizukage for the first time to be assigned. He pushed open the door and headed straight for what seemed to be the Mizukage's office, and ignoring the ninja at the door, slammed his fist against it, sending a loud knock echoing through the large building.

Current Chakra: 306 During the interim in which the Mizukage decided to remain silent, he found himself bearing witness to a circus worth of events. Birds were flying in with messages and ninja were flooding his office with status reports and starry eyes. At that very second he began to comprehend the secretive nature of the previous Mizukage. Security was practically a joke when even the children of the village could find you. Then again, one did not ascend to the rank of Kage by relying on security, so Turpis found himself achieving a state of cold acceptance of the current situation.
"Rinnegan...the name sounds familiar..." Turpis had heard of the bloodline before, but was unaware that The man named Lars had turned such destructive force towards Kirigakure. He stroked his chin as he wrapped his mind around the situation. They were dealing with an enemy with which they knew quite little about. "Hashao is it? You have a new mission. You are to obtain as much information as you can about this Rinnegan. I want details, preferably all of them. And for the sake of all that is holy stay away from Kusagakure." (C-Rank Mission oppurtunity)
Having given his orders, Turpis now turned his attention to the two genin that now stood in his office. He opened his mouth to address the males, although his speech was cut short by the pounding upon his door. When the echo from the pounding ceased, the Mizukage finally spoke for the boys to hear. "Get the door if you will, then have a seat. You are obviously here for something to keep those hands busy, and I am going to fathom a guess that whoever is behind that door is too." Turpis turned his eyes to the bird, although he made no move to deal with its message as of yet.
Even through the thick door, Tomiji could hear the Mizukage's words perfectly clear. He wasn't going to just stand their and let some other Gennin open the door for him. He was a grown man and could open the door himself. Pushing the door open, he found that the massive office was cluttered with paperwork, some stacks reaching high off the floor, and other papers were strewn across the desk. Tomiji stepped forward and took a place beside the other ninja who were waiting to speak with the Mizukage and waited to be addressed before introducing himself.

(OOC: Kaijuu Uchiha has been deleted just a heads up)
Cecil entered and went up to the Mizukage's office. He walked right past the guy standing at the door and went right up to the Mizukage. "Sir I have done as you asked and learned a higher level technique. In fact I learned three higher level techniques. Not only that but I had two sparring matches and got to know some of our ninja's techniques well."
Today was just a day of rare occasions after another. Now it was time to pay this Mizukage a visit personally. Seemingly alone, the man with copper skin and snow white hair was now in public view as he observed the state of the office and the rest of the village. A breath of air escaped his lips as a cool mist flowed out as a result. The man was shadowed by his servant as the man made way into the palace, forcibly pushing one man back onto his rear that came in his way.
There he came to the door which barred his way, being as it were, Taisei was not in the best of moods. In a split second his sword was drawn, splitting the hinges in a single swipe and sheathing the blade in the same movement. A cold front of air rolled through as the door wobbled and fell with a heavy thump and the man walked in unobstructed deciding to declare his anger with a visual message rather than words.
Now he stood in the office, hand lazily resting upon the pommel of the katana and cool stare absently glancing at the other shinobi before finally settling a firm gaze on the kage. He didn't say a word yet, only kept his gaze settled with not a word said as the cold air settled in the room, dropping the temperature by four degrees at least.

Current Chakra: 306 One shinobi departed in silence, apparently with the intent to accomplish the mission that had been placed before him. The body count in the room, at the time, remained the same as a genin entered as the chuunin left. This, Turpis presumed, was the cause of the raucous knock that had resounded throughout the room only moments ago. He looked to be full of energy which suited Turpis just fine. There was much work to be done around the village anyway.
The Mizukage prepared to speak when yet another ninja rushed into his office. The lack of a secretary steadily moved up his list of problems to resolve. Sadly, it was not at the top as he now had a noteworthy audience in his presence. His blackened eyes scanned the group as he analyzed the information that he knew about those before him. Ultimately he was thinking of what to do with the youths to keep them occupied.
Before his train of thought could travel too far, the door to the office crashed inward. In its stead stood a man who looked pissed. From his scowl and deliberate focus on the Mizukage, Turpis took it that this new arrival had a personal grievance. Judging from his attire, this man was a dignitary of sorts. As such he suppressed the impulse to assault the intruder. Turpis sat in silence, matching the gaze of the man who had barged in. His palms pressed against the bottom of the desk before him and there they remained, for if he ever felt doubt in the situation he was certain to desk flip it out.
"A village decimated by two lone shinobi. What is this?" The silent man spoke now as he observed the kage more. The hand on the pommel of the katana twitched, sliding the blade out half an inch to expose its silver gleam. It was a subtle hint for the kage to not move and the two lesser shinobi to leave. Subtle movements made Taisei more nervous than sudden ones, these were shinobi, trained in deception while he was a mere swordsman.
"Move your hands again and you will all be dead." Taisei warned as he had slid his sword out in response to the tension observed in his muscles. Moisture collected along the walls, floor and the humidity had rose already from his breath.
"Leave us," he directed the two shinobi with a stern yet quiet voice, his conversation with the kage was to be private. "I am Taisei Ashikaga of the Ryukyu Line. Its rare I have to come here... and now the forces of our shinobi show lack luster performance. Innocent people lost lives from this, what say you?"
Taisei's voice didn't raise nor lower from its soft tone, yet his tilted gaze was still fixed upon the kage as his hand still rested on his katana. Upon closer inspection, tiny crystals of ice would be seen forming along the walls and the floor webbing out from the man's feet. It was the simple manipulation of chakra, yet he showed his prowess as a prelude to warn the kage and the two shinobi even further not to provoke him.

Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation) Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.
Reido [Freezing Point] E Description: The very foundation upon which all Hyoton is based upon. By using chakra to manipulate water and wind, a hyoton user is able to freeze an available water source which can then be used for Ice or Snow based Ninjutsu. Hyoton users are able to use this ability to freeze moisture found within the enviroment in order to create ice in any situation as long as moisture is present. This jutsu is required for the rest of the techniques in this tree.

Tomiji wasted no time in leaving the room. However, he did not leave the immediate area, he simply moved into the lobby, content to wait out the coming storm.
