"I'd heard you saying that you were going here and thought it'd be nice." She shrugs. "I honestally wasn't expecting you to be here when I got here. I took a shower first. Would you prefer it if I left?" she asks. She would understand if he said yes. Especially after she brought us his friend. It wasn't easy loosing a friend, she knew that, and sometimes talking about it when you weren't quite ready yet could make it worse.

"Oh. It's kinda dumb... I wanted to learn to ski. I've been wandering since my village was destroyed a while ago. I figured I might as well have some fun," she replies.

Darian turns off the water before stepping out of the shower and drying off. He walks into the main part of his room and puts some new clothes on. They look almost identical to the ones he had worn the day before. He just felt more comfortble in all black. He grabs his sword and places it one his belt before doing up the buckle. He slips his coat on, hiding the scar on his arm, and puts his shoes on before stepping out of his room and heading back down the stairs.

The tawny haired teen says, "I wanted to snowboard, but oh well. I also wanted to relax some."
He shrugs realizing that it is not the total truth. He was really there to get away from someone. Luckily, the blizzard blocks him from those who had been following him. All because of his mutancy, too. That's one reason why he doesn't show himself to others, showing his cougar self.

Lael sences that there is something he isn't telling her, but decides not to mention it. "Learning to snowboard would be fun too," she says instead. Remembering his conversation with Darian she asks, "Why don't you like to tell people your name? No offense, but it seems kinda odd."

The nineteen year old says, trying not to be so tense or terse, "I've had issues with telling my name. Many times I have messed up by telling my name and being tracked down due to it."

Westley sits up, wanting to turn into his cougar form but knowing he shouldn't around the albino with this anger her question stirred up.
He stands up and, checking for any items he may have brought in, says tersely, "I have issues. They're none of your concern."
He then leaves the sauna and dashes to his room, breezing past the elf who had just came downstairs. Once in his room, he locks the door and turns fully into his cougar form. He growls at his stupidity, pacing the room with his claws extended and catching on the carpet every so often.

((Ooc: Did I mention that he turns to his cougar form when extremely angered? It's just easier on his nerves to be a cougar as well as makes it easier for him to prove his point (with his claws and his teeth). That's why he left Lael so abruptly, because he doesn't want to cause more trouble for himself and doesn't want to hurt anyone.))

Lael is extremely suprised by his abrupt exit. She stands, looking where he ran out the door. What on Earth? she thinks. Was it something I said? Feeling uncomfortable, she leaves the sauna. What made him leave like that? It seems very odd to her. He'd seemed very angry with her and she couldn't understand why.

The cougar lies down on the carpet, turning the light off. He growls before swearing at himself. If only he could keep his temper and be comfortable around people; normal people or otherwise.
He closes his eyes and sighs. If only he could trust someone with his identity as a cougar without worrying about being hunted down or tortured for it. There were too many times that he had been hunted/tortured for being a cougar, thus a brandmark on his left side and a few other scars from people poking him with hot pokers.
He mutters in cougar, "If only I could keep my temper down then I'd be able to tell her. She seems like a nice lady...."
That's his biggest fear: meeting someone he can trust then hurting that person when he has a temper. That would kill his heart if he did, so he kept away from people.

Darian sees the man rush past him. "I wonder what's got him so worked up," he mutters to himself, "Oh well. Some people just feel they have to rush."
