Lime[/color finally caught on to Atar, catching his finger the last time he poked her, before gently but playfully poking his nose and grinning as she said, "Boop." Then she released his finger and took off out of the mall, not really sure where she was going, but she was getting there quickly.

Ebony smiles before hearing him say he wants it engraved, then looking up at him confused. "Wait, won't that cost more money..? Oh, Vythethi, you don't have to do this for me, really.."

Lime gradually speeds up, zipping around the store, before skidding to a halt in front of one of the stores. She blinks, staring through the window in awe, before glancing around shy, her ears twitching, before she slowly walks into the store. It was a jewelry store, and all the varieties fascinated her. To her, it was like something out of a story book.

Ebony blushes slightly, glancing away as she hesitantly mumbles her last name. "I-it's Dowell.. D-o-w-e-l-l.."

Lime smiles as she's hugged from behind, looking up at him. "It's wonderful.. I would never pierce my ears, of course, they're so sensitive.. But I could still get something neat, like you're lip ring. We'd match." She grins up at him, before scurrying around the store.

Ebony glances up at Vythethi shyly, confusion filling her eyes as she holds his gaze. She wondered what he was thinking, but focused more on her own thoughts instead. The longer she watched him, the more she wanted to shy away, but for once, she held her ground.

Lime smiles at his words, before blinking and picking out a green necklace that matches the color of her eyes. Grinning, she looks up at him and lets him see the bracelet too. "Atar, look how pretty it is.."

Ebony sighed when he finally looked away, as the longer she held his gaze, the more self-conscious she grew about the scar over her eye. Quickly she shook her head so her bangs hung over her eyes and hid her face. When her violin came back, she smiled widely, unable to hide it as she shook her head. "Like it..? I love it- it's beautiful..." She reached out to hug Vythethi, before catching herself, and glancing away shyly.

Lime grins, nodding as she hold it up to her face, before putting it back, knowing she didn't have the money to buy it or the necklace, she just looks around some more. When he wasn't looking, she grins, and slips out of the store, then takes off running down the hall. Unfortunately, her "clean get-away" wasn't so clean. While running without looking where she was going, she ran into someone from a previous town she remembered. Standing up and apologizing, she froze as she remembered the man she'd just ran into. The man himself stood up, groaning, before a dark grin formed on his face. "Well well well, Lime... Long time no see...

Ebony blinks as she's hugged, before tightly hugging Vythethi back. She watches as he walks back to the counter, before turning away, a sickening feeling forming within her stomach. "Something's not right..."

Lime trembles in fear as she slowly hides behind Atar, incapable of speaking. She sees Vythethi and her sister, and sighs a little more relieved for the back-up.

Ebony follows him, confused until she sees the man and the familiar man, she releases a quiet whimper that caught his attention. When he glanced over at her, she slipped her hand from Vythethi's, taking the violin and running down the mall away from him, the memories from her childhood flooding back into her head. "N-no.. Not again.. Please not again.."

The unidentified man raises his hands up in defense, laughing innocently as he watches Ebony run off. "Easy, boys, easy. Nothing's wrong here. Sweet little Lime here had a collision, is all. I was just minding my own business. You people need to chill. You wreck one little girl's home and suddenly you're a bad guy for life, am I right?" He grins, a slightly evil glint within his eyes.

Lime glares at him from behind Atar, before the realization hit. "You jerk! Why are you doing this to her!?" She spun around to go after Ebony, but it was too late. She was gone. Her case was laid gently on the floor, but there was no girl attached to it.

Lime steps back from Atar, his cold in his voice sending shivers down her spine as she glances away, speechless. She noticed people around them had started watching, curious as to what was going on, though most of them just gave curious glances before going on about their business. Still feeling uneasy, she carefully scanned the crowd.

Ebony jumped as she felt a hand grabs hers and suddenly she was pulled back into a warm body. Fearing it was one of them she squirmed and whimpered softly until she heard Vythethi's voice, and was slowly turned to face him. Looking up at him, the tears that had built up in her eyes rolled down her cheeks quickly, leaving a warm feeling over her cold, pale face. Without even thinking, she hugged him close and tight burying her face into his chest.

The male tilted his head to the side, before gasping and clutching his chest. "Oh! I would never hurt a hair on the sweet kitten's head! No, of course not.. I pay people to do that for me." Immediately, the man pulled a knife from his jacket and stabbed at Atar's chest. ~ Two men dressed in dark clothing with their faces hidden except for their devil grins approach Ebony and Vythethi. One steps forward and cocks his head to the side innocently. "Why hello there, lad. My my, what a pretty, pretty kitty you have there.. May we play with her too? We promise to be gentle.." The two broke into evil laughter.

Lime blinks and looks around at the countless number of allies that had appeared in just a matter of minutes. Such chaos that could have been prevented, she thought to herself. She wondered where they had all come from, though her main focus now was on the kidnapper. Something snapped inside her, from horror and pure anger. Her eyes glistened as she calmly walked towards the kidnapper. "Take one step and you're dead," she said softly, her voice harsh and threatening- completely unlike her. She got within arm's length before forcefully removing the knife from his hand, she stepped back a safe distance away so he was in the line of fire again. "Call them off. You said yourself you were the ones who hired these men. So call them off, now. And not just on us- I know you're after Dante too." Her ears lay back in agitation, her tail swaying angrily. Her fingers began to sharpen into claws, and small fangs grew from her mouth as she hissed.

Ebony froze, hearing their laughter sent shivers down her spine. Like a nightmare that repeated, their laughter echoed in her head from the time the broke in the windows. She snapped back to reality when Vythethi spoke, her ears twitching slightly as she listened. Slowly, she raised her head and looked up at Vythethi, then at the countless people surrounded them.

The kidnapper frowns, glancing around slowly, before raising his hands in defeat and getting on his knees. "Fine, Lime, you win.. However, I cannot stop these men myselves. They won't stop until their job is done, which is why I hired them. Only you yourself can do that..." ~ The two darkly dressed men's laughter slowly died out as they saw they were surrounded, both stopping where they were. The first one frowned, his head still cocked to the side. "Oh, but we want to play with the kitten too. Just a little pet, we promise.."
