Edited the first few posts. Added a table of contents to the first page, elaborated post three into the Origins of the guild, and created Anna's Games.

sweatdrop Um... I'm picky. Since there's now the 3x's rule (and it seems that 'tis here to stay), we need to make a procedure for this to work seamlessly.
My proposals:
1) The offended party should warn the offender each time they feel harrassed/horribly offended and PM a mod with it at the time it happens.
3 strikes = ban.
2) The offended party must send a PM to a guild mod citing/linking to the three instances.
Either way would work, but 'tisn't my choice to make (though I think #2 would be easier on mods).

Technically speaking, Mods are supposed to PM me with the instances of member on member abuse so I can keep track. And the three warnings your out is already a rule.
If you let the members accuse and pm each other about offenses, things will quickly get out of control and many arguements will insue. A mod should always be contacted first if any member feels that they have been seriously offended by another member. It is up to the mod on whether or not the particular situation is considered flaming or not. They will give the offender a warning, and pm me with the member's name and thread in which they were offended.

Well, since we allow flaming to an extent it is a bit weird. The members should be keeping up with the rules so if they are offended by another member they should know how to take care of it (pm a mod or you with the form posted). If I see flaming around and the two don't say "stop" in any way I'm not going to butt my nose in their business. We are trying to make a system to help people, they gotta use it smile .
