Jinthel looked at Echo in surprise, then looked at his hand. She hesitated for a second, then reached out and shyly took his hand, then followed him down the hall. She was really just touching his hand with two fingers, but that was something. She continued walking with him through the hall, even when they came to corners. He seemed to know where he was going at least.. That was more than she could say. When they finally arrived at the doors that led to the entrance of the school, she smiled slightly.
