Now suddenly being a virgin wasn't such a laughable thing after all. ******** zombie babies? Nope. No thank you. If keeping her pants on could prevent anything from popping out of her body aliens style, then she would be set. A mother bite of pie followed the stunned songs that followed the safe sex lecture, but after Mimsy and Rep declared the whole thing a prank she resumed eating. Prank or not, she was keeping her legs crossed. Unlike some people. Peyton was not only observet, she could be an uncooperative little s**t when the situation called for it. Now, she had nothing against Tuck. In fact, he'd been really nice to them down in the pod room. The issue was a simple thing. She didn't really appreciate that their orientation was being back burnered. So while she didn't have any actual legit questions, she had a desire to stall. "In your opinion, is there anyone, or anywhere, we should avoid on the island?"

Marcus glared at Rep, then at Dakota. Mostly because he had emotional investment in the whole 'if you should ever want to reproduce'.
"The risk you run of zombie or just plain mutant offspring is very much real, and as Rep said, you should be using condoms anyway. If you don't know how to use one, I'm sure Dakota or some life hunter could show you. Because public education is s**t most of the time and some people don't even know what a condom is. If you don't, I recommend taking the time to do your homework. There is a breeding program too but you really wont have to worry about that until much later. Women can get a shot that will prevent ovulation which is what my wife does. Which brings up another point."

"I would personally advise against the weapon golems actually. Not until you have a good grasp of your weapon's personality and some money in the event it breaks. There are several hunters that have volatile weapons and putting them in golems is.. risky at best. That and you guys probably wont get pay access for several months. My personal advice on that is play it safe, but I'm also slightly jaded when it comes to weapons and trust."

Solia proceeded to pick up two whole pies. "I am confiscating these baked pastries due to rumors of FEAR contamination and possible drugs. There will be testing involved and I will be sure to inform you of the results."

"I gotta agree with Marcus - you should only use them weapon golems if you know and trust your weapon. Me and Herryk - that's my partner - we got a good understandin' of one another, so I didn't have an issue with him, an' I don't think that we ever gonna have an issue - but if you got one of them grumpy types, or violent types, I'd suggest t'stay away from the golems til you got a better grasp on things." When Peyton brought up a question, Tuck beamed. He didn't mind answering them - it had been the whole reason he'd decided that a little orientation might be helpful, especially after seeing how lost Crispin had been. Nick detached herself from the wall, deciding perhaps pie was a good idea. Nothing went better with talk of zombie babies and dying and whatnot like a good slice of pie. She gave her pod guy a rough punch in the shoulder as she passed, he might live in a ******** banana but she had to give him credit for his level of sneakery.
She leaned over the others and grabbed a slice of pie with one hand, ignoring plates, napkins and cutlery alike, and wandered back to her spot. It might be unpleasantly close to Dakota and his ******** sex-brain, but she wasn't one to yield anything to anyone. Even an inch would be considered defeat in her eyes.
The trainee unceremoniously took a bite, and juggled the slice with a surprising amount of skill as she licked off her fingers. Not a single cherry escaped to the floor. Seriously. Napkins were for chumps.
