That is right, all that's left is to bring back the one called Ryuzu. With shenron hovering above the both of them, declaring that he shall any one wish from the summoner.
With his hands high into the air towards shenron, Kami spoke out in the native tongue for Ryuzu's revival. In a flurry of winds, The green dragon used his power to scan for the one called Ryuzu that lived on this planet. Locating the lost soul among the land of the dead in Otherworld, realizing how simple this task was. The blood red eyes skyrocketed in brightness, using his power to summon forth the soul back to the land of the living, restoring life. The wish had been made, the task had been completed. His role was done. "It Is Finished. Farewell-Kami." The deep voice of the dragon roamed over the lookout before lighting up in a golden glow, bursting high into the atmosphere and scattering the dragon balls all over the world to sleep and be collected once more.
With the wish granted, the skies returned back to its normal blue, the clouds formulated by Shenron's presence had vanished. With a sigh, Kami held onto his cane and turned over to the side to see the young girl with tears drying up on her face. "It is done, your friend's life has been restored. He will reappear in moments where he had perished before." Walking over steadily to the edge looking out to the distance of the bout against the Ragna Crew. Seemingly it has only just begun before it ever has gotten to a close.
E N D R A It was a long and grueling period for the humans on this planet. Many had lost their lives to outer world invaders and even the planet itself had suffered. Though now after a short six months, things were finally settling down; this world was in a state of recovery. At least, this is how Endra viewed things from where he sat. Residing in the temple of Kami's Lookout, he spent the entire time meditating and watching the event of the planet unfold. It seemed he was regaining a handle on his inherent Kaioshin abilities. With a pleasant smirk, he'd open his eyes and stretch out his arms with a yawn. "Ahh... I think it's about time I did a little physical training now" opting to get up. To others, meditating in one place and watching the world run its course for over a year without eating or sleeping would be impossible. And yet, Endra walked about temple without any repercussions, well aside from feeling a little achy. On his way outside, he'd spot a bowl of fresh apples sitting on a small table. "Ooo, don't mind if I do!" he grinned, grabbing three of them and strolled on through the archway. Taking a bite of one while cradling the other two in the crook of his arm, the Kaioshin looked around to see if Kami was anywhere around. He figured the old man would make himself known by the time he finished his apples, but after the third core, he was still a no show. With a shrug, Endra knew he'd pop up sooner or later and moved on with his exercise. Chucking the three cores off the edge of the Lookout, he'd get to work.
E N D R A 1. Endra started his warm up with a couple stretches to limber up. A couple push ups with two arms to start things off. Sit-ups would come after to crunch those non existent abs. Then he did a few jumping jacks to follow up. Afterwards, he'd go back to pushups, using one arm this time. It was a little more stressful, but nothing he couldn't manage.
2. Thus he went back to situps, this time with arms crossed. To round out the warm up, he'd perform a handstand and do more pushups. Once he was finished with his warm up, he practiced his martial arts. He took a deep breath and stood in his pose. He was still at first with eyes closed.
3. Getting his mindset right first was essential. And then he'd finally move, swiping at the air with a chop. The whooshing sound relayed the strength behind the chop. First a vertical chop, then a horizontal and diagonal. After one set, he'd shift hands and do the same. He'd do this a couple more times in that order for practice.
4. Next up, Endra would practice his spear hand. Similar to a chop, but it was a jab with the fingertips. It was technique best aimed at the opponent's vitals. Which is why he would imagine hitting those points as he practiced. Even for his size, striking up high was not an issue. It was just getting used to it being the problem.
5. Lastly, he would exercise his favorite method of attack, a finger jab. During his time as a Kai, he developed this style. It took a lot of studying to learn the most effective areas to strike. It took just as much training to learn how to perform it. Thrusting his pointer finger forward, he would envision hitting someone in the chest. It was a quick point attack that would hit the muscles in such a way as to cause great discomfort. A good way to subdue the enemy and stop them from fighting back.
6. While he was at it, he figured he might as well practice his special techniques as well. Starting with his Godโs Point. It was practically the same as his usual finger jabs. The difference was the slight amount of ki and increased pressure involved. It turned the attack into something akin to a bullet that could pierce skin. Used on a vital point, it could become a lethal attack.
7. He walked over to a nearby rock formation to become his practice dummy. With a huff, he would hold up a single digit. Ki would brace his finger to keep it from bending and make it slightly stronger. Then he would take aim and jab his finger at the rocky surface. But to his surprise, he didnโt pierce it at all. At most, it only caused a small dent.
8. Could it be...that he couldnโt do it anymore? Had this tiny body robbed him of her favorite technique?! No, this would not stand! If it was true, then he would reclaim his precious move. Focusing his ki, he would huff and poke the wall again. It went a little deeper, but he was still upset. It seemed he needed to relearn the move all over again.
9. The amount of ki he needed to use this technique had changed. Or maybe he just needed to figure out a better way to utilize his ki. He rubbed his chin in contemplation until he got an idea. Concentrating his ki on the tip of his finger should do the trick. As a precaution, he used a smaller amount around his finger as a brace. And when he jabbed the rock this time, he managed to poke a hole in it, just like he used to.
10. Though he noticed a small strain in his arm after using it. He wasnโt as physically strong as he used to be. To make up for it, he would channel ki through his arm as well. Then when he used the technique, it would absorb the shock and keep him safe from harm.
Nephele's arms screamed in protest, sweat suffusing every nook of her nubile body. Muscles strained beneath fiery anger, a scream of frustration and anger escaping her throat and filling the air with her triumph. The proud half-saiyan threw herself over the edge of Kami's lookout and rolled onto her back, fiery-red eyes staring up at the bright blue sky.
The muscular woman had just managed to climb Korin's tower over the course of perhaps a week with little rest or time to recuperate. Having surmounted that challenge and finding herself triumphant in the face of adversity for the sake of adversity, Nephele had flown to the bottom of Kami's lookout and grasped the rungs leading to the edge despite her exhaustion.
Now, the young woman had managed to haul herself up the last leg of her journey despite every fiber of her body protesting and wanting nothing more to quit. She had done it! There was a simper that stretched from one cheek to the other as she strained to roll onto her hands and knees, an expression of limitless pride. No one had asked her to complete such a challenge, no one had taunted her with the prospect. She had done so for herself and herself alone. To say, musing to herself, that she had done it.
So engrossed with her own victory, Nephele had failed to notice that someone else was here as well. Sweat dripped from her brow and dotted the tiled ground beneath her, staining the whitened stones with darkness. The spots of moisture steamed in the sun as she pulled herself to her knees and let out a long exhalation followed by a deep inhale of breath. The air up here was thin, but fresh; The crisp wind she pulled into her lungs was a welcome chill in the depths of her chest.
Slowly she opened her eyes as she sighed in relief. Only now did she notice the other person. A young man by the looks of it with a startling white frock of hair not unlike a rooster's crown. Nephele stood and stretched, her carmine gaze shifting little as she walked over to the training "youth". She stumbled, her legs weak and wobbly, as she stumbled over. "H-hey. What is this place?" She managed to blurt out through ragged breaths.
E N D R A Finishing up his warm up, Endra expected Kami to come along any moment now. Still, the man was a no show and he was by his lonesome. But that was subject to change as he heard ragged breaths that did not belong to him. He stopped to see where exactly it was coming from, gazing at the nearby edge. First came a hand and then the woman who hoisted herself on top while riddled with fatigue. At first, he was confused and surprised to see someone had made it up here without flying. But then he recalled seeing a girl trying to climb the tower a while back. Had she been at it this entire time?! That was...impressive. The Kaioshin wondered if he should say something, but it didn't seem like she noticed his presence yet. He nodded, walking back to the temple for a moment to fetch a pitcher of water. By the time he returned, she had risen to her feet and managed to catch her breath a little. Endra stood with the pitcher in hand, waiting until she noticed him and made her way over. The deity stood with a warm and welcoming smile, that is, until he saw her up close. With mouth slightly ajar and a faint blush on his cheeks, he found himself taken aback by her beauty; with such gorgeous crimson eyes that were highlighted by her bright red locks. Though she was drenched in sweat and rather disheveled from her climb, he was obviously looking past that. Promptly shutting his mouth, he tightened his empty hand into a fist which he used to shield his lips. Clearing his throat, he'd answer the woman's question "Welcome to Kami's Lookout. Here resides the guardian of Earth...who is around here somewhere." Seriously, where was that guy? Though now, he didn't mind if he took his time doing whatever it was that kept him. "A-Anyway, I'm Endra. I'm...studying- training! Yes, training here for the time being" he explained or rather, the gist of it. He'd seen her before, but not this close up; for this he was unprepared. Trying not to stare too much, he'd offer the pitcher of water to her, figuring she would be parched from her climb. "Here, some water. A-And if you don't mind me asking who you are?"
It had been a while since he had been up here. He wondered how Kami was doing since he was sure the guy was alone up here. Maybe he should have brought something to eat or a gift of some sort. If he was gonna ask to train that would have been proper etiquette. Maybe he should go back and get something.
As he was about to turn around he noticed a rather tall and strong looking lady asking some kid where they were. He was sure the kid wasn't here last time, but he didn't exactly explore the whole place either. He also noticed she looked like she had done some serious exercise already. That or she wasn't used to the thin air. He approached cautiously and decided to see if he could strike up a conversation. Maybe he could figure out what Kami was up to, if he was there. " If you don't frequent higher altitudes, it helps to breath in slow and deep until you're used to the air up here. " he looked around " So, is Kami home or is he out shopping? "
Nephele smiled softly despite her exhaustion, or perhaps because of it. Her gaze had not missed the slight flush of Endra's cheeks, but right now that was unimportant to her. Right now the thankful expression was because of the pitcher of water he was offering. Thank the gods! Literally in this case, although Nephele was none-the-wiser to Endra's nature. "Thanks." She breathed out, a hand reaching to pat his shoulder before descending to wrap around the pitcher's handle.
He was training here, here being Kami's lookout. God's lookout? Interesting. Perhaps she would get to meet God, Nephele mused scoffing inwardly as she began to drink from the pitcher. She upended the container, draining it with one thirsty gulp after another. Not all of the water reached her parched through, however. From the corners of her plump lips, rivulets of water cascaded down the sides of her throat and pooled in the crevice of her substantial chest; The cool liquid washing away the sweat that clung to her flesh. "AAH!" She gasped, dumping the rest of the pitcher over her head.
The cold water was refreshing in the hot sun and served the dual purpose of washing away the fruits of her labor. The water practically steamed on her, soaking into clothes and skin. She shook her head, droplets whirling about her as she pulled her hair back and wrung the long crimson locks of the icy liquid. "It is a pleasure..Endra was it?" She questioned with a toothy grin, smiling down at him as she continued. "Who am I? Ah. I am Nephele. I am a warrior of little note. But I aim to make a name of myself someday." She offered the pitcher back to him, the container hanging at the end of her muscular arm. "Thank you very much for the water Endra!"
It was about this time when another approached, a man giving helpful advice on how to survive the high altitudes. "Thanks, I appreciate the advice. Its not so much because of the altitude, but more the climb." She'd explain with a nod over her shoulder and a jerk of her thumb towards the edge.

E N D R A She pat him on the shoulder, the gesture being an unexpected one for Endra as he handed her the pitcher. He wondered if she was here to train under Kami or she was only here by circumstance. Before he could ask, he found himself...distracted, yet again. And again, his mouth would stand agape as he was again mesmerized by the woman. She was...! Well, he would stifle such thoughts and snap out of his trance as it was unbecoming of a Kaioshin. Then again, it was never a problem for him back then before his "incident". A lot of things were easier back then; training and fighting being chief among those things...and to a lesser extent flirting. It was hard to have confidence when you looked and sounded like a child. Sighing, he'd nod his head and give the guest his undivided attention. So she was another one of those aspiring fighters, eh? There sure were a lot of those here on Earth; something about this planet brought out the warrior spirit in the inhabitants. But it also seemed to attract warriors as well, which didn't discriminate the good from the bad. "In that case, you could probably gain to learn from Kami" he pointed out, reaching to take back the pitcher. "And it was no trouble at all. I'm impressed you climbed all the way up without flying. I think that was the intention, but I'd yet to see anyone do it since I've been here anyway. How did you find out about this place?" he'd finally get around to asking. An unexpected visitor would arrive at this time, Endra glancing up to see one of the warriors from the Ragna Crew incident. This one was Rawber, if memory served him any at all. "You came to see Kami? Back for more training, hmm? Perhaps you really are Saiyan" Endra teased the guy.
The sounds of wood clacking echoed across the Lookout indicating Kami's inevitable approach. Over the course of the times of peace, Kami had done his best to gradually reinvigorate his planet. Using the divine magical prowess that he possessed to progress the nature of life by a surreal amount where desolation was replaced with the naturality that Earth originally would've musterred on its own. Unfortunately, the amount of power he used, enforced Kami the need to rest for he despite his prowess, despite being the hybrid. Kami was still human. Now, Kami had enough to easily walk around again with ease and continue his normal duties. Though Endra still insists Kami to rest, he wanted to greet his guests.
Appearing from the depths of the shadows within his palace, he bestowed an innocent smile upon a familiar face and a new face. "Why if it isn't Rawber. How are you good ol sir. It seems that you've found a way to keep yourself busy over the times of peace...even if it is by just a bit.." He stated with a friendful gesture as he stepped off onto the main platform. It was good to see someone come make an aquaintance. It seems someone at least paid attention to him when he said the Lookout was free for them at anytime. Turning then his attention to the redhead who found her way here. "Why who do we have here? Is she a friend of yours Rawber?"
"You can climb up here? I suppose that would explain that red pole and ladder I saw at the base when flying up to here. Wow, that's gotta be a tough one to pull off." That was an idea he had never though of. It explained how anyone could get up here if they couldn't fly. It would make it very hard for someone to come visit though.
He looked to the kid who had introduced himself to her as Endra. It was a bit odd to Rawber. He didn't remember the kid here the last time when he and the others trained together. Maybe he was new here and wanted to train too? "Yeah. I am here for some training. My training at home isn't really cutting it anymore and I was hoping if it was okay with Kami, I'd ask if he'd train me some more. Are you here for training too?" He tried to sense him out but couldn't feel anything. "That's...odd."
His attention was then drawn to the sound of footsteps and wood clacking against tile. He turned to see Kami approaching with a smile. He looked over to the lady whom he was referring to. "I'm uh, I'm not too sure who she is. I think she got here just a little bit before me." He looked back to Kami "I'm doing good sir. I've been training at home mostly, but it doesn't feel like I'm making as much progress as I'd like." He then had a thought. "Oh! I'm sorry I didn't think to bring you anything. I wasn't sure what protocol was on asking you to train. I can go get you a snack or something if you'd like."
Learn from Kami? Training? Perhaps this really was the place to be. This could be a good opportunity for Nephele if she could be trained by a literal deity. Who knew that God himself was so willing to take disciples. "I'd be willing to train with anyone." She grinned and thumped her chest proudly. Endra then asked her how she had found out about this place. She was somewhat confused by this question, she saw it from the top of the tower below, clearly, her climb had not been finished. "I mean. I just thought I had to climb higher." She said in response to Endra. "I didn't even know this was here. I just wanted to climb the tower below." She shrugged to Rawber. "It certainly wasn't easy."
Then she heard the sound of wood tocking against the cobbled stone. From across the lookout approached an elderly man, wizened brow and gray of hair. He wore the robes of a mystic, surely this was Kami? An innocent smile was revealed as he stepped from the shadows and into the warm rays of the sun. He spoke to the other man, this Rawber, as if they were well acquainted. A so he was a frequent visitor? She had little time to ponder before those stormy eyes beneath bushy white clouds turned her way, the grayed man addressing her.
He asked who she was, and if this Rawber knew her. "I am Nephele. Uh..a pleasure to meet you..um, you must be Kami?" She introduced herself with a soft bow of her head, only slightly bending at the waist before stepping forward to greet the sere man. She scratched the back of her head awkwardly, a towering female figure not sure of what to do with herself. "I heard you can train here, is that correct?"
"Well well you are quite the courteous one aren't you? Probably the more considerate Saiyan I've met in my lifetime." Saying with a gentle laugh at Rawber's reasonings for coming here and topped with wanting to grab a snack for him. "Don't worry, you can grab my snack a bit later, I won't make you go all the way back down just to come all the way back up here."
Turning his attention back to the redheaded fox who have climbed her way up here and introduced herself to him. She was pretty straightforward with the intentions of training just from her question. Kami's eyes only slightly lifted as he directly scanned her physique and possible power within his thoughts. From head to toe, all Kami did was study. On the outside, someone could've thought he probably was just standing still and didn't hear her. But that was further from the truth. "There is some truth to that. My students, colleagues and perhaps you can say whoever I am on good terms with are permitted to train here. Though for those who possesed the grit and determination to climb all the way up here, being that of a rare feat within itself, I will grant them one request of their desires. Careful now, it is just one request and one request only..."
Arielle D. Sharma, the child of the wind, had left her home on Papaya Island some time ago and had been traversing the world. Looking for stronger fighters and those who could push her otherworldly heritage to it's limits. Though, so far in her short journey, the tan girl had found herself disappointed by the lack of impressive people. It was only by some rumor that she found herself in the vicinity of The Lookout of the Earth Guardian. The rumor had it that a place existed in the skies where one could train and become far stronger for the effort.
"Huh... I can't be that far off. I can feel spirit energy near-by.", Arielle remarked to herself before breaching a puffy cumulus cloud and arriving in a large break of clear sky. Just below her was the fabled Look-Out! The small half-breed was proud of her detection skills, and took off toward it to land. Maybe she would find some curious people to test herself against? The tan fighter simply tread about until she came near the Elder man who seemed to be speaking to a red-haired gentleman at the time.
"One request?" Nephele's voice warbled as she questioned, placing a thoughtful hand upon her chin. She rubbed the tapered point of her jawline between her thumb and forefinger as she stood there thinking, hooking one thumb between her belt and the loose fabric of her top. "Can I train here?" She asked, breaking her own silent muse as she turned back towards God.
Truth be told, it was a perfect place for someone to exercise. The atmosphere was thin, which would increase the power of her lungs. It was cool, with the cross-breeze that danced across the tiles of the round platform. But most of all it was secluded. There was not really anyone to disturb any training, physical or mental. "Or just visit. Either or. I don't really want much. Maybe someone to talk to?" She shrugged, offering a genuine smile to the older gentlemen.
"I'm happy to just test myself out in the wild." The simper that still spread across her plump lips was a sheepish one, accentuated by the fact that she was rubbing the back of her head; Perhaps that was a nervous tick of sorts? Regardless, Nephele had no idea what she really wanted besides power. And the only way to obtain strength was through hard work, and you could do that anywhere provided the means and methods were available.
Endra watched both Rawber and Nephele; two warriors who'd both come to seek training from Kami. This was likely a coincidence, but not at all surprising that they would come to him for guidance. Still, the thought crossed the deity's mind: was this somehow the fault of the Ragna Crew's disturbance? Prior to then, the Lookout had no visitors who sought more strength. Could the villainous bandit's actions on the planet have spurred a desire for more power among the population? It was a stretch and Endra might have thought nothing more of it...until yet another individual made an appearance. Another pretty girl?! 'But wait...this one is...' The Kaioshin was quick to pick up on her familiar latent energy that was not of this world. Shifting attention back to the redhead, hearing her request, he couldn't help but smile. "I'd be happy to train with you! In fact, I was about to start a session myself" he offered.
