"Oh, well, in that case then maybe we could teach him ourselves, as long as he is getting water besides what he probably gets from his food then that is the most important thing" she said as she, softly sighing, with him, yes, she did feel braver, without him...no way would she go running off to talk to some stranger "I am sorry but I don't, I just over heard others speaking about her, apparently she came with those others that arrived here recently so maybe tracking down one of them?" She suggested to the Faun.

"True...I'll keep my ears open. I'm sure she'll turn up eventually." He bent at the waist to look one last time into the rabbits enclosure. "We'll see you later Arik." The words no doubt were lost on the bunny, but his calming voice may hold some small comfort.

Lust got put a finger into the cage and stroked his head as best she could and smiled softly at the little one "we will sweetie, we will bring you something nice to eat" she sad as she looked up at him and sighed sadly "I don't want to leave him" she said, knowing it was pointless to say it but she just felt mean leaving him there, she would be back, sure, but still, she still wished she could take him "lets go before I do smuggle him home" she said as she took one last look at the rabbit and turned to leave "and thank you because I don't think some strange Faun roaming around the the tree asking for some yellow Faun animal lover is going to cut it, there could be at least a dozen who fit that description for all I know" she said as she she started walking away slowly, looking back at the rabbit and intended on just going back to sit with him but knew it was better not to, she would be back soon enough to feed the little guy.

Seeing Lira's intense attatchement to the rabbit already, softened his heart. He stopped mid-step to look at the female. It wasn't too surprising, as she had such a warm spot for animals and Arik was the first creature to love in a long time. "Hey...If you want, you can stay and keep him company while I grab the supplies. I'll only be a little bit." Perhaps with the rabbit properly fed and with a blanket, she would be more inclined to leave him. Like a protective mother, the thought of leaving the bunny alone with no comfort was no doubt a hard pill to swallow.

Lira looked up at him wide eyed and shook her head "it isnt that I dont trust you its just that I...I dont like anyone else in my room" she said softly, hoping she wasn't going to offend him "I keep to myself, my room is my sanctuary, I cant let anyone in there unless it is one of the council or chief Rais" she rushed on hoping he accepted the reason, she just didn't want others snooping around her room, not that she belived he would but still it was her safe haven from the world and she just didn't want to have anyone in her room...at least not yet. "Im sorry but I will be fine, come now, we wont be away long and I have you to keep me centered and not drift back here to the little one before wecare ready" she said smiling at him hoping he dint mind her relying on him a little in this way.

Well. That backfired. The male hadn't had any intention of entering her room, getting a towel from his bedroom and carrots from the dining area. But that was another thing he would simply let lie, as it got her to go with him. "I get that. You still don't know me very well." He chuckled lightly, attempting to reassure her. "We should both get going then, before it gets dark!"

"well it isn't like I don't want to get to know you better" she said blushing a little and smiled at him a little and nodded "and yes, let's, the sooner we get back to the little one the better" she said as she started back towards the path they came from "but then being out after dark has its advatages" she said to him as she looked to him "I hear star gazing is rather beautiful" she said as she took the container from him and opened it, taking a muffin of and offered it to him, having become hungry a little.

He more than happily took another muffin as they started walking away, chomping down on it. The green faun nodded. "I sometimes wonder what is out there...you know, where all the stars are. I wonder how far away they are." Deep thinking wasn't something he often did, but at night it did spark his curiosity.

Closing the lid of the container, placing it in her bag carefully she took another bite of her muffin, swollowed and nodded "I do admit, I have often wondered what is out there myself...at least I did when I was a child but after growing up I sort of forgotten what it is like to just sit and stare at the stars, wondering what else is out there, who else may be out there, I never have believed we are the only beings in this universe but then this was the thinking of a child, at the time I believed in many a strange thing so who knows if I am right or not?" She said, dismissing the random thoughts of her child self, it just seemed saner that she did now that she was an adult.
