Deumos crawled over him as he relaxed himself. She began to nuzzled into his neck, breathing across his skin like she always did and knew he liked it. In a way, him not sleeping over was good, more time for them to spend together. "Won't you be tired if you have no sleep?" she asked, giving a small lick to his collarbone.
"I'm glad you noticed, I was worried you wouldn't. Also don't waste your money on such things, you need that for you to live on" Deumos purred before her face dropped in confusion. "I feel fine, I don't know what you mean..... I look the same.." she really didn't know what he was talking about, she didn't see any difference "I think think your getting confused with my bump" she purred, placing his hands over it once more "you seem to like touching it.."

Mark blushed, she was horney tonight. Must have been the hormones of the babies within her. Whatever it was, he allowed her. "You're right, I'm still a bit surprised at how big you are now." he purred back licking her cheek. "Well I'm a bit well rested so I should be fine for tonight love."
Massaging her belly he allowed her to snuggle into his arms. Mark loved this side of her a little. "You're a bit flirty tonight." he cooed at her rubbing her shoulders. "You know..we could always play around a little if you'd like..yet I'll let you lead." he playfully wispered into her ear.
They hadn't seen each other for three weeks, they also had all night. Closing his eyes he cuddled her gently. "I love you Deumos.." he purred gently.

"your surprised?... well I hope it doesn't make me any less attractive to you" Deumos smirked as she kissed down his chest. She couldn't help herself, the love for him and how much she had missed him just mixed into one and had to be let out! Hearing him actually let her take the lead made her even more excited, she couldn't wait to tear at his clothes and did so. "Gladly," Deumos whisper back with spark in her eyes, did they seem more blue then purple now?
She placed his hands on her body, before kissing him deeply "I love you too.." and with that she made their bodies melt into the seat for what seemed like hours on end.

They were lost in a lover's embrace for hours. When they finally finished Mark lay there with her panting. "Wow..despite being pregnant you've still got it Deumos!" he flirted gently touching her cheek. "How about, when we feel like it, you show me everywhere you cleaned?" he asked cheerfully snuggling her like a stuffed toy gently.
Her eyes were oddly blue, he wondered if she was alright? Even her skin felt a bit warmer than normal. She was usually kind of cold to the touch, not that he minded though.

She smirked at his comment, licking the beads of sweat off his collar bone. "naturally.. did you doubt me or something?" Deumos asked playfully, with a small pant in her breathing. He was even talking about her cleaning just after all those amazing hours. It did make her laugh that his mind oddly went to that. "I guess I could do that... maybe once you catch our breath" she slyly smirked, placing a soft kiss to his forehead.
There seemed to be something wrong with him though, he kept looking over her body more then usual and giving strange looks "is something on your mind?" she asked, stroking his cheek "you seem to be in deep thought or something."

Mark had noticed she was looking more human than normal. Was there a mirror around? "Honey..follow me for a second alright?" he asked getting up and taking her hand, after just quickly putting on some pants.
It took him a while but he found a slightly broken mirror, but she could still see herself well, when she turned the lights on that was. "Turn on the lights and describe to me what you see alright Deumos?" he asked wondering if she could see herself and this wasn't just a big waste of time.

She laughed to herself while he was putting his trousers back on. Why would he even need them? No one was going to burst in there or anything and she had seen all his parts before. But went along with it, being dragged around the home, wondering what he was looking for. A mirror it seemed as he stopped in front of it. Granted she hadn't been her reflection or even looked since she smashed most of them out of anger, this seemed to be a way to get Mark's point across though.
Still thinking he was going mad, she lit up the room they were now in, laughing. Her face soon dropped as she looked at herself, going pale at the sight of it. What was going on? Deumos then touched at her face franticly in a mad panic. "Mark am I dying already or something?!" she started to stutter out. Her whole stress was making door slam open and closed, even the lights blinked "no no no... why is this happening?!.... I... I.... I look like her a little... my old self..."

"I don't know." He replied with a sigh. "Yet I figured you wanted to know." Looking at her, she seemed more Human than demon. Mark wasn't sure what to do, but he began to gently massage her shoulders.
"It's alright.calm down..I'm right here if you need me." He said to her soothingly. If she kept that up who knows what would happen? They probably would be spotted, though she definately looked scared. Was this part of her curse? To become a human and die at childbirth?
Mark was a bit confused, yet had to admit she looked gorgeous close up. "Do you think the curse is..being lifted?" He asked pulling her into a hug from behind, Marks' hands now resting on the sides of her belly. "I'm sorry..I just don't know how to respond!" he said biting his lip.

Her shaking hands touched her smaller horns, and even stroked her tail which was finding it hard to curl round any limb at all like it used to. It was almost as if seeing a ghost merge with the face she had known for centuries. This was all too scary for Deumos, grey tears ran down her cheeks. Even that make her freak out even more. "they should be black!!!"
Her powers continued to surge through the home, it would be no surprise if someone saw what was going on. But his hug made it all fade away as she began to calm down, still looking incredibly on edge though. Atleast the strange goings on the house had come to a stop though. "I... I don't know.." Deumos then turned round to him and hugged him tightly "I'm so scared Mark... I don't want them to die with me.."

"Shhhhh....it's ok..." he cooed trying to calm her down. Gently rubbing her back he let Deumos hug him for as long as she needed. "I"m here...it's alright.."
Mark was silent for a while. Looking at how long her hair had grown in the broken mirror. He could feel her trembling, he too was a bit nervous. How long had she been pregnant for? Was she almost due? Had time flew by that quickly?
Mark wished he could just run away with Deumos. Take her away from the house, and the curse, and the pain. Run away and raise the little ones inside of her. Fill her with happiness and love until the end of his days.
"I'm sorry Deumos..I don't have any answers for you..I feel like I've failed you..." He said with a sigh. "If I had the power, I would run away with you, take you away from this prison and settle down, and love you until the end of my days." He cooed with romance.
"I wish I could do that...I would in a heartbeat...believe me..I love you so much Deumos."

Deumos gave Mark a deep kiss with her quivering lips, she couldn't help but cry still. "I wish you could too.... and you haven't failed me.. I know you'll look after these children for me.." Her arms kept clinging into him in a tight hug, she just wanted to be held.
With a look up at the ceiling, Deumos had an angry face on her "What the hell do you want from me you bloody horned idiot?!" she screamed with all her tears gushing out, probably making Mark's shirt wet. "I swear if I ever see you again I'll kick you back to hell myself!"
While she was still holding onto Mark, behind her on the mirror she seemed to get a reply. The words were burned into the broken pieces of mirror in front of Mark to see "I've seen the way you love her Human, she doesn't deserve a happy ending. So I thought seeing her as the beautiful woman that once was will make both your hearts break even more once she is ripped from your arms.."

Mark frowned. "Everyone makes mistakes! I lover her not because of what she did in the past, but because..of who she is now! Time has broken her heart enough, clearly you can see that! I won't give up on her, I love her! I'm not afraid of you." he said to the mirror glaring at it.
Wrapping his arms around her he kissed her forehead. "My words probably fall on deaf ears, but is there any chance...even the slightest chance...of having her live?" He asked in almost a pleading tone. This demon seemed to love getting his joy out of pain.
For all Mark knew, he had set the whole thing up from the beginning. Getting the woman pregnant to cursing her, just to spite her. She was different! He knew she was!

Deumos stopped crying for a moment, wondering who Mark was talking to? Was it her or something? After turning around herself she saw the words fade. Into hundreds of NOs on every broken piece of glass. "Talk to ME you idiot," she shouted at the mirror, looking desperate now. "Don't use your stupid mirror writing trick! You come out right and say it to my face!" Her body was shaking all over again, from anger, fear and sadness all rolled into one. All of the single words began to dissolve once again to say something else on it's reflective surface.
"You will see me soon enough.... for the big event" and with that there seemed to be nothing, like a dark presence had been lifted around the two. The demon had made the whole room cold, leaving goosebumps on Deumos' skin.

Mark held her in his warm arms. It looked hopeless after all, no! There just had to be another way! There just had to. "You probably should get dressed..I don't want you or our little one's getting sick." he wispered to her rocking the woman a little.
"I promise that I'll fill our children's lives with my love. They will be taken care of..that I promise with all my heart Deumos." he said tearing up a little. "Actually, I've been meaning to ask you this. What..was your real name?"
Mark didn't want to imply, but he just had to know before she passed on. Closing his eyes he let some of his tears fall upon her gently. Why was this happening? The woman he loved was going to die after giving birth. It just wasn't fair! He wanted to have more children with her, he wanted to surround her with love! Fate was cold and cruel sometimes.

She could feel his tears wetten her bare shoulder, it broke her heart whenever he was upset about all of this. He was right about putting some clothes on, she had been feeling colder recently, it must of been because of this change in her. With a sigh she walked off to her bed room, rummaging around through really old fashioned clothes that hadn't seen the light of day for years. There didn't seem to be anything appropriate to wear, it was all corsets. Ones that would make it hard to breathe, the style was very normal in her era. There was even maternity corsets back then, but that didn't mean they were actually safe for unborn children. After closing the wardrobe doors, she sighed once more. Rubbing at her arms to keep warm she looked over to Mark who had asked her a question beforehand. "My old name?... It's Isabel"
