Kekkei Genkai Description, History:

Living throughout the forests for a great many years it is believed that sages of this kekkei genkai were taught it's ways from the great animals themselves. With countless years of training a sage's natural chakra and the wisdom of the oldest of bears they were able mold their bodies in their image. Thus the Kekkei genkai Dru' Arau was officially born. The sages themselves soon scattered themselves to the winds either finding apprentices or developing their bond even further. Most members of this bloodline tend to confine themselves to roam the wilds and because of this their hierarchy differs from most kekkei genkai's. Despite having being a head or master of the bloodline these heads don't actually hold any real power over it's members. They're opinions, however, tend to very well respected and hold weight over many.

Strengths:
• Strength is increased by [2] ranks
• User gain a deepened chakra pool +[50]


Weaknesses:
• flexibility is decreased by [2] ranks
• Almost all techniques require the user to be either fully or partial transformed
• Non kekkei genkai jutsu (aside from certain taijutsu techniques) cannot be used with bear paws.


Rules and Requirements:
• Not really a rule but members of this kekkie genkai can choose what kind of bear they are.
• Training for kekkei genkai techniques must be done in full bear form
• Users cannot have a small body frame for obvious reasons
• If someone else wants to join just let me know so I can let you know when I add more jutsu.

Jutsu Name: Shapeshift (passive)

Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: The first step towards master this kekkei genkai. The user will be able to come into contact with their inner beast. Allowing them to shape shift themselves either fully or partially into their bear form.

Jutsu Name: Deep wounds (passive)
Rank: C
Element: n/a
Classification: Taijutsu
Description: After training and getting used to being within their bear form, users will begin to develop more savagery behind their strikes causing them to inflict deep bleeding wounds to any target within melee range. Because of the way these lacerations are inflicted they will continually bleed unless properly handled by a medical nin.

Jutsu Name: Maul
Rank: C-A
Element: Maruton
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: Flooding their chakra into their arm while in bear (requires at least the paws of your bear form), the user will slash out with an empowered claw. The strength of this attack varies with your rank.

Genin- the force from the attack can easily leave large dents in solid metal objects and would undoubtedly break through with multiple attempts.

Chunin- This upgraded attack is now capable of crushing even a good sized boulder without harming the bones in the users body.

Jounin- A truly fearsome technique at this stage. the user is now capable of completely shredding through solid steel from a single swipe were it to find it's mark.
Applies the deep wounds effect.

Description: Through heavy training and their bestial blood the user gains an increased regeneration process of any healing techie that is applied to them. Causes healing jutsu that is used on them to go up by [1] rank.

Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: With continual training users can now sense enemies who are inflicted with deep wounds and any further attacks made against the target will have their power increased by [1] rank. Requires at least the head be shape shifted.

Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: Sending a flood of chakra to empower their legs the user will charge forward in a blast of blinding speed hoping to either smash into the opponent with their weight, or follow it up with another attack. Because the user moves so fast with this technique it is impossible to change direction or course once you have started moving.

Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: While parts of their body are shape shifted the users fur will become much more hardened. Turing it into a chakra infused armor. Passively reducing all nin and taijutsu used against the user by [1] rank. Not applicable to katon techniques. This jutsu can also be activated to temporarily increase it's power by hardening the fur even further. Causing it to become harder then steel and just as sharp, cutting up any foe that makes physical contact. Applies Deep wounds effect and lasts for [3] posts once activated with a [1] post cooldown. The passive effect is also deactivated while this ability is on cooldown.

Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: A technique developed from many years of hibernation of previous elders. The user will release a special portion of their nature touch chakra that will begin to repair damage such as burns, cuts, and broken bones. The process is slow at first healing only small cuts and minor muscle damage, but as long as the user holds still and continues the jutsu even the most grievous wounds can be healed. Requires full bear form.
[1] post- small cuts and burns will be repaired.
[2] post- deep wounds from weapons repaired and most every kinds of poison effects purged.
[3] post- tissue and muscle damage completely repaired.
[4] post- damaged limbs will begin to regenerate.
[5] post- any wound or debilitating effect aside from getting your head cut off is now healed and removed.

Description: A two part attack. The user will send heavy chakra flow to both their arms and feet. Then once both of the users arms become empowered with Maul, they will begin to whirl around themselves becoming a small tornado of destruction and lacerating anything within an 8 yard radius. The user will then crouch down to perform an empowered leap into the air with an intent to slam back down with all their weight on the target. The users chakra empowered legs holding within them enough strength to easily crush even the largest boulder beneath them.

Yokioni Clan
Strong, Demonic, Burning

The Yokioni Clan is an Ancient Clan believed to be descendants of devils and monsters. The reason behind such is the horn or horns that are typically jutting out of their skulls. The main thing that was known about them was that a vast majority of them were physical warriors. Either being Quick yet somewhat powerful, or powerful yet somewhat quick. However a lesser known thing about them back in this time was that some of the clan members were believed to have something known as "Hell Fire"

Hell Fire, is essentially Katon, except as opposed to normal Katon, it takes on a red color with a black tinge to it, making it appear much more of demonic fire than normal fire. It is also stronger than normal Katon. The clan members that were first capable of using this were not as phyiscally strong as other clan members. However, since that time, the clan's generations have been evolving, and now all members of the clan take on both the physicality and hell fire.

The Clan was first found to live in the mountains of the Land of Lightning, and referred to as "The Mountain Dwellers" by people who knew of them, but did not know what they were exactly. They initially kept away from the world, however eventually they began to raid villages in the lower areas of the mountains. Eventually making a name for themselves. They began to spread their clan out much more after such. Leaving the mountains, and going into different areas, becoming slightly more diverse.


Strengths:
• Learn Katon and Taijutsu or Kenjutsu [1] Post Faster. [Users Must make a choice upon creation of character.]
• Clan Members are Immune to Hell Fire
• Their Strength is Sharply increased [+1.5] while their Agility is slightly increased [.5] OR Their Agility is Sharply increased [+1.5] while their Strength is slightly increased [+.5] (Choice must be made upon character creation.)
• They resist illness, they have less of a chance of succumbing to disease or illnesses due to their immune system being better than normal.
• Hell Fire techniques are considered stronger than normal Katon Techniques of the same rank as they are. However other techniques are not affected by this.

Weaknesses:
• Unable to have Suiton as an Element
• If their horn is broken they are unable to use their clan techniques, other than "Horn Regeneration". The horn is only able to be regenerated outside of battle through the use of the "Horn Regeneration" Technique.
• They are slightly less Flexible due to their body structures. [-.5]
• Despite resisting illness, when they do get sick, they are sick for longer periods of time than normal. This is because their immune system works better for keeping illness and disease out of the body, but not as well for expelling illness and disease already in the body.

Rules and Requirements:
• Katon must be your Main Element.
• Must have One or Multiple Horns sticking out from the skull.


Clan/Kekkei Genkai Stages:
Stage 1: During this stage, the user's horn extends, growing larger, and more durable. Their eyes change color from their normal color, and their teeth sharpen.
• .While in this stage any jutsu that uses fire takes on the property of Hell Fire as opposed to normal fire, and is treated as Bloodline Jutsu as well as it's initial jutsu. [This does not stack boosts. If you get a boost in power for Bloodline justu and a boost in power for the initial jutsu, you only get the larger boost of the two.]
• Unlocking this stage requires [5] posts of training, which involves meditating in Hell Fire.

Stage 2: During this stage, the user's body grows larger, in a way dependent on the user. Whether it is getting taller and muscles enlarging or something else.
• While in this stage, their Strength and Reflexes are increased.
• Unlocking this stage requires [10] posts of training, which involves meditating in Hell Fire, as well as physical exercise.

Stage 3: The final stage causes the person in question to undergo a dramatic change to their body, taking on a completely new form. The form they take on is unique to the person in question, however it is demonic in nature in one way or another. The form the character will take is determined by the Rper. Note that you may have a form with wings, but you will be incapable of flight. These are not flying devils!
• While in this stage, you become resistant to Katon, however weak to Suiton. [1 Rank Decrease in power of Katon against you][1 Rank increase in power of Suiton against you.]
• Unlocking this stage requires [15] posts of raining, involving meditating in Hell Fire, physical exercise, as well as you must complete a spar with a fellow clan member in which you both only use Bloodline Jutsu.

-The Stages can only be held for a maximum of 5 Posts Each per battle.
-After the full time limit has been used up for a stage if the user does not enter a new stage they will be fatigued for 2 posts, in which their jutsu will receive a 1 rank in power reduction during that time.
-If a horn is broken while in a stage, the user will immediately leave the stage and be fatigued for 4 posts, in which their jutsu will receive a 1 rank in power reduction during that time. They will be unable to enter their stages for the rest of the battle as the horn is necessary for stages.
-The stages do stack. So Stage 2 receives the jutsu bonus, and stage three receives the stat and jutsu bonus.

Clan/Kekkei Genkai Jutsus:

Jutsu Name: Horn Regeneration
Rank: E-Rank
Element: N/A
Classification: Bloodline/Healing
Description: The user of this technique will focus on their broken horn, or area their horn once was. The horn will begin to regenerate from chakra, until it is almost like it is brand new. This technique can only be used outside of battle.
This is considered a starter technique for members of the clan.
Range: Self

Jutsu Name: Hell's Stigma
Rank: A
Element: Katon
Classification: Jutsu
Description: The Yokioni user forms signs ending in a tiger seal. After doing so they focus chakra into one hand until a black orb is formed. They rush their enemy slamming the orb on any part of the body. After making a successful hit the orb wraps its self around the person trapping them inside a pitch black bubble of pure heat. When two post are up with the snap of the users fingers the orb will explode along with whoever was trapped inside burning them to near death..
Range: Close range
Jutsu Name: Hell Fire Pillar
Rank: C Rank
Element: Katon - Hell Fire
Classification: Bloodline Jutsu
Description: The user of this technique will focus their chakra around an area within a certain range of the user. The chakra is focused into the ground, and then black and red flames explode upwards in a fifteen foot tall pillar.
Range: 10 foot area within 40 feet of user.

Jutsu Name: Hell Fire Spitter
Rank: B Rank
Element: Katon - Hell Fire
Classification: Bloodline Jutsu
Description: The user will breath black and red flames from their mouth in a stream which they can move with their mouth. The flame stream lasts up to 6 posts maximum if continuously held. Requiring E-Rank chakra to keep up each post after the first.
Range: 50 Feet

Jutsu Name: Hell Fire Combat
Rank: B Rank
Element: Katon - Hell Fire
Classification: Bloodline Jutsu
Description: The user of this technique will cover their weapon or weapons [fists and legs are counted] in Hell Fire, in order to augment their physical fighting capabilities. Physical strikes with a weapon covered in hell fire causes burns, and igniting.

Classification: Bloodline Jutsu
Description: The user of this technique will cause a wave of hell fire to expel across the area they are in causing the whole surrounding environment to ignite in hell fire, and making it seem almost like they turned the area in question into their own hell. This technique lasts for 10 posts before the flames fade away. For the duration of this technique, all Hell Fire techniques used within this area are increased by 1 rank in power. Katon techniques are slightly increased in power as well. Those who are not immune to Hell Fire will fatigue faster while fighting in this area.
Range: Whole Thread or 150 Foot Radius [Largest over Smallest]

Range:
up cooldown to two posts. Hair that has been made into spikes could also become brittle if its that thin, be aware of that. I would like to say this actually turns it into a metal like substance and thus would gain a weakness to raiton. Applying a current to it for even a second on a thin metal would cause it to short out and melt most of the tips. just an idea...dont know if you nessicarily want this as its supposed to be fur. But it SHOULD have a weakness other than the down time.

Can be the only activation in a post as it has a large radius. Players not on the ground will not be effected but cannot simply be jumped over. This basically wouldn't effect flying players.

Despite having being a head or master of the bloodline these heads don't actually hold any real power over it's members. They're opinions, however, tend to very well respected and hold weight over many.

The Yokioni Clan is an Ancient Clan believed to be descendants of devils and monsters. The reason behind such is the horn or horns that are typically jutting out of their skulls. The main thing that was known about them was that a vast majority of them were physical warriors. Either being Quick yet somewhat powerful, or powerful yet somewhat quick. However a lesser known thing about them back in this time was that some of the clan members were believed to have something known as "Hell Fire"

Hell Fire, is essentially Katon, except as opposed to normal Katon, it takes on a red color with a black tinge to it, making it appear much more of demonic fire than normal fire. It is also stronger than normal Katon. The clan members that were first capable of using this were not as phyiscally physically strong as other clan members. However, since that time, the clan's generations have been evolving, and now all members of the clan take on both the physicality and hell fire.

The Clan was first found to live in the mountains of the Land of Lightning, and referred to as "The Mountain Dwellers" by people who knew of them, but did not know what they were exactly. They initially kept away from the world, however eventually they began to raid villages in the lower areas of the mountains. Eventually making a name for themselves. They began to spread their clan out much more after such. Leaving the mountains, and going into different areas, becoming slightly more diverse.


Strengths:
• Learn Katon and Taijutsu or Kenjutsu [1] Post Faster. [Users Must make a choice upon creation of character.]

• Clan Members are Immune to Hell Fire

• Their Strength is Sharply increased [+1.5] while their Agility is slightly increased [.5] OR Their Agility is Sharply increased [+1.5] while their Strength is slightly increased [+.5] (Choice must be made upon character creation.) The stats are a bit high, I like the whole choice aspect but two stats is just too much and the increase is too much. So pick one stat and have it as a +1. As well, is this per rank increase or just flat starting bonus? If it is a per rank, it should only be a 0.5 per rank.

• They resist illness, they have less of a chance of succumbing to disease or illnesses due to their immune system being better than normal.

• Hell Fire techniques are considered stronger than normal Katon Techniques of the same rank as they are. However other techniques are not affected by this. Please state how much stronger "Stronger than Normal" is. Are we talking like barely? A full rank? More than that? This a little too open ended for my taste

Weaknesses:
• Unable to have Suiton as an Element

• If their horn is broken they are unable to use their clan techniques, other than "Horn Regeneration". The horn is only able to be regenerated outside of battle through the use of the "Horn Regeneration" Technique.

• They are slightly less Flexible due to their body structures. [-.5] As Rin said, Flexibility is a very marginal weakness that very few people actually even use. The stat in question should be the opposite of what you pick as your strength. So for example if you went Strength, you should loose Agility and vice versa.

• Despite resisting illness, when they do get sick, they are sick for longer periods of time than normal. This is because their immune system works better for keeping illness and disease out of the body, but not as well for expelling illness and disease already in the body. This is also sort of marginal, but then again so is the strength aspect of this. Just wanted to touch on it

Rules and Requirements:
• Katon must be your Main Element.
• Must have One or Multiple Horns sticking out from the skull.


Clan/Kekkei Genkai Stages:
Stage 1: During this stage, the user's horn extends, growing larger, and more durable. Their eyes change color from their normal color, and their teeth sharpen.

• .While in this stage any jutsu that uses fire takes on the property of Hell Fire as opposed to normal fire, and is treated as Bloodline Jutsu as well as it's initial jutsu. [This does not stack boosts. If you get a boost in power for Bloodline justu and a boost in power for the initial jutsu, you only get the larger boost of the two.]

• Unlocking this stage requires [5] posts of training, which involves meditating in Hell Fire.

Stage 2: During this stage, the user's body grows larger, in a way dependent on the user. Whether it is getting taller and muscles enlarging or something else.
• While in this stage, their Strength and Reflexes are increased.
• Unlocking this stage requires [10] posts of training, which involves meditating in Hell Fire, as well as physical exercise.

Stage 3: The final stage causes the person in question to undergo a dramatic change to their body, taking on a completely new form. The form they take on is unique to the person in question, however it is demonic in nature in one way or another. The form the character will take is determined by the Rper. Note that you may have a form with wings, but you will be incapable of flight. These are not flying devils!

• While in this stage, you become resistant to Katon, however weak to Suiton. [1 Rank Decrease in power of Katon against you][1 Rank increase in power of Suiton against you.]

• Unlocking this stage requires [15] posts of raining Did you mean training?, involving meditating in Hell Fire, physical exercise, as well as you must complete a spar with a fellow clan member in which you both only use Bloodline Jutsu.

-The Stages can only be held for a maximum of 5 Posts Each per battle.
-After the full time limit has been used up for a stage if the user does not enter a new stage they will be fatigued for 2 posts, in which their jutsu will receive a 1 rank in power reduction during that time.

-If a horn is broken while in a stage, the user will immediately leave the stage and be fatigued for 4 posts, in which their jutsu will receive a 1 rank in power reduction during that time. They will be unable to enter their stages for the rest of the battle as the horn is necessary for stages.

-The stages do stack. So Stage 2 receives the jutsu bonus, and stage three receives the stat and jutsu bonus.

Clan/Kekkei Genkai Jutsus:

Jutsu Name: Horn Regeneration
Rank: E-Rank
Element: N/A
Classification: Bloodline/Healing
Description: The user of this technique will focus on their broken horn, or area their horn once was. The horn will begin to regenerate from chakra, until it is almost like it is brand new. This technique can only be used outside of battle.
This is considered a starter technique for members of the clan.

Jutsu Name: Hell's Stigma

Classification: Jutsu
Description: The Yokioni user forms signs ending in a tiger seal. After doing so they focus chakra into one hand until a black orb is formed. They rush their enemy slamming the orb on any part of the body. After making a successful hit the orb wraps its self around the person trapping them inside a pitch black bubble of pure heat. When two post are up with the snap of the users fingers the orb will explode along with whoever was trapped inside burning them to near death..
Range: Close range
There needs to be a way to escape this otherwise its an instant kill if it hits. "Near Death" from burns means likely full body 3rd degree burns. You arent ash, but you might as well be because the end result is going to be the same. My suggestion is add in "This can be broken by an equal rank Release"

Jutsu Name: Hell Fire Pillar

Classification: Bloodline Jutsu
Description: The user of this technique will focus their chakra around an area within a certain range of the user. The chakra is focused into the ground, and then black and red flames explode upwards in a fifteen foot tall pillar.

Yay breath weapon. Something I know. Firstly this doesnt feel like it fits with the whole demon theme. You dont exactly see demons spitting fire in most mythos. But thats just me being picky. Now onto the real issues here. Range is 50 feet, thats great. Is it a line? A cone? How does one defend against it? Can it be blocked by an elemental wall? Countered by another breath type jutsu? As for the continuous breath, there is a C rank Katon Jutsu
Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique)
Rank: C
Description: A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent, originating from the users mouth. In some cases it has been seen to take on the form of a dragon. Capable of being used like a flamethrower, prolonged exposure has been known to transform boulders and cliff side’s into molten piles of magma.
Note: Chuunin for three post's, and Jounin for five. As mentioned before, strength of the flame and prolonged exposure can prove devastating.
This requires you to maintain C rank Chakra per each post. So your Chakra Cost for it needs to increase to at the very least a D Rank per turn

This technique lasts for 10 posts before the flames fade away. For the duration of this technique, all Hell Fire techniques used within this area are increased by 1 rank in power. Katon techniques are slightly increased in power as well. Those who are not immune to Hell Fire will fatigue faster while fighting in this area.
Range: Whole Thread or 150 Foot Radius [Largest over Smallest]
Only real issues I am seeing with this are, one does the fire in itself cause harm? If so what scale of harm is it causing to anybody who is not immune to hellfire (IE Anyone not of your clan) and two there needs to be a stipulation in this somewhere that states I can be countered out by a Suiton Jutsu of the same rank.

I may or may not be giving up on this clan, for now I'll just put it on hold, however before anything else I'd like to make a comment on your two judgements for those parts of it.

Hachūrui Gives +1 to Flexibility and +1 to Reflexes.
The Naga Clan gives +3 to Flexibility.
While I understand it might fall into the whole "Flexibility isn't a much used." sort of thing. They are both still clans that give +2 Total or Higher.
One of which basically is a solid +3 to a single stat at creation.

Aside from that, I disagree with saying the weakness should be opposite of what is chosen. Because being strong doesn't necessarily mean you're less agile, or slower. And same for vice versa. But body structure is an important factor in flexibility, and the Yokioni's body structure makes them less flexible.
I've expressed my concerns, If I fix the clan you'll probably see it back up in a couple days.

The stats are a bit high, I like the whole choice aspect but two stats is just too much and the increase is too much. So pick one stat and have it as a +1. As well, is this per rank increase or just flat starting bonus? If it is a per rank, it should only be a 0.5 per rank.

• They are slightly less Flexible due to their body structures. [-.5] As Rin said, Flexibility is a very marginal weakness that very few people actually even use. The stat in question should be the opposite of what you pick as your strength. So for example if you went Strength, you should loose Agility and vice versa.


I may or may not be giving up on this clan, for now I'll just put it on hold, however before anything else I'd like to make a comment on your two judgements for those parts of it.

Hachūrui Gives +1 to Flexibility and +1 to Reflexes.
The Naga Clan gives +3 to Flexibility.
While I understand it might fall into the whole "Flexibility isn't a much used." sort of thing. They are both still clans that give +2 Total or Higher.
One of which basically is a solid +3 to a single stat at creation.

Aside from that, I disagree with saying the weakness should be opposite of what is chosen. Because being strong doesn't necessarily mean you're less agile, or slower. And same for vice versa. But body structure is an important factor in flexibility, and the Yokioni's body structure makes them less flexible.
I've expressed my concerns, If I fix the clan you'll probably see it back up in a couple days.
to elaborate on the stat boosts, both clans you mentioned are available tip the immediate population where customs tend to not be. We have a fairly strict policy on what is allowed and what is not involving stats.

As for weakness, I agree with you for the most part however it takes a bit of work with our systems to become both fast and strong unless you focus on pure physical characters. We will await repost of this however and reserve judgment on the modified clan

Users of the Jūryoku Kekkie Genkai have not been seen for some time. Their use of gravity based Jutsu put them as a large threat to the five great nations. As such, they were hunted to near extinction. The last of the clan were put into slavery and were not allowed to use or practice their jutsu in any way. As such, being born into this clan is both dangerous and depressing. They work underneath an evil Warlord who holds them deep down in caves under the Village Hidden in the Mist.

Recently, a secret sect have been working on making themselves stronger unbeknownst to their captors. After years of planning they made a break for it. Many were slaughtered in the escape, but their midst were children for the future. They ran to a secret place only known by them. Even though none of them were related, they became family. Now they live out their days trying to regain what was lost.

This will cause the users own gravity to continuously increase over the course of the jutsu that will shatter most bones within the body and cause inner organ failure. [Lasts 2 posts. 15 post cool down. The user must seek medical attention within 5 posts or they will die.While preparing cannot cast other jutsu and hands must stay interlocked.]

Um. How do you not allow Gravity jutsu but you allow Dragons? Dragons that make him invulnerable to whole elements. Not to mention a steel Clan that can make parts of themselves invulnerable if not invincible at higher levels lol.

Um. How do you not allow Gravity jutsu but you allow Dragons? Dragons that make him invulnerable to whole elements. Not to mention a steel Clan that can make parts of themselves invulnerable if not invincible at higher levels lol.

Because we don't. Because we've seen what happens when gravity jutsu is allowed and things get out of hand very quickly. Gravity jutsu is a very iffy thing, and if you do it right, can make you invincible. Completely invincible. As you couldn't get to them with even a nuke invincible. Even if it was used right, it could be very very hard to mod, nearly impossible, because gravity is a wacky thing. It's in the unsaid policy that time-warping and gravity jutsu are not allowed in this guild. It's been a hard set thing for a while now.
And that's that.
