Glad the girl was alright, aside from a small scrape, he let out a sigh of relief before smiling. A smile that soon turned into a frown when Freya brought up he should be resting. Of course, she was right but Dan wasn't one to sit around while everyone else was risking their lives. He was glad she understood but still felt a little bad about it. "Sorry Freya. I'll be sure to be careful. As for where we're going, I'm not sure on all the details...Let's just follow Ceramew" he suggested, spotting the hybrid heading into the forest. After returning Talon, he'd make his way in as well, taking note of the dead plants and absent pokemon. It wasn't long until he spotted Greesix, the man on Lykas' wanted list.
Alex entered the Pattern Bush that was currently lacking the pattern. It was then that she spotted the lightning rod device with Yellosix standing nearby. "You with the lightning!" the blonde called him out, Z levitating beside her.

"Hm?" Grunted the Beartic hybrid as he turned to stare at Chaos, shooting a glare, the same glare casting onto Damon. Without another word, the hybrid attacked, the bear man unleashing a fierce gust of freezing wind from his might maw as he let out a fierce roar, the powerful Blizzard attack blowing towards the Snagems, freezing the ground and cave walls in its path.
As for Yellosix, he just smiled at Ter and Alex as they called out to him, as if happy to see him. "Heeey guys! What brings you here? Oh wait, that's a dumb question! Of course you would show up, haha! Well guess what? You're pretty much too late losers! This baby here has sucked up almost all the energy it needs from this Pattern Bush place, some real good chi here. Won't be long now. So then, while we wait, how's about we put on an electrifying show! Yeah that sounds good! Let's kick up the voltage!" He cried out, releasing a Magnezone, Ampharos, and Raichu. "Magnezone! Barrier on the machine! Ampharos, Rain Dance! As for you Raichu...haha! Thunder him!" He said, pointing at Ter. The Pokemon would obey accordingly, the Magnezone floating up into the air above the lightning rod-like machine and using its power to form a protective box around it. As for Ampharos it fired off a ball of blue energy into the sky, exploding into pulsating waves of energy which soon turned into rain giving storm clouds. As for Raichu, it stuck its tail into the air and summoned forth a bolt of lightning from the heavens to smite Ter himself.
As for Greesix. "Well well, I guess my brother didn't hold you off for very long." The Hexagon Brother commented. "No matter, the end is near regardless of what happens here. See what's happening to this forest? This here machine is sucking its chi dry, the energy necessary for our master plan. It won't be long now before Team Cipher rises up from the ashes and seizes control of this world. But for now, you are all a problem that must be dealt with." Greesix sneered, releasing his Serperior, Shiftry, and Vileplume. "Use Stun Spore, Vileplume. Shiftry, fan the spores with Whirlwind. Serperior, Magical Leaf." And so the deadly combination would be executed, the Vileplume releasing a cloud of paralyzing spores, the Shiftry blowing the spores far and wide at the Snagems with Whirlwind, and Serperior sending a flurry of target seeking leaves into the gust, targeting any and all Snagems.

"Litwick! Heat Wave!" commanded James.
The powered up Litwick happily obliged, sending a wall of intense heat rippling through the air towards Greesix's team and easily burning away the myriad leaves and spores.
From his vantage point on James's shoulder, Snivy clicked its tongue and shook its head at its fully evolved brethren before responding with a Leaf Tornado. A vortex of sharp leaves rapidly extended towards Serperior.

"Motherf-" Chaos blurt out, arms over his face as the frozen wind slammed against him and the rest of the Snagems. While he wasn't used to this kind of cold, he held his ground, and although the Poke Balls on his belt were knocked off, all that accomplished was releasing his three pokemon.
"~/~ this ~/~! Triplecast Flare Vortex!"
Warbringer, Deathgiver, and Ragebearer began running around Prudence at high speeds, the air friction this causes combines with the heat of their bodies to produce a ring of fire via triple Fire Spin. Hopefully, not only would this deal massive damage to the fire-weak Beartic hybrid, but it would prevent him from moving around any.
Raichu's Thunder was dispelled with a well-placed Protect ala Sunny. Quick thinking got me to bring her out, and she immediately used Protect upon being released from her ball. In the meantime, Simon was already deep into the ground, honing his claws in preparation of popping up directly under the lightningrod Chi Converter.
Keiko, however, had no way to defend herself with Aster recovering.

If the fact of the Pattern Bush being more like a regular bush wasn't disconcerting, the whole bit with Yellosix was. Then the series of attacks... yeah, this wasn't going to be pleasant by any means. With a sigh, Sol shrugged. "I knew I was too hasty in recalling him... sorry, Swampert, you're still my best option here."
Letting the Pokemon out once again, he began to gather a bit of chi. Something he could use despite all this rain and thunder. "Mud Sport." Following the simple command, Swampert made use of the gradually muddy ground, sending globs of it all around. Not only did this allow for a bit of defense, but the Pokemon Yellosix had out probably wouldn't be too fond of it.
Amaranth was able to get inside the cave without much issue, unsure how to respond to Chaos. The lack of life continued to worry her, though the water didn't. As far as she was aware, it looked somewhat normal, but she had never been around under its more traditional circumstances. To her, it was just a mildly cold cave.
That is, until Prudence decided the cold cave needed to be colder. Her and Xipil bracing down to avoid being blown right back out, they figured it was a good idea to do something about this. Her beak threatening to clack a little, she hurled a few Will-O-Wisps at the opposing hybrid... only to learn they couldn't stand up to the Blizzard and was thrown back. "Too much...?" She simply asked.
This prompted the Charizard to counter with his own tactic, letting out a Flamethrower to try getting at Prudence instead.
Ceramew would find that her efforts to move so quickly wasn't as good a thing as one would think. The quietness of the forest, the lack of life of almost any sort, let alone the forest itself seemingly crying in pain on account of the condition... it was enough to actually bother her a little, to thaw whatever ice had decided to form over her. By the time she saw Greesix, she actually looked a little nervous. What he said next didn't help. Reminded her too much of the past.
"This is just like..." She shook her head, not exercising that thought any further. "Hmph, I dun even know what end you're talking about." She didn't have a chance to say much more before bringing forth a protective aura around herself, barely managing to keep her safe from the swan song that Greesix had going. A Litwick's Heat Wave could only stop so much, after all. She didn't dare do much else until it was clear.

The moment the bolt of thunder stuck nearby, Jude had ducked to the ground and covered his head. However, he neglected to convince his tail that it, too, should not be sticking in the air. Jonsi stood over him, ears and arms spread wide. He squealed in defiance -- until a glob of mud hit him in the face. Shaking off, he turned toward Swampert and shook a tiny fist. "Pipika!"

The peace would make Havoc relax, making Veronica smile but the wildlife would look worse as they walked. It's almost... creepy. Havoc stayed on alert, taking a protective stance when they reached Greesix. "What?" she whispered It's just taking the chi... just like that? Before Veronica could make a decision, Havoc took the paralyze just as she punched the Shiftry with a Force Palm powered up. Unfortunately, Havoc wasn't in time to help Veronica take on some of the Magical Leafs that left her with scrapes and cuts. "Don't worry!" She told her Lucario and sent out her Monferno. "Chi, burn up their attacks!" The Monferno would then take his turn to use Flame Wheel to roll across, eliminating the leafs and some bits of the spore.

A blast of fire spared Keiko from injury and Pignite dashed by followed by Freya who paused to give the girl a wink and a thumbs up."Let's burn this ~/~ down, Pignite. Buizel, use your tail again and turn that spore back at them! Pikachu, give that machine the biggest shock and shut it down!" Yeah, using almost her entire team of Pokemon at once probably wasn't 'fair' but, hell, these guys never played fair. It was high time to throw the rules away while dealing with them. Plus, it didn't look like Keiko had any usable Pokemon. She was going to make sure these Hexagon Brothers knew their place.

Switching out Shellshock for Maggy, Tsuki said "Fire Blast!" Maggy pushed her arms towards, firing a wall of flames at the Vileplume. It's spores were the direct threat. The Serperior could wait until later.
Arthur did the same thing, switching Viviane for Gwen. She sent out bursts of Embers, trying to burn the air around and get the spores.

With those in Berry Forest, Lykas would release Nuregami the Milotic, having recalled him after the long swim here. "Blizzard!" He called, the serpent releasing a chilling gale of freezing wind at the trio of Grass-types. Most, if not all of Greesix's spores would be frozen in an instant, the remainder being blown back at their source. The frozen spores would end up blast backwards like icy pellets.
"Take care of that Chi Reactor!" He told the others, a very obvious look on vengeance written all over his face. "Greesix is MINE!" He growled as he looked to Mykel, the recently Evolved Gardevoir, who was still running on max power from his uninterrupted Calm Mind session before. "Catch that Serperior with your Psychic and bring it here."
"You got it!" Mykel agreed, throwing a hand forward as his eyes took on a bright blue glow, his gown flowing behind him as the wind picked up from the sheer force of this mental release.
Odd, with those at Pattern Bush, was quite irate at the sight of Yellosix. "You again?" He asked with a sigh. "You broke my leg back in Veilstone, you jerk!" He released Dissonance the Golurk, recalling Treble due to his type disadvantage, and commanded an Earth Power aimed at the Chi Reactor.
Al, with those at Icefall Cavern, was at an untter disadvantage. His only Pokemon were an Altaria and a Togetic, both weak to the cold as well as the enemy they faced. He had no idea what to do to fight this enemy at the moment and simply stood there in shock.

Damon was surprised at Chaos' triple attack.
"I guess i might help out, Mal! Snow! Get 'em"
The Skorupi and Snorunt came out of there balls raring for a fight.
"Let's see if i can get a double attack in. Snow! Use Ice Beam! Mal! Pin Missile!!"
The pokemon followed suit. The Snorunt sent out a freezing cold beat at the hybrid while Mal sent out 5 sharp stinger-tipe objects from his stinger. The ice beam froze the Stingers. The ice beam and the frozen stingers flew at the hybrid with incredible speed.

Thanks to the many fire attacks the majority of the Stun Spore and Magical Leaf was burned away, however some might have still remained. The Serperior would scoff at the incoming Leaf Tornado, Blizzard, Psychic that threatened it, quickly moving to the front lines and summoning up a bright pink light around its body, the attacks clashing with it and during great damage, however they were sent back all at once at twice the power, there was no way the Snagems were coming out of this without a scratch. "I'm your's? And who might you be?" Greesix said to Lykas, as if he forgot him. "Vileplume, Teeter Dance. Shiftry, blow away those two annoyances." He ordered. The Vileplume would begin to stumble around, side stepping the Fire Blast, still getting grazed by it however, but still continuing its confusing dance, affecting anyone who stared it for too long. Shiftry however was concentrating on Freya's Pokemon, executing a Whirlwind against her Pikachu and Pignite specifically, however getting hit by the Force Palm afterwards.
At Icefall Cave, the hybrid just stood there as the many fire attacks consumed it, the beast disappearing from sight completely, that was until a dome of brown energy exploded outward from within the center of the flames, pushing back the fire and revealing a bulked up, and very angry looking Beartic hybrid, powered up by Superpower. "Graaah!" The beast roared, disappearing in a flash, reappearing in front of Amaranth, giving a punch straight into her gut, then turning to face Al as he released an Ice Beam from his mouth.
And finally at Pattern Bush, the Barrier for now would hold up to the Earth Power attack, the Magnezone retaliating against the Golurk with a Supersonic attack. Yellosix frowned as the place became covered in mud and his Thunder was stopped. "You guys are lame! Raichu, show them how to party! Swift! Ampharos, slow them down! Cotton Spore!" He ordered. The Raichu would unleash a flurry of energy stars, the stars guided towards the Snagems, as for the Ampharos is made sure they would get a hit as it released a cloud of cotton spores, the spores would cling to the Snagems and make it increasingly hard to move.

With no way to reliably dodge such an attack, Sol and Swampert took a defensive stance. The attack hurt to be sure, but nothing that couldn't be handled. But, it did leave them open for the spores to start turning the two into fixtures in the ground. And with the rain, burning them off wasn't an option for the moment.
"I'm sorry." Sol said, managing a shrug despite the hindered movements. "But for what I'm doing, I won't need to move much. Swampert, help them cool off." He'd then unleash a psychic burst near Raichu, while Swampert fired an Ice Beam at Ampharos.
Amaranth didn't even realize what was going on until it was too late, with an angry Beartic hybrid suddenly appearing in front of her and punching her clear across the cave. The resulting impact didn't help matters, a yell escaping her as she finally hit the ground. Somehow, she wasn't completely out of the fight, but after something like that, she wasn't moving anytime soon. Having three winds knocked out of you at once tends to do that.
This was probably not the wisest thing to do with a Charizard in the area. Roaring in response, Xipil felt it was best to show Prudence what for. It wasn't something he cared to use much, but in a case like this, it was justified. The immediate area warming up in a hurry, he put everything he had into a Blast Burn.
Lykas and the rest might find theirselves soon having other issues. With the attacks sent by Greesix's Pokemon, a series of thorn-covered vines rose to act as a shield to oncoming attacks. Maybe not for long, but the thought mattered, right?
Except, it wasn't for the Snagems. "He's no one important." Whether it was the Teeter Dance or something else is a possible debate.

Crouching down low to make himself a smaller target, James released his third pokemon.
"Corphish, Protect!"
A shimmering wall appeared in front of the team as Litwick bravely stood in front, taking several hits as the end of the Tornado broke through.
The brave little ghost sustained no serious damage, most of the razor-sharp leaves burning on her waxen body before they could cut too deep.
A few pieces of debris kicked up by the tornado pelted the young trainer as he raised his arms in front of himself.
A single stray leaf cut a deep gash into Snivy's side, who hissed angrily and did a strange little slithering dance, as if to mock the enemy Serperior.
As the tornado ended, James crawled back to his feet.
"Snivy, Growth!" Litwick, Flamethrower!"
Concentrating hard, the little serpent's leaves began to grow larger as it charged up.
Litwick aimed its attack for the Vileplume, but the strange dance threw the little candle's aim off and the burst of flame headed sideways towards the Shiftry instead.

Damon was surprised that the Beartic thing could act so quickly punching the girl in the gut. The moment he saw the Beartic release the ice beam attack. He had a split second thought. He looked up at the stalagmites hanging from the roof of the cave.
Mal! Snow! Focus your attacks at the stalagmites above that thing!!
The Pokemon followed suit and after a second of attacking the stalagmites, they fell around that thing, trapping it in a cage of ice.
This should buy us about a second
Damon muttered under his breath
