Seiji: tsundere is a character who pretends to be tough/cool/uncaring but is actually a big softy. It's most obvious when you hear lines like, "It's not like I'm putting on this frilly dress for you!" "It's not like I saved your brother for you!" "D-don't think I'm doing this for you!" You get the pic cat_xd Kyouya is kind of a mild tsundere. Another example is Fujimoto of Kobato, and I think Touya from Cardaptor Sakura counts too.

I'm finding it hard to think of a list of "dark desires" myself, it's such a broad concept for me (or maybe I'm just overthinking things ._.). I was avoiding a list of "types" because I didnt want it to look too much like an Ouran spin-off (prince type, cool type, wild type, devil type, shota type...) which is why I said "theme" instead. So not so much "types" as concepts/themes.
Amu's suggestion/example reminds me of the four types of love: storge (affection), philia (friendship), eros (passion/romance), and agape (charity). In his book, The Four Loves, C.S. Lewis states that just as the once-beautiful Lucifer was perverted and fell into becoming the infamous Satan, so too can love be corrupted. That fits very well with our Creeper-theme, I think.
Though eros is different from venus (sexual attraction--Amu can call dibs on venus), that still only makes five. We need seven concepts. Now if we include love of self--I dunno the Greek for that, maybe egophilia?--that'd make six.
Whatcha think?
EDIT: There's Platonic love, which in a nutshell is kinda like philia but the difference is that it gives spiritual inspiration. Kinda like being super close friends with someone you idolize and who inspires you to be a better person.

Alright, I think I got the main idea after reading 7 pages of this and I just want to lay claim to some of the themes/ideas going out, whether they are per person or if I'd be in a "group"..whatever. xD I totally want to be a maid, even if it ends up being a dash more cutesy in order to balance out the more hardened Amu. <3
For each theme so far I prefer these choices: *Amethyst/Purple *Athena *Diamond suit/card *Fall *Yandere?
Funny note. I did a very short lived group cosplay for Alice in Wonderland a few months ago. I ended up being stuck with the griffin/gryphon but I really wanted the mock turtle or piggy. *coughs*

Clarification, since I not very eloquent lol cat_xd : the types of love I mentioned here is not for butler/maid types--it's for a concept of the characters. I don't think we even need to explicitly state them on the HQ page. This is mostly for us, to give us an anchor of sorts, but also to make it easier for our future customers to identify and distinguish each butler from the other. Now if you want, for example, philia to be yandere or eros to be tsundere, it will be up to you. Think of it as getting a colour, say
blue, and the interpretation of the colour is up to you--whether you want it to be royal, sad, preppy, or shy--but it has to beblue. I hope that makes it clearer...? cat_sweatdrop

Alright, that makes it a little easier to understand. Two points though: 1 - It seems sort of difficult to coordinate philia + yandere if you consider this resource. Tips on best combination for that would be very helpful! 2 - royalty is usually depicted by purple/amethyst, unless you were meaning royal blue specifically.
I'm up for doing/being anything really, the more structure you guys give me the better off I am here. I'm usually always in charge of setting things up and it'd be nice to be on the sidelines for once! xD <3

Ohhh, I love most of those. Elements might be hard with how many there are of us, unless you do the Chinese version to include wood, etc.

Do not use a name if it reminds you of someone you'd like to forget. And I have no idea. You could use a name that can sound both nice and sinister. Or a name that could be either gender (Not meaning you'd be a hermaphrodite or anything, but that if we stereotype, boys are more sinister and mean than girls, who are supposedly very nice, cute and wonderful.)

And if I could suggest a name for you. Since you have a dual nature, you could call yourself Gemini from Greek mythology. Or you could name yourself after one or both of the Gemini twins, Castor and Pollux. You could also call yourself Taijitu, which is the actual name of the yin-yang symbol. My personal favorite though is Deuce which means two in poker and other card games. But I've heard it can also mean devil. 3nodding

Yeah. ^^;; Maybe when we get a new camera I'll show you one day. ^^ I've never heard of Saiyuki. o . o And I just stsrted reading Black Butler a while ago, so I'm not so familiar with those people. ^^;;;;
Sweet. ^^ Saiyuki is awesome, but I recommend reading it if you prefer to watch English dubs. The voices take some getting used to, then a different company dubbed the second part of the series, and the voices are awful. As for Black Butler, Drocell isn't in the manga. He's only in the anime. The manga has a lot of differences.
