 Misaki looked at him,"Daniel, dont. Dont eat it. Please dont eat it. If you do, I cant save you." she said as he stepped inside her circle. She flinched, thinking of weither to knock the sou out of his hand or just do something else......

Jak sighs when there was no answer. "I guess ill have to let them know im here by.." he mumbles but stops when he sees a boy pick up a human soul. "You ill give you 3 seconds to put that Human Soul down. 1,2 " he yells as he counts with his fingers. He was about to count to 3 but looks at the guy with the soul with a serious look. Misaki saw the teacher, but didnt say anything. She sent her fire dragon to him. When it got close, he opened his mouth abit to let a deep voice come out,"I am Saikio, the fire dragon. My mistress is currently battling Daniel Tamashi. Does that name ring a bell? I should." he said before flying back to Misaki.

 Daniel looked at the blade as it had entered his chest. " pain is the weakest form of madness" daniel smiled he grabbed the blade pulling it out as his soul sparke dteh blade shatteredlike it was nothing. " stitch" soul stitches sealed up daniels chest keeping him alive. " now i ask you, am i a monster? no. what i am is inside of everyone i just accept it unlike you." daniel launched his fist for vincents gut and his foot for issacs the leg and arm charged with a massive soul energy, where touching it would hurt no matter the cost of pain. as he then turned his face to the teacher with a dark smile. " i am no longer of this school so you dont scare me" the massive soul was shown now it rivaled that of stein madness and darkness filled it as it bled it was clear this young meister could become a kishin soon. (( btw auto hit be glad i didnt do it back))

Daniel smiled and looked at the teacher. " im sorry have i done something wrong? as i do believe in the schools guid lines. I have followed them to the T. Students must defeat those who have traveled down the kishin path after devouring " Human souls" As i havnt done this i dont see that ive done anything wrong. Further more these student atatcked me so i have a right to defend myself, as student's here do i have devoured kishin eggs or is 99 kishin eggs and 1 witch soul not the going rate for a death scythe." Daniel smiled he had broken no rules except the dropping out of the DWMA he was in the right he was attacked by students who had no restraint of their fear. There for teh teacher ha dno standing to attack him.

A string of curses streamed through Monica's mind as she rushed in. This was bad, and it would only get worse if nothing was done about it. She stood for a moment, looking at the scene. Great, they resorted to fighting. Monica threw up an arm in front of Jak, giving him a stance that said Stand Down Until I Say. She faced Daniel, her face had a soft expression of sternness, her voice gentle though had a slight tone to it, "Daniel, I apologize for whatever they have done or said to you. Please understand that what I've been ordered to do is to simply ensure that what you do doesn't endanger yourself, or the others around you. Do you want to hurt all these people? All those you hold dear? Doing these things won't help you, Daniel, they will only destroy you. We are trying to help you. As for your crimes here, I believe Lord Death will be willing to excuse most of them if you simply agree to come peacefully." Monica would look at the others, giving them a sharp glare to tell them to stop their fighting for a moment. She didn't want to fight Daniel, didn't even want to hurt him. He was too similar, too much alike to... She wouldn't allow Lord Death to kill him, nor the other students or teachers. Daniel still had a chance, still had a choice in the Path that he walked. Still, the Madness he radiated almost made her ill, if she even used her Soul Perception, she would be lost in his Madness instantly. Monica hoped he would see reason...

Vincent walked in with his hands in his pockets. He glanced at Daniel but payed closer attention to his surroundings. Vengeance get ready to start sending out a pulse for her. I don't care for Daniel at all. He knows that I don't. Especially after...that. Anyways, just get on it. If someone were to glance at his eyes or pay close attention they'd understand. He knew Vyral didn't want them on the mission and didn't expect Misaki to show any time soon, and quiet frankly he didn't care at this point. She was nothing but trouble to him and he really needed to get his priorities straight. Oh me? Ugh, yea yea whatever. Hmph this'll be good....

Daniel looked at the soul then to her. " im afraid i cant put this soul down, not because i wanna devour it but i will gladly stand down but i do warn you, Any that try to get the soul will anger me " Daniel stood there holding the soul a faint smile on his face. as he dropped his soul pressure and the chains fell from his arms danielseyes turned back to the gentle green and the bloody tears stopped as he turned to misaki and lifted her chin and kissed her lightly as he waited on the teacher to speak. ( i took my beating from misaki its the man who refused to take a hit that i auto dodged all his attacks that i iwll give you, but please read it all i am burned and held togetaher by stitches hardly dodging everything.)

Monica kept an eye on Daniel, frowning a bit when he said he wouldn't release the soul. "We won't try to take the Soul. But I must ask Daniel, why do you want it? If you're not to consume it, then for what purpose have you stolen it?" she asked, wishing she could use her Soul Perception to check on its condition and whose it was. Perhaps if she could talk him down enough, the Soul could be put in stable and safe hands. It was all she could do for now.

Daniel smiled as he released the stitches near his heart and slid the soul into his chest as he spoke." Stitches." soul stitches held his flesh togeather as he looked at the female once more. his soul had a chain circle it and stopped his madness and evil his soul returned to the normal blood red glow covered in scars and the black chain." my dear teacher im not sure you could handle that answer, lord knows vyral couldnt." Daniel smiled and his teeth were slightly pointed daniel had relaxed much more after placing the soul in his chest. ( fine but quick question...... can i eat your soul??? pretty please ill love it and take care of it and wont swim for 30 minutes afterwards"
