Kido Class: Bakudo
Kido Name: Disruptor Pulse
Kido Chant: Cast aside the bounties of the sea and see only rage.
Appearance: The Kido takes the form of a small orb in the colour of the user's reiatsu. This orb pulses periodically releasing a small quantity of reiatsu from itself which cannot be detected with ordinary senses.
Effects When the Kido is cast it creates a small orb of light the colour of the user's reiatsu. This orb pulses periodically releasing a small quantity of reiatsu into the surrounding area which can be easily detected. This pulse can be programmed by the user to pulse in a half hour long pattern but if unchanged simply pulses once every three minutes. The Kido lasts for twenty four hours unless it is destroyed.
Flavour Text: This Kido was created by the Third Division. In the current times it is used for distraction but when used by the Third Division they used it outside an enemy base to trick them into thinking they had forces with them large enough to crush it. In reality there were only two Squad 3 members and it was not until they had successfully dismantled the enemy that they found out.

Kido Name: Thorned Hainawa
Kido Chant: Lustful serpent of the east. Heed the call and devour.
Appearance: This Kido looks identical to Hainawa except for two small changes. First and foremost the Hainawa cast is red in colour rather than yellow. Second once the Kido has successfully wrapped itself around an enemy tiny thorns emerge which are too small to be visible.
Effects Thorned Hainawa interacts exactly like a usual Hainawa apart from its' thorns. This changes the Hainawa as the thorns cause harm to an enemy who attempts to move while being held by them. Although the pain is not great it will slow attempts to escape. As it holds no serious attack power however it is not considered a Hado.

Kido Name: Magnagrip
Kido Chant: Ten thousand invisible hands, bind the unbinded and unbine the binded.
Appearance: This Kido appears at a small blast of electrical energy being channelled into the weapon of the Shinigami before becoming entirely invisible.
Effects Once cast is causes an electrical magnetic charge to exist in the selected weapon of the user for a short period of time. This causes the weapon to magnetically attract any other metal weapon it comes into contact with. This is supposed to be used for a disarming technique in which the user secretly casts the Kido and then uses it in a sudden clash of swords to rip the sword out of the enemy's hands unexpectedly.

Kido Name: Speed Barrier
Kido Chant: Staring in fascination, watch closely and count the clouds.
Appearance: The speed barriers manifests as a barrier of blue reiyoku charged wind in front of the caster. This barrier follows the caster but always remains in the same position in relation to the caster by where it was originally cast.
Effects This Kido creates a barrier which slows down momentum directed through it. This is done by the application of a wind powered with extra reiyoku. This Kido cannot interrupt a Shunpo or Sonido but it is useful as it can lower the force of momentum based attacks or be used to weaken surprise attacks. Only one can be cast at a time and it follows the caster always taking the same position as where it was originally cast from in relation to the caster. More than stopping blows it softens them.

Kido Name: Interrupter Signal
Kido Chant: A horn blows, at the centre of all, undo yourself.
Appearance: The Kido has little physical appearance save for the fact that the caster must remain in a position in which they hold one hand to the air.
Effects This Kido lets out a blast of reiyoku which disrupts the flow of any other type of spiritual energy in the area. What this means is that in can easily cause difficult techniques or precise techniques to backfire and will usually somewhat weaken reiyoku based attacks. Of course in trade off the user will become very open for attack.

Kido Name: Sword of Midnight
Kido Chant: Flames flash and then vanish. Your reign ends. The world begins anew.
Appearance: The Kido takes the appearance of a thick black fog surrounding everyone in the vicinity's Zanpakto. This fog also slowly trails off the sword of whoever it clashes with onto other Zanpakto.
Effects It submerges the weapon of the wielder and those surrounding in a twenty metre radius in a thick impenetrable fog that can only be dispersed with heavy bursts of reiatsu, for example switching to Shikai form, it can be used either to confuse an opponent or to switch the playing field to one that better suits Shinigami with the skills required for fighting in the dark.

Kido Name: Burst Flash
Kido Chant: Stream and glass sing of your downfall. Look upon it and be consumed.
Appearance: This Kido emits itself as a massive burst of light in the colour of the users reiatsu emitting from any part of their body they decide to cast it from.
Effects This Kido emits a light so blinding that it will cause anyone who looks at it to go blind temporarily unless they have eye protection or close their eyes. As it only requires a single burst of Reiyoku it is extremely easy to cast.

Kido Name: Tracker Shot
Kido Chant: A flight of crows watches. Each step lies in folly.
Appearance: The Kido appears as an orange beam of energy shot from the practitioner's finger. This orange beam disguises an orange splodge of reiyoku which attaches itself to the first surface it hits and then becomes invisible.
Effects The Kido generates a small quantity of Reiyoku which can be easily detected but is difficult to remove entirely. This Reiyoku can be fired at a target so that it can be easily tracked over long distances as it will hold the same Reiatsu signals as the caster.

Kido Chant: Crawl slowly along sea and sky. Look discontently at those below and smile arrogantly.
Appearance: This Kido manifests as a greenish yellow net extending around just large enough to capture three persons at a time. It hums with a slightly damaging current of Reiyoku.
Effects This Bakudo is made with the express purpose of throwing people to the floor forcefully. It involves a large folded net being thrown at a person then accelerating at high speed in a sudden burst and exploding open after which provided the target has stood still they will find themselves in a net. This net gives slightly shocks when those in it attempt to move but is for the most part harmless.

Kido Name: Buster Net
Kido Chant: Crippling, fall down and look upon the ground in fury.
Appearance: This Kido initially takes the form of a small dark blue orb which can be placed underground. When it receives adequate pressure to activate a large dark blue net jumps from the ground engulfing the one who stepped on it.
Effects This Kido at first creates a dark blue sphere of Reiyoku which can be hidden underground. When adequate pressure (for example walking over it) is applied to the sphere it will jump out from the ground and erupt into a dark blue net that will engulf an enemy trapping them.

Kido Name: Sanick Tracker
Kido Chant: Over green, over emerald, over fungi. Tell me mine location oh expedient one.
Appearance: This Kido causes a blue and green shot of flame to be fired into the air. This blue and green flame them immediately disperses and collapses upon itself before once again descending to the ground in the form of an electric blue lump of physical reiyoku.
Effects This Kido causes a blue and green flash of flame to fly into the air. This flare immediately upon reaching maximum height analyses the surroundings generating a temporary set of images of the general area from that height. It then stores this in its' core and falls down to the ground where it must be eaten by the Shinigami who cast it or any other. Once this is done the Shinigami will over the next half hour gain knowledge of the area from a higher view allowing them to better plan.

Kido Name: Accelerator Plane
Kido Chant: By the crashing waves and the silence of the wind I command the deliverance of mine enemies unto me.
Appearance: The Kido appears as a yellow strip across about three meters of ground. As soon as someone finishes running across it the Kido shatters and disappears.
Effects Once cast a yellow strip of light appears along the ground running for around three meters. Running, walking or falling across this strip will accelerate whoever walks over it first's movement by about three times allowing them to reach previously impossible speeds for a short time. It takes some time to get used to as it causes the runner to move at speeds otherwise impossible.

Kido Class: Bakudo
Kido Name: Ooze Gun
Kido Chant: In all things moderation. The sun, the wind, the moon all frown upon the Earth.
Appearance: This Kido manifests as a small construct on the arm of the caster at first enveloping the arm in an orange light with three prongs extending from it to the hand. This causes the user to become capable of firing shots of an orange slimey substance that sticks to solid surfaces.
Effects Once the construct on the arm is activated the Kido can be cast. The Kido can be cast a maximum of eight times once the construct is completed before it has to be cast again. Each shot with the Kido that hits will cause it to tear the object that it hits from the ground before dragging it along to hit the nearest solid object and causing it to stick there. Physical resistance against this Kido is useless and it must be dispelled using a burst of reiatsu rather than a physical effort unless the person doing so is extremely strong compared to their opponent.

Kido Name: Moisture Aura
Kido Chant: Fall upon your face and climb fruitlessly. The pigs stand high above you.
Appearance: The Kido is completely undetectable apart from a moist feeling in the air.
Effects The Kido causes the exerted Reiatsu of the caster to manifest as water vapour. This allows them to quickly make surfaces moist and so they can make soil into mud very easily. This can make fighters who sneak or rely heavily on grip fail at key moments and slip in mud or adverse weather conditions.

Kidō Number: 60
Kidō Class: Chiyudō
Kidō Name: Stasis Perimeter
Kidō Chant: "Oh, silent starlight, bring light upon this harmful blight. With the power of the immovable sky, stop whatever darkness that creeps upon this body."
Appearance: When the incantation is said, a wide rectangle appears on the ground around the target patient. It is light greenish light that will slowly rise from the earth and form a large rectangular parallelepiped. Once the parallelepiped takes full form, the effects immediately takes place.
Effects: When the perimeter is set up, it immediately renders the patient's bodily functions to cease. Although this medically means death, it is not so in this Chiyudō for the Reiryoku prevents the body from completely falling apart. Thus said, the Stasis Perimeter is only used by medical professionals that have patients in critical conditions and needing proper medical facilities for treatment. Causing the whole body to stop, it prevents the patient's body to deteriorate caused by pain, failing internal organs, or, simply, "cease dying".
Additional Effects: Although this is a very important Chiyudō at the right moment, it is also a very energy-wasteful ability, even by Chiyudō standards. This is because it partially defies space and time at a certain point and thus the Reiryoku needed by this Chiyudō is great. In order to manage the Stasis Perimeter, a continuous flow of Reiryoku is needed so the medic who created the field will be unable to move from his point once the parallelepiped is completed.
Flavour Text: It was created by Shinigami, Ganjo Takeshima, although not as a Chiyudō function. He was actually designing a new Bakudō that would allow him to tap with the power of time. His friend, Nanashi Kazemaru, saw his development (by then he could conjure a small cube capable of stopping time within although he has no idea how to put living bodies inside for it rejected them) and submitted his project to the Fourth Division for she was a medic. With this, the Fourth Division experimented on the limitations of Ganjo's discovery and later incorporated it to what it is to the present time. The small cube from back then developed into a huge rectangular prism capable of stopping bodily functions with the use of space and time.

I was thinking about Chiyudo and came to the conclusion that 99 sounded excessive. I was thinking about cutting them down by half to 50 but I wanted your opinion on the matter as you've been one of our foremost contributors to the Chiyudo area.

Well, I was thinking some time ago, actually, when the list was first released of course. I was thinking that management and conception of Chiyudo is much more difficult that Hado and Bakudo because of the existence of logical aspects of the skills, such as the effect of Reiryoku in the body of the patient. Well, I was thinking some time ago, actually, when the list was first released of course. Continuity is a non issue here since we're practically going down the route of filler arc anyway.

I'm gonna leave this all up in the air for today but tomorrow I'm going to cut the list in half and restructure the whole thing.

Effects Once they grasp onto the target in any way, the chains give off a black aura, which blocks all of the opponent's powers, releases, and contact with their Zanpakuto Spirit for about 2 posts depending. This spell can only be used once in a single battle.

I like the first one but please give it a number yourself first and then we'll talk about shifting it. 95-98 zone does sound about right though so you're on the right tracks.

The only thing I'd possibly mention is that I dislike using 'Posts' as a unit of time. I'd say give it an actual time frame and use rules of common sense. Obviously it's not 2 hours long but it could be 30 seconds. In which case 2 posts might not always suffice during a battle as movements are typically extremely fast and with Shunpo and the like they can get faster. You can still put a note that 2 posts on average is the intention though.

As for the second one. Let me see. One problem I see immediately is that there is no true escape clause. Can I roll out the way of it while it's being cast? The only real escape is by breaking it presumably from the inside by which point you're already primed for a good beating. Try to set an escape period or a secondary escape method.

Second although I'm pretty sure I know what you mean in the description it says.

"denying any form of movement outside of it "

That can be interpreted as preventing movement to all things in existence outside the sphere. I know full well that's not what you mean but make sure that's crystal clear.

Additionally you might wish to add the name of an attack which could break it for reference. That's optional though.

The final one is pretty much fine. As always though I want you to give it a number first. Also you could describe the properties of the wall maybe? Perhaps it is designed to separate spiritual particles. You've said special properties but not explained them however I won't hold you to this.

Kido Chant: "Ye who treads the path of decay and death. Open now your thrashing maw and receive this vessel. Tremble in anticipation. Now and forever. Bind their soul to this realm and end its misery."
Appearance: Summons an array of black chains with a total of four weighted shackles at the ends. Once summoned, the caster must stay in total focus or the chains vanish. The chains will swiftly seek out and and attempt to attach themselves to the target.
Effects Once they grasp onto the target in any way, the chains give off a black aura, which blocks all of the opponent's powers, releases, and contact with their Zanpakuto Spirit for about forty fiver seconds to two minutes, depending on the spiritual strength of the victim. This spell can only be used once in a single battle.

Appearance: Basically, this spell erects a spherical barrier of immense strength around the target, preventing the victim trapped inside from leaving it and even dissipating most attacks. Can be broken by Hado over #60 or by any physical attack that could break through iron. Noting that physical attacks will take longer to break out.
Effects The barrier acts like a sheer protected iron casing that is invisible, and hard to break, but still breakable nonetheless.

Appearance: When activated, this spell creates a massive wall of rock and earth, that rises up from the ground quickly The spells takes one to two seconds to activate, and the rumbling of the earth as the wall raises is enough to knock nearby opponents off their feet. Each wall size is 9x9ft.
Effects If used strategically, it can create a room of four walls. The special properties of this wall makes it resistant to Kido/Cero/Hollow spells, but can be destroyed by blunt force attacks or Zanpakuto releases.

((These are the three I will be making my "unique" kido for the first 3 months.))

Kido Name: Ookii Omoku Sa Re Ta Tejou (Great Weighted Shackles)
Kido Chant: "You who has soared high above the world spreading filth. Now come crashing down into the gates of hell!"
Appearance: The user slashes their hand or weapon through the air and creates a massive arc of energy (12 ft in length). This arc speeds towards the enemy.
Effects If it touches the enemy, it wraps around them and binds them from the neck down for up to five minutes, getting weaker the longer its up. Exceptionally strong victims can break out with ease. The victim is dragged to the ground by a massive weight, taking the damage of the fall. The caster must maintain concentration on the victim, and can only move closer towards the victim while keeping the kido cast.

Kido Chant: "Die you black fly. Surrender to my net and be crushed by my hand."
Appearance: The user holder their hand in a gun-like shape ahead of them. Then a wave of reiatsu fires from their hand, much like a cero.
Effects Whatever it hits is destroyed accordingly, but soon after, that area becomes a vacuum, sucking in everything around it for ten feet. This kido has only been used to hit a person once, and it massively damaged their skin, removing it down to the muscle in the area hit.
Flavour Text: Created by a former fifth seat of squad nine to help detain criminals. It fills the enemy with a sense of false ego as they believe that your attack missed.

Kido Name: Yabu Retsu (Burst)
Kido Chant: Twenty Seven by Seven Oh Two. Moon raises higher, tide crashing, Vision Obscured as the Great God takes his seat on the throne and cast out the impudent from his court!"
Appearance: A black ball appears in the users dominant hand. It is roughly the size of a basketball, and shadows of itself reflecting around it, making it hard to see the exact location, but it can easily be narrowed down to a three foot area.
Effects When the ball is thrown, it appears like this until it senses life within five feet of it, or until it crashes into something. The ball then explodes into 26 tennis ball sized balls of white light, that travel out at the speed of a shunpo, ten feet away and explode. Each white ball creates a 3 foot explosion.
Flavour Text: Designed by a drunken squad eleven captain, who was saying that kido doesn't have enough explosions. A drunken Squad five captain took the idea and made it into the flesh, using it to defeat that squad eleven captain after he went insane.

Kido Name: Roc Barrier
Kido Chant: "Jolt. Shock. Tumble. Roar. Shield of forgotten Lore."
Appearance: The caster's body suddenly becomes strongly electrically charged, but the Caster is not harmed in any way.
Effects Anything that conducts electricity that comes into contact with the Caster, or if a bridge of conductive material is formed to another object, the object will get electrocuted (this means that even the Caster's Zanpakuto, if connected to the Caster at the time, can transfer the electricity to an object). The electrocution is painful, but does not do much damage at all. It is only intended to rapidly squeeze muscles in the victim's body, and to viciously tingle their nerves, so that focus becomes hard to maintain during the electrocution.

Kido Name: Phoenix Barrier
Kido Chant: "Burn. Break. Scorching Ray. Shield of forgotten Days."
Appearance: The caster's body bursts into flames, however the caster is not harmed.
Effects The flames are conventional flames, and will burn anything close enough to the caster. Anything that has direct contact with the caster could be cooked alive, anything within close proximity could be burned badly, and anything far enough away not to get burned will certainly feel a sharp rise in temperature.
Note: This spell can also be used simply to increase the temperature in the area, or use massive amounts of oxygen suddenly.
