((I plan on having Kamaria follow in her father's footsteps and serve Venezia, so when she's an adult, I'll have her come back and post the follower form. Damion just wants to see what his God thinks, really. *chuckle*))   Damion slowly inches his way into Venezia's shrine, scrabbling a bit awkwardly since he wasn't skittering on all fours like usual. The reason for that was that one of his hands was occupied with holding a small capsule close to his chest, and his steps were slow to make extra sure nothing bad happened to the life within it. Once he felt that he was a respectable distance from the shrine, he very gently sets the capsule down and bows, letting out a small series of grunts, growls, squeaks, and other strange sounds, which would have all sounded like absolute gibberish to anyone that didn't know the strange Pockettu. Finishing his little prayer to his god, he carefully pulls the capsule into his lap and waits, eyes downcast, to see if his lord would grace him with his presence.

Being one of the few who can understand her father's odd way of speaking, she learned to respect Venezia through what her father told her about him and wishes to be of aid in any way she can.

F a l l a c y Venezia heard the prayer and had no doubts as to whom it was who prayed. He waited until the other finished before appearing with a bow to Damion. "My my~ Look at what we have here? Hehehehe... I never thought you to be so quick with starting a family~", Venezia teased playfully. In truth he was happy Damion had found someone he loved. He hoped that Damion's children would follow in their father's footsteps and become a part of the carnival. He did know Damion could use all the help he could get in the Haunted House.
Damion beamed with fatherly pride. It had taken him a little over a year to decide to actually start a family, but he was glad he and his mate had finally had children. He just knew this one would at least follow in his footsteps and serve his Lord Venezia. He chitters happily for a moment, then holds the capsule out towards Venezia, tilting his head as if asking if Venezia would like to hold the capsule or not. F a l l a c y What seemed like months had passed and before he knew it Venezia was graced with the very being that once laid inside a capsule before his shrine not too long ago. He eyed her and without a second thought recognized her to belong to Damion's brood. "Hehehe, welcome my dear~ Welcome to the carnival~" He outstretched a hand, carefully patting her head. "Care to help your father in the Haunted House?" Kamaria gives a small, sharp-toothed grin at the welcome from Venezia, then nods her head rapidly. "Yesssssss. If that will help the Carnivale, my Lord, I would walk on my hands over burning hot coals if you but asked it of me."

Jingling with each step he took, Jangles made his way into his lord's lair. There was no pressing matter behind his visit today, no, today was simply about showing his respect. Tapping his lips, he spun in a circle, the tails of his jester hat whipping through the air as he did so. Grinning to himself upon finding the perfect spot, he bounced and flipped over to it in a series of musical movement. Upon reaching it, he came to a rest in a handstand, holding it for a drawn out moment before slowly lowering his legs and smoothly sliding into a cross-legged position. Shifting to get comfortable, he clasped his hands in his lap, bowed his head, and then prayed.

Damion and Kamaria skittered their way into the temple, growling and gibbering at eachother for a moment before they stopped before the altar. They felt bad, as they'd been so wound up in trying and failing to make improvements to the haunted house attraction that they hadn't stopped by to pay their respects. They knew they deserved punishment and expected such a thing to occur as they knelt in front of the altar and waited. Yolanda, Loki, Noah, and Serannie also came into the temple, feeling guilty for not visiting their god as well. None of them had any good reason as to why they hadn't been by to pay their respects, so none were expecting leniency from their god.

Damion and the others tilt their heads slightly in surprise. Their Lord... wasn't upset at them? They felt that something had to be wrong with this picture.
Damion inches closer and sits at Venezia's feet, as he usually does, looking like a squat little bulldog. Kamaria follows after, a bit more timidly. "Forgive us, Lord, for not stopping by sooner. We kept trying to do new things to the haunted house and it all... well... failed. We were too ashamed to come by sooner..."
Yolanda, Loki, Noah, and Serannie all voice their apologies as well, but unlike Damion and Kamaria, they.... really hadn't been working on anything. Yolanda tilts her sheepy head and risks a glance up at Venezia. "My Lord...? How have you been..?"

The jester jingled as he jolted in surprise at the appearance of his lord. Quickly recovering, Jangles flashed a wide grin. "Oh oh, how blessed am I~" Rocking on his rump, he spared a glance to his fellow carnies before returning his gaze to Venezia. He had not expected his lord to make a personal appearance on this day, though really, he shouldn't be surprised. Venezia seemed to always be attentive when his flock chose to visit the temple. "To be graced, always an honor my Lord~"
