Crraaaap. Ofelia knew they had been borked the moment she mentioned the tiles not looking right and no sooner had she said anything then what looked like monsters and whatever else started to stream into the room. She tried to move, the hunter didn't want to be caught in the open, but it looked like she was stuck in a specific spot and holy crap that was a bad thing. Being stuck in a battle against a ton of people might as well have seen her and the others being slaughtered by the freaks.
Rue was instantly summoned, the knuckledusters cackling with the presence of FEAR, and it was somewhat a relief again to hear the voice that had been silent. On the tile next to her was a zombie...thing? Hell whatever it was it didn't matter and Ofelia looked at the person-thingy, a grin on her face. "Well, howdy." she couldn't exactly attack like this now could she? Maybe give her a moment or two. . .

Madness, it was sheer madness. the things that lurked in the shadows. it just had to be them, these vile, horrible things. "hunters." the hellhound said irritably, the scowl hardening on his face as the royal rumble began. Students and evil humans alike were in a flurry of blows. One of which who was aiming at Xiu. that was not going to work here. in an instant, melas took the reigns and hardened dark emerald eyes shifted as he dropkicked the hunter on the head and whirled to get in his way of the ghoul. "Touch her again, and I'll rip yer nuts off." It wasn't a threat, it was a promise. Reiko had followed the other students. She hadn't known what to think when she saw these strange humans in white cloaks, other than 'just like the mirror room.' Alex had offered to explain to her, but they had never gotten a chance to discuss it. Looks like she was going to get an explanation. Or something like it.
That explanation? These people wanted to hurt her friends. She growled. That would not do.
She ran at Tedan, intending to distract him from Meixiang, but the weak rake of her fingers might not have bothered him at all.

A full set of claws from Aksaja and a call to take him out, but he did better with the glaive. He heard somebody rip into Rep behind him.
"You don't have to tell me, s**t," He wasn't too happy about the taking damage from a little girl thing, but better him than Jordan. Or...but he couldn't get to him... "Rep, would you do me a favor and mark up already," He said tensely, then repeated, "Sorry. What the hell, sorry? What's that supposed to mean, sorry, gee you'd like to not hurt people's personal friends, but you don't want to get a detention? That pony guy is nobody's friend."

Hearing the shouts, Jason looked up, and the color completely drained from his face. So much for no one being here, as the place quickly filled with Halloween denizens who were out for their blood. He shook, summoning Zanthvos and watched as all sorts of creatures came down and began to attack them.
His weapon, after being silent this whole time, finally began to talk. And while thankful he would now have some extra guidance...he still had to wonder if this was any better.

((Entering!)) Tailing after that hooded guy had led Poke further inside, but thankfully she wasn't experiencing any ill effects from the room. Neither was anyone else, which was also good. But her thoughts about FEAR energy soon went out the window as she descended into what could only be described as a battlefield. Her eyes widened as she looked for the first time on their enemy, the Hunters. She did not know they were hunters, of course, or that they were even human. To her, they looked like ordinary reapers, all wearing strange uniforms and cloaks. And as to why they were attacking, she had no idea. But there was no time to dwell on this, as she leapt into the fray, looking to deal some damage. Her sights turned on one particular hunter, a blond haired boil wearing a white and blue cloak. As she drew closer, he looked around and saw her, his eyes widened, and for a few moments they stared at each other, analyzing the other, strange looking being. As she stood there, she risked a glance around to see what her friends were doing. She then saw something. Something very important and made her feel all warm and fuzzy inside. She could see others fighting. But more importantly, she could see others in their natural formsOooh yeah, s**t was gonna get real. She turned to the other hunter, a toothy grin spreading across her face as she looked at him with a sinister smile. One hand went to her chest, and she removed the skull pin that had been placed there, throwing it to the side. Immediately her form began to shift, scales growing over her body as it grew larger. Her face distorted outwards as her teeth grew longer and more lethal, and the claws on her hands and feet grew increased in length as well. After a few minutes, she stood there, feeling just a little more capable and a lot more bad a**. It had been a long time since she had used her natural form to fight, and dam did it feel good. ((Entering)) Zurine probably should have kept that earlier promise to her self - you know that one where she said she wasn't going to run off an explore strange rooms and areas anymore after that episode on the isle of Famine where she'd practically ceased to be...and yet here she was and once more she was regretting the decision to come. Jason stood on the spot, eyes glancing around in pure terror. Damn, there were lots of creatures here. And some undead ones to. Oh god he hated the undead. And the monsters, and the ghosts...wait, he just hated everything cause they scared him witless. A noise from behind startled him, and he whizzed around, sword raised. He saw a girl in front of him, brown haired and regarding him warily. His eyes were wide, looking her over and trying to get a feel for what he was dealing with. Her clothes were nothing to remark at, but what caught his attention were the fins at the side of her head, and a long, blue tail from behind. Reptilian in design, it appeared she was some sort of-
...He didn't want to fight a dragon.
"Forget you said..." Jason began, but the words died in his mouth. For his opponent was suddenly grinning. Why was she..
...Oh. She was changing. She was getting bigger. She had really sharp teeth now. Oh s**t, she was coming closer at a very fast rate, Oh s**t, oh s**t. OH s**t
If there was anything that Jason was good at, it was screaming like a b***h.
"AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. AAHHI'MGONNADIEI'MGONNADIEI'MGONNADIE" The moon trainee closed his eyes and began to swing his sword wildly in a panicked state. He only stopped when the dragon literally charged into him, and he was thrown backwards and to the floor. It didn't hurt him much, but it didn't matter; all that he knew was that he was fighting a large monster. He was screwed.
He failed to notice that his sword had landed a heavy blow on the creatures FEAR shield, and while obviously annoyed, she was too busy watching the other freak out.
"Okay...seriously dude" It spoke. "Grow a pair."
Somehow, he heard this, and at that moment he wondered if he could sink any lower into the ground.

Bix's bow was summoned as as soon as the first Halloween head appeared in the doorway. The Halloweeners were on them fast and Bix was slow on selecting a target. No one had yet targeted him so he had his pick of the litter. Of course then he saw what looked like an albino bunny. It was like destiny. ALBINO VS. ALBINO. BATTLE OF THE PALE. "Let's go bunny girl!" He yelled at her and fired a volley of arrows in her direction. It wasn't their first fight, but their worst one, definitely. The hunter seemed to be immune to their attacks, and never even paid attention to them, trying to defend his companions. This was.... nice, but it would have been nicer if the hunter was getting hurt by their blades. At the moment it seemed somehow.... exhausting and questioning the fae's battle skills. Emerging on the other side Nuru was rather baffled. So many glowing rocks all over. He didn't know what to make of it. These horsemen sure know how to party. He glanced around at all the battling. Floppy ears lifted about half way as glowy red eyes scanned the terrain. He noted that the rock he was on was marked with a strange big 'W'.
It was here he noticed with whom he was sharing the stone.
HIM.
His eyes narrowed with fury at Rep, what the Jack was he doing here?!
Before he could think reasonably about the situation he was already running towards the 'boil'. Razor sharp teeth bared.

And suddenly someone else was in Nuru's way, teeth detoured to their fear shielded flesh. It certainly didn't smell or taste like Rep's. He had no recognition of it and quickly tried to retract the offending offer. Large red glowing eyes turning quickly from fury to shock.
He immediately backed up.
"Ah-ahm sorreh! Ah didn't mean tah! Ah was tryin' tah bite the angreh one!" He apologized profusely at the strange 'reaper' he'd never met before while gesturing in Reps direction with a claw.
