Evangeline stared hard at Trinity. "Healer," she called over her shoulder, her eyes never leaving Trinity's face, "This woman is injured." The man bustled over and pushed Trinity onto a spare bed. Evangeline, satisfied, returned her attention to Thomas, stroking his hair and kissing his forehead.
"Brave soldier, I will not leave your side," she whispered, just loud enough for Trinity to hear. She knew it was petty, but she couldn't help it; she was in love with him and would do whatever it took to win his affection.

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity felt the hard stare but she ignored it as the pain in her shoulder hurt. She heard Evangeline tell the healer about her and she felt him push her on the bed. "Tell me healer how is Thomas?" She then heard Evangeline and she felt herself go sad. She honestly don't know how Thomas felt about her it was hard to read him.

>--- Thomas Beaux-Borden ---< Thomas could feel his blood pouring from him. The healer's bed was cold and he could feel the girl's worried hands flitting from his hand to his face and back again. Her voice was panicked. "I love him," he heard her say through his labored breathing, blind pain, and setting fever. Love. No, that can't be right. That's not true! Trinity... "Trinity," he mumbled. He heard a gasp from his side. I'm sorry, he told the girl silently.

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity heard Thomas mumble her name again. She didn't know if this was a good thing or bad. The Healer was done with her as she slowly got up and winced at the pain in her shoulder. She walked over to his bed not caring what Evangeline look.
She softly placed her hand on his cheek. "Thomas get better soon. You can't leave like this." She softly said. She removed her head as the Healer gave her that herbal drink that will put her to sleep. She walked back to her bed and gently closed her eyes to sleep.

Evangeline heard the soldier call "Trinity". She frowned. "I'm Evangeline," she whispered to him when his eyes fluttered open. "Don't worry. I'll take care of you. Just rest now," she said, smoothing back his hair, "You're in good hands. You're going to be alright."
He closed his eyes once more and allowed exhaustion to overcome him. The healer, with Evangeline's help, flipped him over onto his stomach to have a look at the wound. "Close call," the healer said, wiping his glasses on his smock, "An bit more to the right and he would never walk again..."

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity woke sometime as she couldn't tell. Her shoulder was bandage up as she slowly stood up. She sat there for awhile as she just stared out at the window. The sun was coming up and she had to contact Thomas's boss but the problem is she didn't know how. She walked over and found her father's book.
After reading she finally found the page as her dad wrote that a solider told him how to contact the General. Of course he wrote not to but Yrinity didn't want Thomas to be left for dead. She went outside and did everything necessary. A green flamed formed.

Nadia Polaski, general of the army of the Eastern Kingdom, sprinted back to camp. She was a runner; there were very few. Not many were capeable of such power. Her stomach complained at her. She was only too happy to give in and make her way to the mess tent. "Finally, a proper meal," she said to a tall, bearded man who had just followed her into the line. "Been slumming it in the trenches again, Nadia? Were you in that storm last night?" She nodded. "All night watching those vamps. We had no rations. I was down to chewing on twigs. Three days out there, I was!" She felt a tug on her essence as flames spread up her arms. Quickly, she constructed a wall and shoved it back. As soon as she had sat down with her food, the flames flared up again. "Rotten luck," the man said, "Might be urgent." "Oh, well spotted, Angus," Nadia snapped, "Don't touch my slop. I'll be right back." She sighed and retreated into her tent, allowing the flames to consume her. A young girl's face appeared before her; Nadia frowned in confusion. "Who are you and why have you summoned me?"

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity was about to give up once the flame didn't reflect anything. She at first thought she did it wrong but she continued for Thomas dake. She was finally happy but kept her face emotionless once a woman's face appeared.
Trinity bosed in respect not showing emotion as the woman frowned. "Forgive me if I interrupted you. I am from the Easter Territory, Crystal Mines to be exact. I am assuming your the general as on behalf of Thomas Beaux-Borden, I must say his misdion is complete. The Vampire Lord he was after is now dead except it was a she not a he. Thomas.is currently healing from his injury from battle."
Trinity bowed again hopeing she did the right thing.

Nadia considered her options carefully. "As soon as he can stand, he must return to the front lines for battle. I do not care how wounded, I do not care if he is missing a limb or an eye. As soon as he wakes, send him on his way. Do not summon me again unless he is dead." She shoved back the flames and shook her head agitated. "Stupid Thomas. Should never have blood bonded with him," she said. As she made her way back to the meal tent, her anger grew. Who was this woman to get involved in military affairs? He must've been pretty desperate. She sat down at the bench and turned to her tray. "Angus, you pig, you ate my bread!" This outburst was met with laughter from the troops. She sighed and dug her spoon into the meat and gravy mush. "So, what's the verdict, Nadia?" "My brother's an idiot."

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity nodded as she was careful thought about what she said. Of course Trinity has to obey as Thomas is a solider who must return to his duties. Yrinity slowly stood up as she was really hopeing she did the right thing.
She walked back in as she looked at the Healer. "Healer tell me something, how long before he wakes?" In all truth she didn't want him to leave but she knew he would eventually.

>--- Thomas Beaux-Borden ---< Thomas groaned. "I'm awake now. My damned back feels like it's on fire though," he said, his voice slightly muffled in the pillow. "Yes, but don't go laying on it just yet. You have to let the medicine do its work," the healer scolded. Thomas remained lying on his stomach. "So where did you run off to, Trinity," he asked. "Is everything okay?"

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity had to laugh as Thomas sounded funny. "Shouldn't you be asleep mister." She knew he has to go but the medicine have to work so technically she wasn't disobeying. Besides he has to stand and he is not so he can't leave. Poor excuse but it was all she had.
"Everything is well except I made a call since I didn't want Thomas to get in trouble so I reported his mission to the general." Trinity winced as she moved her shoulder wrong with her stab wound.

>--- Thomas Beaux-Borden ---< Thomas shot straight up from the bed. "The general? I have to go." He jumped up and bowed to the healer, "Thank you for your services, healer. Nice to meet you," he said turning to Evangeline briefly. "Trinity, I'll remember you fondly." He stooped and kissed her hand swiftly. Thomas collected his pack from beside the door and sprinted to the stables next door. He payed the stable boy for a horse and sprinted into the lane, the horse following at a gallop. He jumped onto it as it ran, flying past both Evangeline and Trinity. It felt good to be on the move again. He would stop and make camp at dusk.

~{Trinity Aurora}~ Trinity watched as.Thomas shot up quickly. She gave a sad smile but it just looked like a smile. As Thomas collected his things and kissed her hand, she slipped in her father's book in his bag as it would be more use to him then her.
She bowed to the Healer and walked out just in time to see him ride off. She wanted to follow but willed herself not to. Inside her father's book there was a note she wrote for Thomas. It was after the talk with the General. Trinity than walked back to her home as her father still deserved a proper burial.

>--- Thomas Beaux-Borden ---< The rains came without warning, soaking Thomas to the bone. He took refuge in a nearby cave. It wasn't deep. He led the horse into the mouth of the cave and rumaged through his bag. His hand met with something hard, something that should not be ther. A book. Trinity. He sighed and opened it to a random page. There was a note stuck inside of it. He frowned and unfolded it.
