"And after this, perhaps we shall get blood eye scream!" The rather stoic-looking ghoul sounded remarkably chipper, giving Lattice's hands a little squeeze. "And we can paint the walls!" The ghoul was trying hard to cheer Lattice up; at the manor it wasn't so hard because nothing this stressful really happened, and then the remedy was clear; tattooing. Here was different, the situation was different, and therefore the remedy should be different, right?
"What would you like to do?" Mindless chatter, all with the intent to help. "And look, sister! Roch is here!" She whispered to her sister, spotting the arm tattoo they had given the boil. Roch was there, that meant one person they could trust as Petro had yet to show his own tattoos. Without thinking about it, Needle stretched out an arm to point at the reaper boil, poking the person closest to her with her arm spikes, PURELY by accident.

"Oh, hey Night," said Ren, giving the black cat a smile. Then his head snapped back to The Person in Question.
Tybalt.
"I didn't say I was jealous," said Ren, looming imposingly over the black dog. "I would just like to remind you that I am both bigger" - read: only slightly taller - "and stronger than you are" - read: I'm ignoring the fact that you beat me in our last fight - "and I am quite happy to tie your tail in a knot and hang you from the nearest ceiling if you imply something like what you just did ever again."
This was all followed by a very cheerful smile.

Roch didn't say a word. A tiny smile pulled at his lips as he stood, holding his hand out to the other reaper as if they hadn't met before. "Roch Scythe," he introduced himself easily, shamelessly. "Any friend of Lark's, and all that," he added.

Morrigan paused outside the gym just long enough to touch up her lips with her favorite gloss. After tucking it back into her skirt pocket, she bent down to retrieve Mimic who had been bouncing excitedly at her feet. He seemed happier to be out of class than she did!
Upon entering the gym, she passed a quick glance to the demon in the robes. He had really nice.. horns. She walked towards the bleaches and took the nearest vacant seat, placing Mimic gently down on her lap. She casually let him nibble on her fingers while she waited for them to speak.

"I've spent a lot of time thinking." Shehk answered to Siddie, sighing as she leaned her arms over the back of her seat, turning to look at the other ghoul as she tucked her legs up onto her seat with her again. "Nuk was pulled out of school, so I've...had a lot of free time sans the nice distractions and I've found it isn't so nice to not have the distractions anymore.
Besides that, healing....at least where I can." she made this sad puppy noise as she stretched out her shoulders, obviously pained. "I don't think I'm losing the scar that was left from......" she trailed off, brows furrowing together. She didn't want to say anything further, knowing how the word 'Hunters' and 'Red' seemed to go down around there.
It was a mess, really.
She looked back to Riley to spot that there was a kiss being blown her way, smiling as she reached out to grab the air, then pressed her hand to her own lips, accepting the blown kiss with a small tail wag. Shehk lifted her hands to make a heart with them back at the Mindflayer.

"Oh...Oh dear..." Amrita squeaked out, watching the mini scene that played out in front of her. When Tomoko's wailing seemed to be directed at her, all she could do was stare back in complete bafflement.
"I...Um...!" Oh jack, what should she do? How should she answer?! What what what! "Um! M-maybe...Maybe...he's...really, really happy to see you...?!" The panic in her voice was clear enough; she had no idea. "...O-ormaybeyousteppedonhistoe?!"
Not a clue.
Amrita: never helpful.

"I DON'T WAAAAAAAAAAANT ANOTHER ASSEMBLY." Freya whined loud and obnoxiously as she trudged into the auditorium, barely managing to stand up straight as she pulled herself forward, one arm pulling on seat after seat like it was some kind of terrible, horrible thing. She finally made it to the aisle where the big, black muscled behemoth she called boilfriend was sitting with his friends, and crawled into the aisle, seat by seat, until she finally fell and gasped melodramatically. "LIFE IS SO HAAAAAARD." She fainted dead away. /first world problems pinchmonster (and anyone else around Herryk)

"Ahh I see." She chuckled, leaning back into her seat. "I suppose you're part of the reason why they haven't killed each other yet." She paused looking thoughtful. "Or is it... you are the reason they're at each others throats?" She asked. She was teasing of course, but it was fun create her own version of the story in her head.
When LW asked for her phone, Fell shrugged, handing it to her without much thought.
"Sure thing. Be sure to tell them they're providing quite the show. Assuming that's who you're calling."

Yin could maybe, just maybe, understand what the stranger beside him was saying. He looked over at him, studying him. "One does not always act on how they feel," was his reply. "I am Yǐn Cáng," he added, holding his hand out uncertainly to be shook. The best thing about the copious amounts of students was that he found it fairly easy to simply...ignore the new ghouls. Miss Danny was certainly not the type to be ignored however, but he was fairly comfortable on that front. At least he was until she appeared to be questioning about something that he had not addressed to her. He pulled his attention away from the demon boil and stared at her, trying to decide how to respond. He decided to go with a diversion. "Miss Danny is it true that you have chosen," he could not keep the slightest hint of disdain from his voice, "that reaper boil who lent me his clothing?"Smerdle Hard to interact with people on either side of you D: Chimarii Here, someone quoted you ;D Seussi Nothing, I'm just getting your hopes up.

Siddie nodded without commenting, aware of what was unspoken and just as wary of saying it out loud in the middle of a crowded assembly. Not wise. "Does it still hurt a lot?" she asked instead.

Nuru blinked. Mentally going oh to the ghoul Zar shook hands with, even more so at her efforts to get his attention.
Blinking at her before his expression relaxed a bit... into a frown. He was unfamiliar with this. He couldn't say he liked it. He didn't. Still. Her lack of any... traditional sort of mouth gave him the impression it was something that had to be accepted with this ghoul.
"Oh. Okay. Hi. Uhhh... Purples?.. Ahll be sure to remember..." He seemed clearly uncertain what to make of her yet.
Meanwhile... he was unaware Shehk was now fully conscious and well aware of his... um.. efforts to discreetly stare.

Zar wasn't sure exactly what it was about the assembly that was rubbing his nerves the wrong way, if it was just his mood or if it was more tied to him being at the end of his tether with the recent chaos of the school as a whole. But the fact remained, he was much less anxious and nervy than usual, buoyed up by sheer pent up annoyance at what seemed to be the world in general.
Nevertheless he wasn't angry enough to be silly, and still took note of the ghoul's information but most of all one fact about her stood out to him. Student council, organising events. That most certainly sounded suspicious to him to the point it took all of his self control not to say what was on his mind. Anyone in a position of organisation within the school was highly suspect to him. He didn't blurt anything out however, at least not until he caught wind of what he potentially misread as a threat.
To highly recccomend in the language of business was as good as a demand. The gloves were off.
He subtly clenched his hands into fists, tail really flicking under the chair now, like a severely irritable feline. The rest of him was as stiff and unreadable as ever as he stated, his tone steely and clipped.
"Event co-ordination. That's been going well since I got here I have to say. I've only been killed once thusfar, though maimed once or twice and almost had the school close. I have to wonder how much the council help to organise." he couldn't hide the utterly suspicious look he gave her though, all the more certain she had something to do with the underhanded dealings at the school.

"Really?" He started, shrinking just a little further into his seat. "'Cause its a little hard to tell when you're standing over me and making threats. Which, might I add, you've made before and never followed through on." He pointed out.
Before he could dig his hole any deeper, his phone buzzed.
"One moment, please." He held his finger up briefly. Snatching it away again in case the gryphon tried to break it.
The number that called had the black dog confused. He didn't know a Fell Nevermore. Though after reading the message, it was clear that it was LW, who likely borrowed someone's phone.Kyrieko Text: Sort of. Ren started it. Clicking send, he looked back up at the gryphon.
"That was LW."

And there was Rain! Shine lit up as best an undead could, hugging the bag close as she bowed her head in gratitude. "Thank you," she said quietly, carefully opening the bag to fish out a cookie. They looked so fantastically ghastly that she almost didn't want to eat it, and spent quite some time just holding it in front of her face, inspecting the varying colors of the maggots baked within. But as with anything that smelled heavily of sugar, she couldn't resist it for long. She took a bite as big as her mouth could manage, closing her eyes as she savored the taste and texture. It was perfect. Better than brains! "Perfect," she said tried to say through a mouthful of cookie, crumbs tumbling all around her. How sad it would be for Rain to miss out on something like this! She tried to be as cautious as she could as she broke the remainder in half, but it showered more crumbs on them anyway. She offered both the partial cookie and a small smile before finally addressing the thing that had brought them here. "Did you see? Do you think...they're nice?" Nice like you?

Kettil couldn't ignore a request from Lark as he ambled forward to try and take the empty spot or perhaps risk sitting on someone. It seemed like Lark was a popular ghoul today or perhaps that was just him making odd assumptions. He looked from Lark and then stared at Roch.
Seriously? Really?
He kind of wasn't in the mood for games, "Hey Roch," regardless he shook hands with the other boil, "sorry about your amnesia. I hope it fixes soon."
Why yes he was familiar with Roch. Kettil didn't play pretend. --------------------------------------- Lattice smiled a little over at her Sister and nodded, "We...can do both," she said softly with a small squeeze of Needle's hand wishing to please her Sibling more than anything else right now. Honestly, Lattice felt bad for making Needle worry so much over her but on the other hand she was glad to have the support of her Twin.
The Engraver gazed over to where she saw the familiar tattoo on Roch and nodded a bit, "Yes, I see him. He seems to have many friends." Admirable! She looked around a moment or two longer before quietly bowing her head and pressing it against Needle's shoulder.
