A blue tentacle slithers over the counter, snatches up a Psychic Gem and drops two Snag Coins on the counter as it leaves, it's source never seen.

With ten Snag Coins in hand, I made my way through the cavernous complex of Mt. Sliver, until he comes across Team Snagem's general shop, the Golden Sarcophagus. The store, itself, was elaborate and flashy. So was the proprietor... in a way.
"Yii em hotep! By Ra, I welcome you to my humble shop!" Nebu said in a somewhat gravelly voice, likely the result of whatever happened to his body under all that gold plating. "Ah, nice to see you again after so long, my well-to-do friend."
I struggled not cringe visibly as he greeted me with his usual flowery flair. "Has been a while," I managed to say. "Two Pokeballs, please."
I set the Snag Coins that I took with me for this purchase, lining them up so Nebu could count them quicker. His face lit up, in a way, as he made eye contact with the golden coins. "As you wish," he drooled, before pulling himself away long enough to fetch the items.
I looked around the area as Nebu searched. The place had changed since the last time I was here, it seemed. Things were... well, less organized. Or at least, it looked that way. That thought made me wonder how many customers Nebu had. Looked like he must have had plenty, if he had so little time to straighten the place up. Or maybe he was preocupied with... whatever he did with the Snag Coins he earned. Not that I wanted to think of that.
That also had me wondering how he kept his shelves stocked, his store being hidden so deep into the mountain. But I didn't have time to contemplate that too much, as Nebu returned with the Pokemon capturing devices I desired.
"Here you are. Please, feel free to return here whenever you are low on supplies," Nebu offered as he collected his reward.
"Don't worry," I told him. "I'm going to be needing a lot more Pokeballs than this, down the road." It was true. Much as Nebu unnerved me, he had what I needed. It was simple as that.
I left the shop then, on my way back into HQ. With my means of capturing new friends replenished, it was time to go hunting for them.
[Ter obtained 2x Pokeballs!]
[Nebu... well, you know...]
