river rocker Coco was still hesitaint as she then nodded her head "Fine" she said "ill stay" she sighed softly as she started walking back "but thats only because you asked me to rae. no other reason" Rae blushed and gulped, trying to hide her obvious pleasure at the girl's remark. "Good, at least I know you're sane now..." Rae laughed slightly. She pulled her fur cape over the girl's shoulder so it was covering the both of them as they walked back to the hut. Once inside, Rae helped Coco into bed and watched with a small smile on her face as the girl fell asleep and a peacefulness crawled onto her small face. Rae turned around with downtroddened eyes, knowing full well her father planned to kill this girl once he had learned what he wished of her.

Coco slept for a while and then woke up rubbing her eyes as she did so. She wasnt use to getting to much sleep. She sighed "theres a witch in the slave market" she mummbled to herself, her eyes where slightly glazed over. She shook her head and her eyes focused "Dam it" she growled at herself "i fell asleep" she mummbled

river rocker Coco slept for a while and then woke up rubbing her eyes as she did so. She wasnt use to getting to much sleep. She sighed "theres a witch in the slave market" she mummbled to herself, her eyes where slightly glazed over. She shook her head and her eyes focused "Dam it" she growled at herself "i fell asleep" she mummbled "Ah! Good! You're up!" Rae trotted in the room. You're coming hunting with me today" She said excitedly as she threw some of her fur-coated armor at Coco. Already dressed, Rae got the weapons together and headed outside to the steps in order to get herself in proper hunting order. She was excited to see this girl's abilities... Suddenly, Rae's mood became grim as she though of the conversation with her father the previous night after Coco had fallen asleep. "Father, with all due respect...I know what you plan to do with the girl..."
"What do you believe that to be, my daughter?" Rae merely stared meaningfully at her father. "Yes...that is my plan. She is too dangerous to be kept alive...what she knows...it could start wars..."
"She's just a girl, Father." Desperately trying to spare the girl's life, Rae blurted out, "Allow me to try...to somehow...convince her to tell me all that she knows..I'll get her to trust me...in some way or the other..and then we shall see what she really knows...because if she knows nothing, then she should not be killed for her ignorance..." Elgor looked at his daughter suspiciously.
"Very well. Good thinking, my daughter. We do not want witch blood on our hands no matter how good it may taste..."Rae had not known why she had advocated for this girl's life...she barely knew her, but somehow..this strange girl held a secret in her heart that Rae was dying to know...

river rocker Guardian of Agape river rocker Coco nodded and she took a deep breath and nodded her head as she got herself cleaned and dressed. She paused and hummed slightly "do uou have a bow and Arrow i can borrow?" she asked as she looked at Rae. "Oh you won't be needing those...I want to see what you can do with your powers" Rae winked playfully, but secretly hoping that the girl would show her. Coco paused for a seconed "I dont see why not" she said "sure" she said "lead the way Rae" she smiled They hunched over in the icy tundra as the winds blurred their vision. Rae gave her protective goggles to Coco since she could not burn away the ice with body heat like Rae could. Suddenly, a large beast with antler appeared, trudging through the storm. "There!" Rae screamed above the icy winds. "Do you see it? Show me what you can do!" she continued as she loaded her bow with iron tipped, poisoned arrows.

Coco smirked as she looked at the beast. she wispered something under her breath, a name of sorts, but she kept most of the name hidden from Rae since she knew what it would do if it was in the hads of anyone besides her, she was useing a spell "Coco----- Xye-at---e i act---ate your power -idde- inside." and then her voice seemed to carry on the storm, clear the spell was in a language that witchs only knew, her nails grew long and turned black as magic escaped from her and at the beast with the antlers. There was a loud noise from the beast as it seemed to be fighting with something, bucking and snorting and the antlers seemed to try to fight something that wasnt there. Cocos eyes where closed for the momment but her eyes moved beneith her lids as it continued for the best of a minute, then the beast fell down. It was still breathing at the momment. Then there was a sickening crack from over where the beast was and the breathing of it stopped. her nails returned to there normal length and color. Cocos eyes opened, they where still the normal violet color but they had tints of black and white in them "Done" she said to Rae.

Rae had gone even more pale than usual, but quickly regained her composure. "Well done. Now...let's carry it and clean our kill." Rae smirked. They lifted the heavy beast upon their shoulders, but Rae was able to carry most of the weight because of her training. On their way back to the village, Rae contemplated whether to speak or not. Finally she spoke. "Nice kill. Very clean. You're good. Have you ever tried physically creating a weapon instead of filling the object or victim, rather, with magic?" She paused to take a breath of cool air. "I mean...have you ever tried that on a human?"

Coco nodded "i have tried weapons but i cant weild them for long so i stay with magic" she said and then sighed "no i have never tried that on a human or any other type of liveing thing that wasnt an animal" she said but then hesitated "what you saw back there, was black magic" she said softly "any dark magic used needs the full name of the witch to use so it makes it more risky for the witch to use the black magic, same with white magic you have to use your full name to cast." she said softly "and i do not use magic to fill the victem with magic, filling the victem or kill with magic taints the meat so that it will poison the eater. I use my dark and light familiars to hunt rather then filling the thing with magic" she said

Coco flinched, and the bullet just rebound. "not exsactly" she said hessitaintly "the person who knows the witches name can control the witch" she said softly

river rocker Coco flinched, and the bullet just rebound. "not exsactly" she said hessitaintly "the person who knows the witches name can control the witch" she said softly "Huh. Interesting." Rae repeated. I must tell my father of this new establishment...it could save the entire village...but...this girl... They proceeded to carry the kill back to the village and skinned it. "Coco, why don't you begin preparing the meat for dinner? I have to speak with my father briefly." Rae quickly found her father and told him of the information she had discovered. "I am proud, my daughter. You must know your next task, I presume? You must discover the witch's name and give it to me, so that I may control her. We cannot afford to have such a powerful presence in this village...and one who knows too much already." "Yes, Father" Rae said, though her eyes decieved her. "Do not become attached, Rae. She is not one of us. She can use magic to blind your vision...trick your mind...do not let her sway you with her mystery," Elgor warned. "'Course not, Father. I am loyal ...will be til the end." Rae then returned to find Coco still preparing the meat and began to help her. "We should preserve it...in the snow...so that we can---" Suddenly, Rae was interrupted by a terrible explosion that caused snow and rocks on the cliff above to fall, though they were not large enough to crush the village...yet. "What was that?" Rae said aloud, more to herself than Coco, and she drew her bow in the same breath.
