 Reiki Houmen - Kuroda Clan Description
Background
The Kuroda clan was based of little to no people at all. They were a seperate clan in which were not intentionally 'fighters'. They believe being at peace between one's self and nature was the one thing that meant most to them, This resulted in a new form of element. When the Kuroda clan became at complete peace in mind they utilized the Aura Release which is the control of 'Natural energy' around the area. Unlike the Sage art though, The Kuroda clan is able to take energy from THERE OWN chakra element when needing to convert it into energy quickly.
Aura Release some say is an advanced nature between Fire and Lightning, Supposedly it could be when extracting the two basic components that fuel each of them.
The Shinobi of the Aura village train using meditation and focus, without the two attributes They wont be able to control and manipulate there own "Energy". As genin they can control very little of there Aura so thats when the mostly will train with Jutsu, ((Meaning they will be sent off to another village to train. As Chunin they learn about the Kekkei Genkai if they are able to learn it and train with it allowing them to control more of there "Energy". As Jounin They will master the Kekkei Genkai and be able to preform more advanced techniques using "Energy"
Unlike sage mode, Aura Release is an Natural energy extract from the elemental chakra of a Shinobi/Kunoichi. It does not take as long to convert it into raw energy, in fact with a mastered level of manipulation of the technique, it could take little as a couple minutes to no time at all. Depending on the technique in which is being used.
Requirements & Rules
● Must have a calm state of mind.
● Must possess Lightning OR Fire element. [ Works better with possessing both. ]
● Genin Level does not have very much control and little Aura Balance.
- Chuunin Level is a bit more in control, and a larger Aura Balance.
- Jounin Level has mastery of the technique and has the largest Aura Balance.
Draw Backs:
● Being an Aura user you risk burning the natural energy around you, causing extreme exhaustion.
● Without proper training you may risk the chance of locking your Chakra element for quite some time.
● With out a calm mind, the techniques may not be completed and have major backfire.
Clan Jutsu
Aura Release: Blue Flame
Rank: A
Description: The user focuses Aura bellow into the ground and builds up pressure in which will be released and fanned out into all directions and will take on the characteristics of Fire, and become waves of Energetic Fire.
Aura Release: Infinity Blade
Rank: A
Description: The user concentrates aura into there finger tips, which then will become a lethal blade that can cut through even steal. But with a certain extent, it's not an armor it's self so the user can still be injured by normal attacks except Kunai, Senbon, Shuriken, Etc...
Aura Release: Needle point
Rank: A
Description: Concentrating and compressing Aura together the user can create a type of physical weapon only known to the Kuroda clan. With the years of training they can even compress there elemental chakra into the weapon. the weapon is similar to the Fuma Shuriken but made of energy.
Aura Release: Pulse
Rank: B
Description: The User concentrates Aura into and through out there body, With this they can send out waves of Energy to deflect projectile attacks.
Aura Release: Blue Lotus
Rank: C
Description: Focusing the aura into one position it forms a Blue lotus flower [ Or what ever color the Aura is... ] In which with a single motion can be broken apart and the pedals can be used as a physical attack, similar to many Senbon.
Aura Release: Aura Sphere
Rank: D
Description: The user concentrates aura between both closed palms in to a spherical shape, when the amount of aura wanted is stored into the ball the user may then release it towards any given object. (( Yes, just like in pokemon. ))
Aura Release: Rip tide
Rank: D
Description: The user concentrates Aura into there legs and arms which enhances there power for hand to hand combat.
Aura Release: Sonar
Rank: D
Description: Anyone in the clan can learn this, it's more like a tracking technique, with the maximum radius being 10 miles for genin, 20 for chunin, 50 for jounin+. It send out a wave of the users chakra into the natural energy around the area to track certain objects.

SOUND RELEASE - OTOGAKURE SHINOBI  Description
The Sound Release technique is a special type of jutsu that is learned only by the shinobi of Otogakure no Sato.
Background
With the manipulation of sound through chakra, the Sound Ninja have created different types of techniques that can cause physical harm to their opponents internally and externally. In the past, some of the Sound Release was only usable through modifications to the body of the user. Nowadays, they have perfected the methods without the need of augmented their physical structure.
Requirements & Rules
● . The user must be an Otogakure ninja, or have blood ties to Otogakure
● Sound Release is a jutsu that is NOT bloodline related
● Sound jutsu makes use of one's own vocal chords, as well as the air around them.
Jutsu
E~S Rank - Ventriloquism
With the use of chakra applied to the vocal chords, the user is able to throw their voice to a length of 25 ft. This jutsu is used as a diversionary tactic, whether to escape from an opponent, or set up an ambush. Each rank goes up 5 ft, with a max of 50 ft.
E~B Rank - Sound Bullet
By infusing the fingers with chakra, tube-like devices that were implanted into the fingers fires a concentrated bullet of sound, which becomes a projectile force, that flies at the enemy at the speed of sound. The lowers rank will only hit the skin, causing the victim to be winded, while the highest rank will pierce through and cause internal damage.
D~S Rank - Wail
By applying chakra to the vocal chords, the user screams out, covering a five ft radius around themselves.This is a defensive jutsu reflects oncoming attacks such as projectiles. At B-S ranks, it is able to harm the hearing of anyone, friend or foe, within range. While the person suffers from temporary hearing loss for two posts after being hit, they are more susceptible to other attacks. Each rank up increases the radius by 5 ft.
C Rank - Sound Stream
By gathering chakra along the arms of the user, sound waves move along their arms, moving towards the palm of the hand, to where concentrated steams of chakra-infused sound waves rush out. This move can be used defensively, such as holding off attacks, or offensively, by knocking back opponents. The manner to which this move is used require the user to have small sound emitting devices attached to their hands by gloves, or in more extreme cases, surgically.
B Rank - Scream
By applying chakra to the vocal chords, the user is able to scream out concentrated sound waves in a cylindrical stream up to 50 ft. Those who are in the path of the stream are caused hearing damage that messes with their sense of hearing and vision for two posts, making them much easier to attack for two posts.
B-A Rank - Sound Pulse
This technique is used by either clapping the hands, or kicking the object/person in question. Through chakra infusion, the user creates a burst of sound that travels at the speed of sound, and able to break stone. At higher levels, it is able to warp metal from the impact. When kicking, the blast of sound is more focused, while clapping causes a 35 ft.
A Rank - Song of Discord
With chakra infusing the vocalization of the user, the melody they sing or play on an instrument they carry will cause those who hear it within a 75 ft radius to become confused for two posts, thinking their allies are the enemy.
A Rank - Song of Rage
With chakra infusing the vocalization of the user, the melody they sing or play will cause an ally within a 75 ft radius to become infused with pure rage, making their attacks more vicious for two posts. The drawback is that this hinders their judgement, and can leave them open to attacks from behind.
S Rank - Lullaby
With chakra infusing the vocalization of the user, they sing or play a melody that is a soft lilting tune, that is able to put those within a 75 ft radius of them asleep for 1 post. This is good for ambushing enemies.
S Rank - Shriek
A much more powerful version of the Wail and Scream jutsus, Shriek fires a concentrated stream of sound waves that is so powerful that other can see it visually. The driving force behind this move is strong enough to level a stone wall, and goes a distance of 100 ft in front of the user in a straight line.

E Rank - Ventriloquism

Mm. Change the length to let's say fifty feet (at most depending on rank).
D Rank - Wail
By applying chakra to the vocal chords, the user screams out, covering a twenty ft radius around themselves.This is a defensive jutsu that harms the hearing of anyone, friend or foe, within range. While the person suffers from temporary hearing loss for two posts after being hit, they are more susceptible to other attacks.
I suggest having the radius go by rank. S = twenty five feet radius, A = twenty feet radius, B = fifteen feet radius, C = ten feet radius, D = seven feet radius and genin = five feet radius. Something like that.
C Rank - Sound Stream

Does the user use some sort of device like Dosu Kinuta? Or have some sort of implants like Zaku Abumi- in order to create sound?

Those who are in the path of the stream are caused hearing damage that messes with their sense of hearing and vision for two posts, making them much easier to attack for two posts.
Same thing as wail- though, one-hundred feet seems to be a little much for 'B' rank. I would say fifty feet in diameter = s, forty = a, thirty = b, twenty = c, ten = d and five = c.

Please elaborate more on the effects this jutsu had on the target. Change the distal choice to some distance between or two-hundred to three-hundred feet.

- Explain more on what you simply mean by Nightmares? Are they special in any way, or does the user always have nightmares?

Also seeing as how your Bloodline is summoning 'creatures' I would suggest making a SP requirement in Summoning to be able to use, higher ranked technique for effective.

-Yes you are technically 'creating' this bloodline/Kekkei Genkai, but it's also in the Naruto Universe, so I'm going to allow anyone that want's to apply for it do so. They will still have to pass the application process.
-Katon should be this clan's weakness since your paper can easily burst into flames and ash.

I'm sorry but it seems we already have a Kekkei Genkai called Dark Release.
An to be honest we won't really allow a Chakra Absorption Kekkei Genkai.

- Show the SP requirements that you've set for the clan. And their primary element must be Katon.

- This seems more like the Passive ability than the E ranked technique you have, this seems like it's suppose to teach your character how to control the flame and not be hurt by them as well.
D Rank: Solar Flare
- We already have this technique.

- These techniques, after the initial post to activate and such, does it require chakra to keep stable and on their arms/legs?

- This technique would have to be SS, and it wouldn't be able to heal you, you should think of something different cause of right now I'm a bit lacking what you're trying to do with this technique.
