Then again, if you have been really been waiting 2-3 weeks then you can just post that you left the area.
That is an extreme amount of waiting you are making someone do for one post.
You can wait if you want, but no one is going to call you impatient or a jerk after waiting 2-3 weeks.
2 weeks is standard grace period. After that, if they haven't given a reason for their abscence then they are inactive, and you can leave the area without being considered impatient.

I have relatively the same problem. With my original character I cant really do much with my partner due to time differences (i live in midwest America, and she lives in the Philippines) So i made a new character and have another partner so i can still rp

Your character is a kishin correct? Then you can post just about anywhere as long as it isn't within the Academy. Quite sure a Kishin character would not be in there.
A lot of RPing action is going on in Death City Forest if you would like to go there.
Or you can get some other threads going?
You can also make your own thread in the Homes section for your character.
So as long as you aren't in the Academy, you should be good.

@BOG Sane: Ah XD I was going to make my character do that anyways, and yes, since my charrie is a Kishin, he'll avoid DWMA. Infact, he hates that place! XD Think I'll intrude Death City's Forest, since he can pass off looking like a normal 15-year old boy.
And I didn't know you can make a home thread for characters. But where can I place the topic home thread for my character?))
