Shu opened his eyes and looked up at Hikaru. Did he fall asleep? He groaned and stood up, "Sorry." He blinked at Hikaru, wondering how he was able to act like nothing happened before.

"The stores closing." Hikaru said, walking toward the door as Max flipped the sign to closed and walked out.

Shu fell back to the floor, starring after them. How could Hikaru be so cruel?

Hikaru got to the door and looked behind him. "When you leave, the door will lock behind you, so dont leave anything." With that, he left.

Shu's bottom lip quivered and his ears flattened. "Why is he so cruel? He kissed me." he mumbled to himself, laying on the floor in fetal position and crying softly.

"What was with that?" Max asked. Hikaru ran his fingers through his hair and sighed. "I know what you were trying to do." Max looked away from him. "You can be so cruel." Thay walked to their apartment.

Shu blinked his eyes open and looked around. He didn't even remember going home. He shrugged and sat up in his bed, propping himself up on his elbows. Then, all the events from the previous came back to him and hit him straight in the chest. Shu sighed and swung his legs over the side of the bed, placing his face in his hands.

Max was almost ready for the day as he looked over at Hikaru. "What the hell!? Wake up aready!" Hikaru gave a hiss, sticking his head over the pillow. Max shoved him in the floor. "Dont hiss at me!" Hikaru curled up in the blanket with a grumbl. Max walked into the bathroom and came back with a glass of water, pouring it on Hikaru. Hikaru jumped up. "WHAT THE HELL!?" He hissed. "Glad your awake." Max smiled.

Shu's mom walked in...of course. "Shu, honey. How are you?"
Shu's ears perked up, "Mom?!? How the hell did you get in here?"
"You gave me an extra key. Remember~?" She twirled a little key in her fingers.
Shu facepalmed, "Mom..that was last year when I went away on vacation!" he growled.
"Well, I was wondering if you could come and work at the restaurant today?"
Shu sighed, standing up, "Alright." He figured it'd be good to get his mind off of Hikaru.

"Chill out. Tomorrows Sunday." Max smiled. "Thank God. We own the place, can we really not just have a day without going?" Hikaru asked. "Cause thatll piss off costumers. Now get ready." Hikaru yawned, getting dressed. They started walking to the CD store.

Shu stretched and headed to the the bathroom to get ready for the day. He sighs, looking at himself in the mirror. His eyes were red, probably froming crying himself to sleep last night. At least that's what he thinks might've happened. He shook his head, wetting his toothbrush and reaching for the tube of toothpaste.

Max and Hikaru walked into the CD store. "Oi, ramen afterwards? Will that make you work harder?" Hikaru nodded, jumping behind the counter. "Hai~!" He purred slightly, helping a couple costumers.

Shu slowly, but surely got ready for the day and grabbed his keys as he walked out the door. He leaned up against the car door with his hand on the door handle and bowed his head with his eyes closed for a moment. He was still stressed over the whole ordeal with Hikaru. He sighed and got in the car starting it up, "Today's gonna be a looong day." He growled to himself, looking in the direction of the restaurant. He shrugged, It's not that far of a walk and the weather's nice. Shu pulled the key out of the ignition, causing the car to die off, getting out and starts walking to the restaurant.

Hikaru put on a fake smile, flirting with a couple girls to get them to buy more. Max did the same.
