1. What was one experience you've had that solidified your faith?

1. Story time! ~
Every Wednesday there's a little group that gets together at the church to Pray; literally, just to worship and pray for whatever happens to come up in heads/hearts, etc. I had a hard time getting to go sometimes, because I had a Watercolor class that overlapped it, but on several occasions, we got out early and I was able to make it like 15 minutes after it started.
The very first time I went (which may have been before the semester started...I dont remember), I sat and worshiped, and didn't say much of anything out loud, until somebody looked at me and said, "you look like you've got something to say", and I looked down at the piece of paper on which I'd written the names of people whom I was supposed to deliver a message. I'd gotten 'words' for everybody written down (a.k.a prophetic words; I didn't make them up, I got 'em all from God).
I don't wanna go too much into detail about who got what words and stuff, but that all was mostly background. Specifically, there was One kid (we'll call him Jerry) who came pretty much every week. The first time I got a word for him he was praying out loud, and I got...sort of a Picture in my head of a growing Echo; like when you drop a stone in a still pond, and the waves go out to the shore, except this time they got bigger and bigger until the whole pond is rippling. For whatever reason, I didn't tell him that night; some how it got left out of the 'Summary of Tonight's Prophecies by Justin' lol.
But I couldn't stop thinking about it for awhile, and I thought it sounded like a calling to Intercession, which is basically means he's a 'Super-Prayer'. So a couple weeks later, I get out of watercolor class early, get into the groove, am writing things down, and it comes time for me to tell everyone what they got (lol it's kinda like christmas but not!), and I decide to share with Jerry that image I got from a few weeks ago; I told him almost exactly what I said up there, and I told him about the possibility of an Intercessory Gift. He told me then that he'd heard the same thing several months ago from another Prophet guy at the International House of Prayer in indiana (they do this prophetic thing every week or something), and basically that it was old news.
Anyway, the cool part of all this was that I got to confirm someone else's Spiritual Gifting, while getting confirmation for my own; It was one of those moments that shattered any doubts I always have about whether I'm just imagining these things in my head, or if they're genuinely coming from God; I'm not crazy! It was kind of a big faith-building moment.
And now it's over. lol

2. I feel happiest when I'm Drawing/Painting, etc, and thinking about God at the time. Which sounds like derpy 'Church-boy' s**t, but it's true I swear...lol!
3. My favorite scent is the smell of a summer morning, when it's a little humid outside, and the grass was mowed like 2 days ago, and you can feel the warm air stagnating around you even in a mostly air-conditioned house.
It reminds me of when I was a lot younger, when I played with legos in my room, or made some kind of weird crafty thing with a hot-glue-gun and cardboard and lots and lots of pipecleaners....Those were the good 'ol days! The smell is a hearkening to innocence that I miss sometimes, and every single year it arouses nostalgia.
