 So now this ungrateful being wants me to protect him? What I situation I'm In. She said to herself, wishing to sigh but refrained from doing so: she had heard the noises and she herself was on high alert. "When we get back to the base camp, then you'll probably want to work on re-developing your muscles. Just in case you need to fight on this island." Avehi was surveying the area, her eyes narrowed and taking note of everything around them. The slightest movement, the smallest sound.

The Mind of God   I have this amazing power...
Yet I dont know how to use it...
I know I can go great things... "Muscle work? then you'll need to teach me... physical strength has never been a strong suit of mine simply because I've never seen a use for it..." He said walking right past her, not bothering with the word of "sneaky"... 'that voice... it almost sounds like...' He came around a large rock only to stop while staring at Mel. "The... Ninth's Fraccion...?" He asked more to him self then anyone else. 'were we all simply chosen randomly? is this some kind of odd dream? did I drop an experimental drug and come under it's effects? that's impossible... I've never met the Shinigami I'm paired with so... then again she could be some kind of figment of my imagination... then again she's not of any fantasy I have... so why would my subconscious create her... no I'm definitely not dreaming...' He thought to him self before shifting his gaze to the Shinigami the ninth's Fraccion had been talking to... His eye's widened just slightly to the point of notice as he stared at what he thought was a clone...
"A... Clone?" He mumbled to him self. "no that's impossible... you're older then me... coincidence? or is this... really some kind of dream..." He mumbled accidentally thinking out loud... 'how is this... I suppose it's not abnormal to meet someone that looks exactly like you... it's happened and repeated over history plenty of times... but... the resemblance is... it's as if he's my... no the age... it would be more so as if I were his clone... is this the real Soren? is Soren even the originals name? is he even the original?' His mind had locked him in a mental state of thought before the crashing waves on the shore shocked him back into realty, his eye's widening slightly for a moment from the shock of being pulled out of his little mental world he so often sunk into... "you there... Fraccion... No I suppose here rank holds no true value... so I suppose I should call you by your name... as I am learning..." He said mumbling the last bit while thinking of a CERTAIN SOMEONE... "Melina Amista... do you know how it is that you've come to be here... or even where HERE is..." He asked the girl.
'I suppose I should take some kind of comfort in the fact that another Arrancar is here... however... that simply raises the question of whether or not others are here as well... if so how many and why were we picked... was it truly just random? or were we each specifically picked based on certain traits we each possess... hm... I could have been chosen for my mind... the Fraccion for her child like appearance... the Shinigami woman for her emotional connection to singing... the other me- Shinigami male... Hm... no none of these make any sense for any over all purpose... dammit... why can't I make odds and ends with this... typically I have no problem with this kind of situation...' He thought to him self, shutting his eye's to hide his annoyance with the whole situation... 'and the biggest question is... when or how was I knocked unconscious... no one could have slipped into Las Noches let alone my lab without detection... and even then I've only got clones there...' He let out a quiet sigh, letting his thoughts trail off simply because he was leading him self into a loop of confusion... "I need... more data..." He mumbled to him self, to quiet to be heard...
((God is it ever nice to be getting back into posting big regularly... Everyone in this thread now is loved by Ichi for inspiration... No sadly my love isn't anything special, but it most certainly is the thought that counts!)) But why help those people...
They did nothing for me in any way...
All they did was laugh and mock...

The girl heard the voices warn her about another person,but it was still a suprise when someone said her full name. So she grabed a stick from the fire that was still burning turned around, yelled a battle cry, and pitched it a soren with all her might as her black eye came into focus quickly. Then she froze when she realized who the stick was thrown at.
Yet so strong...

Neku nodded at Mel when she told him that she could do it on her own and few moments later he saw sparks create fire. He watched as Mel blew on it and made it grow bigger and bigger "You did it Mel!" Mel then added more sticks to the fire to make the flames larger as he stared into the flames.
As Neku was staring into the flames, Mel had asked him if he could make her a dagger and then told him that, that was the type of weapon she preferred "A dagger huh ?" He looked down at his short sword and then up at Mel "Sure, that won't be hard" Neku stood up to head to the forest to gather what he needed but then stopped when he heard someone else call out Mel's full name.
Neku turned around to see who it was and at the same time Mel had thrown a stick with flames on it at the person who had called her name. When he looked at the person, his eyes began to widen "What the...How can I-Is that me ?" Neku shook his head and closed his eyes and thought to himself "No...How can that be me if I'm standing right here..."...
...As he thought to himself he opened his eyes and looked at the person who looked exactly like him "I'm...Seriously confused now...What the hell is going on!?!" Neku tightened his grip on his short sword and slowly walked towards the person who looked like him "Hey you! Who are you ? And why do you look like me!?!" He was seriously confused and he needed answers...

~Kenshin Harada~ Kenshin reeled the spear back, ready to strike as the rustling noise came closer. That is until he realised it was a person. "Oh it's just Squad 3's vice captain...wait, what?!" He watched as she darted off in a foreign direction. "Whoa, hold on just a minute...where did you come from?" Kenshin asked as he stood up and ran after her. After seeing yet another person he wasn't about to let her go without some answers first.~'Failure is the one who doesn't try'~

I know I can go great things... Soren arched an eye brow at the Fraccion's battle cry, but frowned slightly as she threw the stick... At first he would raise his hand before his eyes would widen. 'if my other powers don't work... then that means my Hierro probably doesn't either... can't risk it!' He thought to him self before leaning, then losing his balance and falling to the right... The stick crackled past him as he frowned over in Mel's direction... "Are you already reverting to your primal instincts... tho I suppose you could have been on this island longer then us..." He said shifting his gaze to their supposed shelter. "tho I considerably doubt it..." He said looking at the fresh new fire. 'no... they've been here as long as us... the exact same time perhaps? odd...' He thought before shifting his gaze to the other him who was slowly approaching. "keep away Shinigami... I don't like people getting close to me... let alone other species... when their alive... or not bound by spirit chains..." He said grumbling the last bit while slowly backing away.
"and I'd like to know the same thing... you're either an experiment that went wrong and escaped with a strand of my DNA... or you're a complete coincidence that I've happened to meet in the strangest of places... never the less I suppose you're older so you had the look first... I'll be sure to change mine when I get back home... now tell me Shinigami... what is your name... I take it you've accepted our situation if you haven't killed the ninths Fraccion... My name is Soren... I'm the Segunda Espada..." He said. 'is it risky giving out my rank? what Shinigami wouldn't want to eliminate the second most powerful Espada in Las Noches... I mean it would be so easy right now... then again I have the mind in this equation... so I suppose it couldn't be an option to just up and eliminate me...' He thought to him self before finally stopping his foot steps back. But why help those people...
They did nothing for me in any way...

The girl glared at Soren "I've never been above primal." she said bitterly. She didn't like that was he looked like Neku, it really creeped her out. Plus the way he talked to her... like she should be strapped to a table with a knife at her brain. "I attack what i don't like, but even i know that you could be of some use with that scientific mind of yours." She said as she backed up to behind Neku.
Then she hid behind him, peaking out from behind, and stared at Soren with her white eye while the other seemed to rest on the shinigami near him."Who's that?" She wondered aloud, so far she trusted Neku but she didn't like the look of this one. The other shinigami looked like she would kill us all if she had her weapon.
Yet so strong...

Neku saw the Espada move out of the way of the stick with the flames and drop to the ground and thought to himself "It looks like he doesn't have his abilities too..." The Espada then spoke out and began talking to Neku. The Espada told him to stay back because he did not like people nearing him. When Neku heard that a small grin appeared on his face.
The Espada then continued on to say that Neku was a clone of him or that it was a coincidence that two people with similar appearances met with each other "A clone ? Don't make me laugh..." Neku looked at the Espada with a blank expression and then he told him that his name was Soren and he was the Segunda Espada and Neku thought to himself "Segunda Espada...Didn't expect such a high levelled Espada to be hear...".
Neku stopped walking towards Soren and sighed while rubbed the back of his head "Guess it can't be helped...I'll have to co-operate...And I've seen that they are not all that bad..." Neku turned around to look at Mel and then returned his gaze to Soren. It was obvious Soren couldn't tell he was a Captain because Mel was wearing his Captain coat "Neku Sakuraba...Captain of Squad Nine...Do you know what's going on here...Soren...?".
