Demi watched as the two boils wander into their own rooms, he didn't necessarily wanted to blindly follow them in there. He wanted to forge his own path, even for just a moment as he made his way into room 103.
But it was still as bare as ever, save for a couple of insects wandering into the room from wherever they came, crawling along the walls looking for a crevice to bunker into and hide from the world.

But he did hear Raziels cry of discovery and gave up looking in the barren room to walk over to room 102 and see what the good news was. And it was shiny. So shiny, could he play with them? "Keys? They look like they're in good condition." He turned them over in his hands and checked the teeth, only a tiny bit of rust, nothing a lock would care about.
"I can't recall seeing any locked doors on the way in." Oh well, if it didn't serve a purpose, it could always be a fun little toy.

Regardless of what the group would say, Bul decided that it would be in his own best interest to merge their group with the others as soon as he could, which meant they'd be exploring more classrooms. While not splitting entirely from his own troop the boil made it painfully obvious where he was going and that he hoped they too would follow and stick together. "Heeey!" Bul called out rather hoarsely towards the west wing as he walked.

"Hey guys, wait up we're coming to join you!" Bul stopped to take a breath and checked to see if he was being followed before continuing towards the group. On the way he passed the blown-out lockers and winced. He glued himself to the opposite side of the hall as not to get close to the obviously dangerous things before crossing to the next hall.

Holly had left the room they had all been in earlier and had already entered room 102. She'd already started looking through the room when other's seemed to have the same idea. The ghoul heard Damien say he found a key and turned around. "There was a map. Uh, front of the building. Wasn't it labeled with which doors worked or something?" Maybe they should attempt to take the map with them, hmm.

She heard Bul yell. More students were coming to their wing? "West, and, er, other guys. Found a key. Anyone find looked doors?" Best try this as a group right?

Like the others in her group, Aurian kept exploring the classrooms. having read the note that Raziel had found, Aurian picked it up and tucked in under a tight belt around her waist. She was worried out what the writer mentioned - winning, which meant people had lost. Some sort of game? Perhaps even a deadly one, considering the state of the island ad the vicious glee of the author's words.

Done in the room, Aurian moved on to another. Room 104, the door sign stated. After another hunt around, she found another note. Her stomach dropped out as she read it. Things were not looking up.

When Raziel called out that he'd found keys, Aurian picked up the second note and made her way back to him. "Does it say what they're keys to?" she asked. "Oh and I found this."

She held the note out to the others, letting them read it and the first. "I don't like the sounds of whatever happened here. It was enough to make someone talk about never forgiving, and winning, and it all sounds like something terrible."

What had happened to these winners? To the losers? Were either group the violent reapers and other creatures that kept attacking them?

"Augh.." Colette groaned before pinching her nose to block the smell. It was awful. The Reaper's nose wasn't sensitive, but the scent still made her want to gag. She couldn't even imagine what any students with stronger noses were going through.

Vaguely remembering seeing a gymnasium on the map, Colette decided to go check it out and get away from the terrible smell. No luck though -- it was locked! However, it did look like someone or something wanted to get in.. maybe there was something useful in there? The keys had to be somewhere.

Colette returned to where she came from to see that students who had been looking at the lockers were now moving on and about. How long had it been? She had waited for Raziel long enough.. maybe he just wasn't coming back. She couldn't blame the boil though, she had sprinted from him earlier and almost left him for dead. It was obviously time to move forward. Before reluctantly going on, Colette checked several lockers again and managed to find an explosive. Bingo! This could definitely be useful. She wasn't an explosives expert, so any danger the explosive could cause to her didn't really cross her mind. It looked okay.. so it had to be safe. And in a survival situation like this, she didn't even question why a bomb was in this school's locker -- finding it was good enough for her!

The noxious gas was starting to get to her again, and Colette decided it was most definitely time to get moving. But to where? Colette hurried through the hall and noticed several students coming out of a hole at the girl's bathroom, clearly caused by a bomb. They looked like they saw something quite displeasing. Maybe she shouldn't bother...

Continuing along, she found herself at a split. Right to a supply closet or left to the janitor's closet? She was pretty sure she saw another student with a bomb go right -- probably hoarding the supplies by now -- but what about the left?..

Taking the left, the Reaper decided to check out the first blocked off thing: the janitor's closet! It didn't seem like anyone had gotten to it yet.. "Time to make use of this bomb," she thought to herself. Stepping back, Colette looked at the explosive for a moment and shrugged before chucking it at the closet door and trying to take cover. She didn't really know how to set it off, but there was nothing like throwing it at something! As the door was no match for an explosive, Colette maneuvered her way through the opening she made and searched the closet.

"A mop.. a questionable poster.. toilet paper... keys!" Holy Jack, she found keys! Excited, Colette reached for the keys labeled "spare" and grinned. She would be getting into that Gym, yes! She was so happy to actually accomplish something and swirled the ring of keys around her finger while looking around the closet a bit more for anything else useful. The Reaper didn't even stop to consider how much attention the explosion and key ring-jingling could cause.

West had found, read and left behind room 104's note and was rummaging around in a back corner of the same room when Aurian came exploring as well. She appeared to take the note and then leave, and the demon decided it was time to rejoin the others. Standing around looking at creepy busts wasn't getting him anywhere.

He heard and felt a couple of rumbling booms and by the time he reentered the hall there was a new hole into one of the bathrooms. West tried to peek inside, then kept walking. He found his companions plus some new additions, and stood silent for a while, listening to their jumbled conversation before adding his two pumpkin seeds. "There're only two room'son the'map that're still locked: adminissrashun 'n th'gym. The rest'er..." He paused, letting a faint explosive boom make his case for him. "Th'rest've been blown open. Anyone wanna go check th'locked ones out?"

Finally having caught up to Bul after the whole Bug incident, she slowed her pace some to match his own. "Geez, for being injured, you can still move pretty fast." With that said, she folded her hands behind her head, following along in a casual walk. Though the east wing was a complete waste of time, they still had the rest of the school to check out. "We exploring the classrooms now?" She asked, curious as to what they all had planned.

Turning her attention towards Holly, she then looked to West and the other students who were gathered around. "Great! More than what we found." Dropping her hands at her sides, she checked over her shoulder to see if Seiji, Junko, or Sarias had caught up to them.

Savior wasn't so sure she liked the sudden bustle of activity that seemed to come with the arrival of new students and with everyone going their own ways. while it was possible that she was just feeling ansty because a larger crowd made them an easier target for a group of Males, it may have also just been because she was uneasy. Of course it was in her unease that caused her to wander away from the group and towards the gym. She didn't get very far before she turned and found herself near Colette and nearly walking into the Janitor's closet. Thankfully the monster had arrived after the explosion and was only there to witness the aftermath, but that didn't stop her from poking around rather cautiously. All of this had her on edge but at least she wasn't hearing anything anymore.

"Wut." Savior's orange-hued hand pointed over at the keys in Colette's hand, the tip of her nail actually poking at the Reaper's hand in an effort to either get attention or to get said item. Thankfully she didn't draw blood with how hard she poked but it certainly was enough. "Wut." The monster should have remembered Colette's name, they'd met twice now, but for some reason it was . . . not even on the tip of her tongue or in the back of her mind. Oops.

Rosc had received a nasty bang to the head when one of the lockers he was prying open sprung open from a spring that had been placed inside. He was holding his forehead and gritting his teeth when the reaper showed up. His hands gripped his branch defensively during the interlude, but before he knew it, the foe was gone and had left without a problem.

Sin approached the two smaller students who had been threatened by the reaper, he watched as the two little ones tried to bandage themselves up. And not doing a very good job of it. With a small sigh, he walked over to Jove and Tomoko.
"I can dress a wound," he said, raising the hem of his black t-shirt for a moment to show the criss-crossing bandages that covered his abdomen, disappearing up under the shirt and down into his jeans. He'd check out the explosives that Sin had found in a minute, as soon as this was dealt with.

As much as he loved to be surrounded by numbers, which was clearly a no, he decided it was time to check up on the others and opened the classroom door to get out. There was quite a mass of people in the West hall now, as he blinked owlishly at the gathering. "Well, that's one way to open a closed path, contraband explosives." he said as he peered at a few in an open locker, hopefully they were just duds. "And it was in abundance, that's the scary thing." It couldn't help but make him feel bad for whatever the students that attended here had to go through.

He kept an open ear to West's suggestions, while weighing the two choices, while reading the note that Aurian managed to find. "Well, ain't that somethin'." What it was he wasn't sure, but it went hand in hand with the scratching on the wall near the entrance. "If those are the two places left to look, I'm thinking about the Administration, If we were lucky, the faculty might be there." But the nagging feeling in his head also said that they might find something worse too. If there was some sort of "game" afoot, the faculty must have known about it, might even have enforced it.

West remembered the map much better than Aurian had. The Reaper had only taken a glance at it, more caught up in the graffitied messages at the time. The notes seemed to be along the same lines, which might explain her fascination with them. Aurian wanted to get to the bottom of this mystery, or at least know more so she knew what they had to be wary of (apart from the generic 'everything' they feared right now).

So, their best choices for the key were Administration or the Gymnasium. Assuming that it wasn't actually a key to a safe or something else entirely.

Aurian could see the logic behind Damien's suggestion that they try Administration first. "That seems like a good idea. They also might have more records in there about what went on here. What sort of game or 'graduation' this was, and what happened to everyone afterwards."

Information may be the best weapon they had in this place.

Jove's ears drooped, more because Tomoko's ears drooped than in reaction to the wound. She was right, it wasn't very convenient... Wiping the blood off on his already bloodied pants yet again, the pup accepted the bandages and then sort of stood there. Put it on the spot where it was bleeding? Like on his skin, right?

It was a good thing the blindfolded boil came forward when he did, or Jove might have just made a mess of it all. The pup's ears drooped a little more, since he didn't know the taller boil, but if the others from the school were exploring with him he couldn't be all that bad...

Jove blinks up with wide eyes for a minute before passing the unwound bandages along to the older student. Then he lifted his own shirt in imitation. The deep, dark bruises all across his left side were normal for the ghost, but they seemed darker after he had been attacked, and the skin had split open along his lowest rib to ooze dark blood. Superficial, but messy. Strangely enough, it looked more like he had been hit by something blunt and very strong, rather than cut by the scythe-wielding figure who had come at him.

He hoped it didn't take long to... uh, have his wound dressed, he wanted to go see the explosives that had been found, he was a boil after all, even though he wasn't so sure if he wanted to be opening doors with them. Once his curiosity was sated he hoped to go back and find Seiji and Junko, and the other two he didn't know.

Rosc didn't say a word as he turned back to Sin and stuck his hand into the coat she was wearing. Just to throw her off a bit, he gave her a small smirk before he dipped his hand into the inner pocket and took out the bag there. Inside was his personal roll of bandages, though they would do nothing for his own hurts, tape, and his eyePod. The tape was what he needed, so once he had it, he returned the bag to the pocket, moving back to Jove.

He took the bandages and tore a small portion off. Gauze or a clean cloth would have been better, but make do with what you had. Kneeling, he wiped some of the blood away with the smaller bit, then carefully wrapped the rest of the strip around the puppy-boil, taping it so that it would stay in place.
"Try and take it... as easy as you can here. Keep the blood flow down." Rosc knew a lot about that. He was by no means a doctor, he knew nothing about anything, really. But he knew how to wrap bandages and deal with blood.

That done, he moved away and peeked into the supply closet.
"Find anything? I think I heard someone find something on the other hall."

Nothing else useful, not at all. The toilet paper spotted wasn't even in great condition -- Colette wouldn't bet a regular pumpkin seed that anyone would use that! The Reaper was so wrapped up in her find and surroundings that she didn't notice Savior approaching, and she gave Colette such a surprise! The pricker like feeling in her hand startled the ghoul even more so.

"Ow!" Colette had said quite softly upon the p***k, despite the surprise. She had also jerked away her hand quickly at that moment and began to rub the spot, as if just touching the thorn of a rose on accident, which let the keys fall to the floor. However, Colette felt ten times better once she saw what it was that caused the pain, or more like who. "Savior!" she exclaimed happily. She hadn't seen her since the boat -- it was good that she was alright! And she was going to be the first being Colette shared the good news with!

While leaning down to pick up the keys, Colette told her, "They're keys! THE keys. I think they're for the gym." The Reaper could at least focus enough to tell she wanted to know what they were, but she wasn't watching as to what was going on while leaning down to reach for the keys.

((i'm confused *n* were there actually keys in the janitor's closet, or were the janitor's keys in the hole in the wall of room 102? cause i thought it was the second, and now we have two sets of keys :T ))

Raziel turned the keys over in his hands several times. Other than the tag labeled "spare" there was nothing on them to indicate what doors they would open, if any at all. He was absentmindedly taking into consideration the others' suggestions of where to go and try the keys first, what would be most important.

The Administration or the Gym? The question lingered in Raziel's mind. In the administration, they might be able to find useful information like the ghoul from the original boat ride had said, but they also may find nothing helpful other than records. And the chances that the records were ruined like most of the rest of the school also seemed very high to Raziel. On the other hand, the gym probably had an abundance of equipment which they could use for more weapons, or even as defensive materials. There was also the off chance that there were more first aid kits there too.

"I think we should check the Gym first," Raziel said, hesitating slightly. "There's probably more things we can use for weapons in there, just in case things go sour sooner rather than later." He started walking towards the gym doors, hoping that the others would just agree and move on.
