Owwin Cabron LaSwan I hadn't thought of that. HRM. That's a more comforting possibility, though. Aang doesn't really seem like the kind of psychopath to burn his initials into somebody. XD I was mostly joking when I mentioned Aang, although I don't recall Azula burning her initials into anyone either. It could also be Allegro. Modkilling!

Too many A's! gonk On a more serious note... What do we do now? We still have Zip. Cept the fact that Ton's may be innocent since he Didn't log on... Though he could just as easily be an inactive Mafia. Yup, still Nothin. sweatdrop

Yup, still Nothin. sweatdrop Allegro said he didn't log on in time to get the role, he never posted confirming getting a role PM, and the PM being deleted from the outbox means Ton never read it (it would be in the sent folder if Ton had read it). I doubt the inactivity had anything to do with his role.

I doubt the inactivity had anything to do with his role. There is however a possibility that the single kill had something to do with his inactivity. Unless the doc got reeeaaaally lucky or the A means fire nation or something, the the mafia was inactive, and if Ton was one of them, that would make a heap of sense wouldn't it? Barring anything better I think I will be voting for his replacement, Orphie. I hate to do that, but she says she is gonna be inactive anyway. I am gonna hold my vote until further developments, but if nothing better comes along, I am taking that shot.

I really really hate basing a strategy around inactivity, simply because I don't think it should be an issue at all, but I gotta say it does make those who haven't been around at all look terrible when a faction fails to use a kill.
However, Orph/Ton was not the only inactive. I also saw very little of Rhed yesterday, if anything.

If there were more players, I'd say we might have to sacrifice one more day to see if there would be any inconsistencies, but I don't think that can be risked with the low spread. With 10 players total, the logical spread after the last kill would be 5 - 3 - 1.
Elaborating on that a bit, I'm pretty sure we have a single neutral, otherwise that would have imbalanced the teams. Which means that if we were right in assuming Azula is around and killed Kuzo, then Iroh shouldn't be in the game, which lets us breathe a little easier.
Of course if we're wrong, it could very well be the inverse.

I am not going to try to defend myself right now: I have been working on a project for the past 18 hours, and I have been awake since 7:30 yesterday morning. (It is now 6:15 as I type this.)
I am just letting you all know that I will probably be pretty inactive for most of today, but tomorrow (if I don't get lynched sad ) I should be good. I've got class from 1 until 6 then at 7 I will be leaving for my home, which means I will be gone when voting is happening.
Since it would be stupid just to vote for someone right now, I will abstain from voting. There is a chance I will not vote today, just because of time restraints.

I mean come on. Oh, I agree with you, it's a good starting point. I just wanted to make sure we were covering our bases; we can't afford to be making assumptions with this player count.
I also wanna point out that there are 3 other potential outcomes besides inactivity and doctor protection. One, they hit the Lucky Duck. Two, they hit the SK. Three, they were stopped by the Jailkeeper (or even the Mad Scientist).
...That's really four possibilities, but I'm only really counting the Mad Scientist as .25 of a possibility, so...yeah. Food for thought.
I want to hear from Rhed, personally. Looking back over the thread, I noticed that Orphie did post about an hour before end of day, and therefore would have had time to send in a kill. Of course, it would be best to hear from them both, but if we're going to take the inactivity path, it makes more sense (to me) to want to question Rhed than it does Orph.

I guess it would look pretty shady to not post the first day, but what can I do, sometimes life grabs me by surprise. I'll have to read through the buffer we've built up to see if I can find anyone suspicious. But it can be very tough to classify someone based on inactivity. Well ok im all caught up, and I guess Ton kinda came out of nowhere, but wouldn't that be the pot calling the kettle black! I just got here! I think at the moment its still too early to find someone to lynch, of course when tonight comes around there will be more activity, and a better environment for swinging accusations and hoping for a suspicious response.

Hashire Kazemeijin ...With 10 players total, the logical spread after the last kill would be 5 - 3 - 1... So if there are three mafia, three mafia power roles, and there is fer sure at least one vanilla mafia... I'm going to assume worst-case scenario that there are two power roles playing. So, I think the one that got ditched was either Ty Lee (Role Blocker) or Mai (Bomb), because either of them could be taken out of play without disrupting the other power roles' abilities. Zuko (Godfather), on the other hand, definitely has Ty Lee depending on him, as well as Mai in a way. So I'm gonna say Zuko is definitely creepin' all up in here (which might mean that there is probably a cop, since his ability foils investigations). But this could all be moot if there are two vanilla mafia or four mafia members. (Mafia Gaemz, am I doing it rite?) Lupus Prognostication System! Laundry Pineapple Scent! YES. LPS IS LAUNDRY PINEAPPLE SCENT.

So midway through my shift today one of the managers asked if I'd be willing to work an evening shift, as well. I said yes, so now I'm also working 6-10 PM EST. Since the day ends during my shift, I'll probably be withholding my vote.
