((If I didn't word it well, the mist creates illusions of the victim's worst fears. If not freed they will eventually be killed by their own fears. On a side note, it also makes for a very good torture technique.))
Yume screamed as the explosion knocked her backwards, slamming her into the remains of a wall. White hot pain seared through the pale flesh of her left leg as some shrapnel found it's target. Yume screamed once more, as she collapsed sideways clutching her leg as bright red blood welled from the wound, staining the surrounding snow scarlet. Gunshots echoed around the wounded Bluecoat girl, but thankfully none found their mark due to her crumpled position on the ground. After a few moments of rapid fire, the last of the shots died off leaving Yume in silence. Her breathing was ragged and sounded frighteningly loud in the deafening quiet. She knew they were still there watching and waiting to see if she yet lived. They would come closer in a few moments, hear her breathing and put a stop to it... for good. Chills ran down Yume's spine. She didn't want to die. She couldn't die. If she did...For some reason the image of Greg's smiling face flashed in her mind's eye causing her chest to tighten. If she were to perish here, would he grieve for her? Would that smile perish along with her, dissipate into thin air just like her last breath? She didn't want that to happen. She liked it best when he smiled. She didn't want to become a sad memory for him, something that would only invoke feelings of grief and regret when remembered. She HAD to live. As if on some sort of cue, a mist formed around Yume, spreading outwards from her, first covering the ground before rising into the air. It continued to spread, covering the Redcoat soldiers and their commander along with Yume. The mist looked normal enough except for it's utter impenetrability. Once within it no normal human would be able to see more that a few feet to any side of themselves, making it terribly easy to become lost and confused in it's depths. This only made it easier for the mist to take full effect, probing the minds of it's victims, finding their weaknesses and creating a world of nightmares of which they could not escape. Once ensnared they were at Yume's mercy. With any luck, this would be enough to turn the tables in Yume's favor.

Celeste's eyes glinted. This Bluecoat had made a grave mistake in trying to make her into a hostage. Her grip on the handle of her dagger tightened before she thrust it backwards while throwing her weight forwards. The ploy worked as she felt the woman's lose her grip on her arm, effectively freeing her. Celeste felt pain dancing upon her cheek as the flame grazed her, but she paid it no mind and instead spun around into a fighting stance to face her foe again.
((sorry, couldn't reply until now))
Phoenix was caught unawares of the sudden move, unconsciously letting the girl go as she saw the knife coming towards her midsection. The General jumped back, but she could feel a searing pain as the dagger nicked her in the stomach. Fortunately, the wound wasn't deep and it stopped bleeding quickly. She stood straight and studied the figure in front of her; the girl was a redcoat but she didn't have that bloodlust in her eyes; they were filled with a hopelessness Phoenix found all too familiar. She had had that same look when she'd seen her father massacre that entire village. She warily paced around the girl, always keeping her in the General's sights. She was unpredictable if she really was in that state of mind; a cornered animal always fought fiercest. Phoenix brought out the dagger hidden in her boot in case the girl tried to attack again.
"I'm not here to hurt you and from the looks of it, you've figured out the true colors of you army. I know because I myself used to be one; my father, one of the higher ranked soldiers is still hunting me." She said.

Greg and draco stormed the mothership of the redcoats as the defenses were down. He found an opening and managed to slip in, draco vanishing into the wind...okay, I'm in....he was about to move, but a tingling in his spine told him a comrade was near. He closed his eyes and tried to focus on the aura of each member on the ship. There were many that were plain aura of many color, but one stood out. It was colored to fit the personality of the owner, but it's roughness and containment focus point resembled a user of magic...myra's onboard. Not too far from here....
[[sorry, I've been busy with theatre. Okay, so Greg's on the same ship as myra. his dragon's gone, and he's dwelling in the shadows until he can fully detect where she is.. the end biggrin ]]

((Herp Derp Derp. Sorry, guys but I'm gonna be gone for a few days. My school's choir trip is here. (We're going to Disneyland, squee!♥) I should return on Tuesday. If you don't live in the same time zone as me, today is Thursday so I'll be back in five days. See you then. Also Rakiaya the mist isn't all powerful. The way I figure it the different people would have different levels of susceptibility. Normally the spell is very powerful and can trap normal enemies with a certain amount of ease, however since it's basically attacking the mind, one could break free of the spell once they realize they are ensnared. For example, an great amount of concentration or a shock to the physical body would probably work. Also remember that Yume is now badly injured and fighting shock herself, so the spell might be a bit weaker than usual. It's not impossible to escape, Tit's just a bit...tricky. Truthfully, I totally stole this attack from an Inuyasha manga. XD Anywho...))
Celeste shifted slightly. That Bluecoat woman...she looked familiar...had she seen her somewhere before? Without warning, dark memories of the night flood her mind. Blood everywhere...twisted broken bodies littering the streets and the houses alike...peeking out of a dark closet while her brother was tortured to death...Running away after watching her family's execution. Celeste staggered backwards half collapsing against the cold iron wall. The dagger she had held with practiced skill now slipped carelessly for her gloved hands to clatter coldly against the floor. Celeste remembered now were she had seen woman before. It had only been a moment's meeting, but it still had stuck in Celeste's memories clear as day. When she had escaped the ruined village, she had run for the nearby forest and only a few yards away from the edge of the trees she had run into another girl. A girl who had not smelled of blood and death. Celeste remembered getting up and running into the trees after that moment's encounter, intent on escaping. It wasn't until later that Celeste wondered exactly how that girl was involved, however then she had brushed it away as a meaningless detail. Yet now here she was faced once again with that person she had encountered on that fateful night, Once again, offered a decision: should she let this woman live or take her life in vengeance. Truthfully, Celeste wasn't sure what to do anymore.

(Ive been sick and there wasn't much I could do but I'm back razz )
Itaku was very quickly tired of this whole aerial battle, it was not his area of expertise. He honed in on everyone's position and realized they were on the mothership, it would seem Itaku would need to make it there next. Shadowspirit and Itaku flew head first into the battle avoiding extremely heavy fire due to the fact that the Red Coats were distracted by the onboard intruders. Itaku closed in and jumped through a window sending his dragon away. He was now on board, but where should he head next...

((Of all things, you got inspiration from a fantasy manga... rolleyes ))
A scream could be heard as one of the men dropped his weapon and clutched his head as the mist engulfed them. Soon another guy was freaking out, firing his weapon randomly. "Sh*t!" Pasquale Jorzhe threw his arms around them and tackled them to the ground. "Calm down! Everyone, get your gas masks on!" The rest of the squad obeyed the order. With the masks on, they could faintly spot a figure through the mist, and Riyesnai raised his weapon, preparing to fire. "We're withdrawing!" Sergeant Jorzhe barked. "What? Why would we do that?" Yukatan yelled back. "We aren't supposed to engage in a prolonged firefight. Now get your @sses back! Withdraw!" The Redcoats did, running off in a different directions. They managed to calm the two that had freaked out, and disappeared.
((Also, did I not mention that the reason why Phoenix and Myra were able to board the mothership was because of the EMP blast that temporarily knocked out the mothership's defenses? Itaku and Greg would have to get through squadrons of fighters (not to be underestimated) and the mothership's shielding and lasers. Not to mention the drones defending the ship.))

[WHOO 100TH POST!!] Commander Lana smirked as she stepped out from the shadows behind Greg. "Looking for my dear sister Gregory?" She chuckled as she drew a small device from her pocket. It was a sonic device that out emit a high pitched shriek and pop anyone's eardrums, and paralyzing them for a quick five minutes. Lana's dark black hair was held up by a thin rubber band, with a stray hair hanging over her left eye. Her arms were bare, bearing the old scars of previous battles, and the redcoat insignia tattooed onto her shoulder.Nao ran back towards the ruins of her old home in a desperate attempt to get away from the incoming bombs. She could not get onto an aircraft, so she would just have to help out down here. Those redcoats deserved to be punished....although not my death. Nao looked at her soot covered hands. I'm a monster. I killed someone. She grieved to herself. A small tear slid down her cheek. He probably had a family. Nao ducked behind the old fireplace as the next bomb fell. But she was so distracted, she barely heard it. "I'm a monster...." She whispered to herself.

[[I believe I just said that.....in a much simpler fashion though.]] [[I do believe that in an earlier post, the ship's defensives were knocked out. Correct me if I'm wrong and I will gladly change my post. But I know I've seen it posted a page or two back. I haven't gotten the time at all today or this weekend, so I cannot check for myself. I apologize for any mistakes]] Greg's hands tried to cover his ears, but with no luck. His ears burned from the screech, making him want to vomit. But with the help of his trained mind and body, he maintained control. "I was hoping to end this quickly before more are killed." he replied wincing. He summed his scythe and dropped to a knee. "Please don't make me make an exception."
