[Wind Country Academy] “Yur a good kid Oasis, you two are already friends though, the fact that she chose to let you come here was something all its own… Hatsuma I set up an extra bed roll in your room, you two have fun now, I gotta go do some things around camp!” With that Hatsuma’s mother, Ishala gave a playful wink to the two and trotted off to do her business. This left Hatsuma and Oasis alone once more as it were. The people were busy enjoying themselves as usual. It was often like this at camp since they always celebrated living through another day. Hatsuma continued towards the bonfire and took a seat on one of the mats set up around it. She waited for Oasis to come before speaking up. “It is good that you two get along well… She isn’t really my mother however… she keeps saying it that way because she is the village matron, a midwife of sorts as well as one who takes care of the children if their parents don’t return from the hunt.” Hatsuma explained bluntly, “ it’s not that I don’t appreciate her care, I just don’t like misinformation…” Hatsuma stated calmly her stoic gaze cast out into the fire. “anyways, it’s not that I have no emotions it’s more a part of the Role I have, a side effect if you will… My markings aren’t lines like most mine are called tears, the role markings sometimes form in different ways and tears is one that tends to come with drawbacks…” Hatsuma continued her face remaining as stoic as her tone. “In my case the tears of the restrain also ended up restraining emotional outbursts, it is likely to allow one to keep a clear mind for their duty, some say the different forms of the markings are results of the one ancestors whether they did good or bad. This I’m unsure of however.” Hatsuma finished pulling a bit of dried meat from her shawl for herself as well as Oasis. She took a bite calmly. “I think we have developed a proper method of teamwork, we should have no troubles with the instructor tomorrow…” Hatsuma stated suddenly after a momentary pause of silence completely changing the subject from her self back to her current task.

Oasis smiled and nodded as Hatuma's mother left. Oasis then trotted over to Hatsuma's side and plopped down on a mat. "She's fun." she mewled with a big grin. She cocked her head to the side. "Oh... Hnnn. She's pretty neat though..." she states with a grin. "So... your folks... not around anymore?" she questions in a rather more somber tone. She knew about loss, though never experienced it herself, there were a few orphans in her village. "Oh... so, them markings... make you act all, quiet and stuff... so do mine make me energetic?" she questions as she rocked from side to side. It was a good question, even if it wasn't necessary. She took the meat and ripped into it with a big bite. "Yea. I think we will blow them all away." she chimes with a grin "Cause, we are an awesome team!" she adds energetically. It was interesting that these two, who apparently shared a bond beyond the nation of their origin would be put together in a team. Oasis smiled and looked at the flames, it was going to be a fun night, and tomorrow would be interesting, it would see if they became genin or not.

Quote: Avalon & Zavits you two are Ebil little Line pickers! Sato looked over his shoulder to noticed a bulky figure within the Mists of the training grounds. “Ah so you did defeat the puppet I sent for you, very interesting and yet you still retained a small amount of damage.” Sato looked towards Aizen and grinned lightly before signaling him to help Koji. ”Hmm still want to take me as something different than what I was meant to be? Koji... you’ve been sloppy I see, an arm in that shape wouldn’t last one more battle on the front lines sadly. You really should keep away from nasty injuries.” Aizen Smirked before lifting his arms into the sky as his long sleeves fell onto his upper arms revealing hand wraps bandaged around his hands, wrists, and forearms. Clapping his hands together Aizen began to focus only to create a green source of chakra, it was known as healing chakra, he placed his hands upon the wound upon Koji’s arm and slowly pressed upon the flesh wound. Smoke began to penetrate the skin only for it to be mended without a noticeable scratch. ” there all better, Now Sato I believe we’ve been passed onto Genin have we not?”
Sato looked down upon the young students and smirked, with no more tests he simply nodded while saying just one sentence. “Yes, you’ve passed but don’t take this Shinobi world as fun and games, as serious times are ahead of you.” He quickly passed a Shinobi headband to Koji and simply walked away from the training grounds. Aizen sighed in relief and then leaned against a wooden dojo training log. Gently yawning he looked back to Koji and then closed his eyes to smell the misty air. “So Since we’ve graduated what do you think we should do now? and if you don’t have an Idea Sato suggested we find a team and get affiliated with those around us.... I beg to differ letting more people know who you are is a danger. I say we stick together for now and when the time comes we part for our separate ways if we’re alive for that long.”
He looked back and noticed on a table were starter kits for Shinobi, No doubt items in which both Koji and himself could make use of, one kit had a medic sign on it and the other had a weapon design upon it. ”Ah so we did get more than just a headband, looks like we’ve got our starter kits for graduating. Hmm let’s see what’s inside of them.” Aizen opened his kit as it held, a kunai, a smoke bomb, and a basic med kit. nothing dazzling but it would do the trick for now. ”Hmmm so it’s just the basic tool kit for a shinobi, how typical. Oh well I think we should go head for the Mission board, may be there’s something there worth doing so we can get some ryo, I’m kind of starving...” And with that Aizen gently rocked himself off the Dojo log and back onto his entire footing. He steadily began to walk from the Academy with little to no interest of staying around. ”Let’s hurry it looks like it’ll storm any moment.”

[Wind Country Academy] “If you want you can stay and talk to some of the villagers I think I’m going to go and rest…” Hatsuma stated after finishing the dried meat she had. As for your marking they are lines, they are the purest of the markings and have no drawbacks; that tent over there is mine, you’ll be sleeping there as well when you are ready…” Hatsuma explained pointing out her tent before making her way in its direction. She was never much of a festive person though she was glad that the others were happy and enjoying themselves. When Hatsuma reached the entrance to her tent she moved the flap open just enough to step inside. Within the tent were similar strings of lights lining to ceiling and two simple bed rolls laid out upon the floor. Stepping over to the more ornate bed roll she began dressing down into her undergarments folding her clothing neatly beside her sleeping area before crawl down and into the covers of her bed. Her undergarments were quite unique in terms of the tops style having no real straps and instead looped across her back and up around her neck, much like a certain style of swim suit. Hatsuma laid back and stared drully at the ceiling watching the light from the outside dance across the canvas material much as it did every night. Eventually as it usually did she would drift off into sleep and awake the next day ready to continue her current objectives she had set for herself or her people. Oasis nodded "kay, I will be along in a little while, I want some of that rabbit." she mused looking at the number of bunnies that were being cooked, they had caught a whole heck of a lot more than she had managed to catch, that also meant there was enough for her to have some, and she liked rabbit meat, well she liked pretty much any kind of meat. She waited where she was for awhile until the started to eat, and then Oasis joined in, getting herself a fair portion of the rabbit. No one seemed to have any problem with her eating some, some of the older folks would say things like 'she caught several of them, so it is perfectly fair' to the younguns around. Oasis was not one to miss out on a party and so she stayed out there for a good amount of time, eating rabbit and talking to some of the people, she felt quite at home here actually, which was nice. After a few hours she dragged herself to Hatsuma's tent carefully snuck through the flap before flopping onto the bed-roll. She undid a few belts and then squirmed out of her rather tunic styled wardrobe and then into the bedroll provided for her. "nighty night." she cooed quietly before going to bed.
Night passed as it does and morning came, Oasis was twisted up in her bedroll and snoring fairly loudly as the morning sunlight became visible.
((I concur, lets get to the academy and graduate xp))

[Wind Country Academy] Hatsuma was already up and getting dressed by the time the sun began warming over the canvas tent, there was a bit of a bustle outside it meant the cravan was getting ready to pack and move out again. Hatsuma glanced down at the sprawled out bedding that contained Oasis within, clasping on one more piece of her clothing she knelt near Oasis to wake her. “Oasis it is time to go, we have to leave early or we won’t make it to the village on time for class…” Hatsuma stated quite loudly before standing up and stepping outside her tent only to be greeted by ‘mommy’. “You two girls have fun last night? Don’t you worry about hitching up yer tent I’ll get that for you, you have an important day in the village isn’t that right” The woman stated grinning from ear to ear, something Hatsuma could imagine Oasis wearing in a similar manner. “Yes we will be departing shortly; I thank you for your troubles, could you take this to Ḥakam? It’s a report on the maintenance of the barrier.” Hatsuma held out a small delicate looking scroll which was snatched up quick swiftly by the matron. “I’ll be sure he gets it dear, now run along and gather some provisions for the two of you.” She said before giving a quick surprise hug to Hatsuma. She turned about and left to attend to the clean up of camp while Hatsuma walked over to the supply wagon and began taking a few items from it for provisions, she also gathered some more of the triangle shaped tags and tucked them away safely. Once she had the things she needed she went back to the tent and awaited Oasis’ emergence before they began traveling back to the village and to school. She hoped to be quick about it as it was a lengthy trip from where they were currently and getting to class was important. Oasis let out a snort sound and flopped about as she righted herself and looked at Hatsuma sleepy eyed. "hnn... kay if'n I gotta." she mewled stretching her arms out to either side. Sh yawned as she gathered up her clothes and pulled them on fastening the required buckles before swinging her hands through her hair, and in an uncanny way she had returned it to the style it was the previous day in only a few moments. She popped up to her feet and followed shortly behind Hatsuma, seeing the woman who called herself 'Hatsuma's mommy' scurrying about much like the others, they must have been getting ready to be on the move once again. They were cleaning up and packing up. She stretched and wandered some, waving at some of the nomads who waved at her on occasion as they moved about doing their duties. She smiled brightly and took in a deep breath "Take care everyone!" she cheered out before trotting over towards Hatsuma who had just finished gathering things up for their trip. "This was pretty fun, even fighting that monster thing was neat. So... lets go!" she cheers before running off in the direction of the hidden village. She knew exactly which direction to go, and so she was off in that direction running at her usually energetic full speed. "I'm gonna beat you there!" she chimes loudly as she raced across the desert sand towards the village. She narrowed her posture and took off like a bullet leaving an all too obvious rooster tail behind her kicked up in the sand.
She didn't stop as the village gates came into view, instead she used her speed and did a little hop, landing in the sand which pressed down beneath her feet she jumped again spending more speed she went a little higher, finally near the gate she landed and jumped kicking off the sand again sending herself sailing over the wall with some effort she landed on the other side and turned to look back at her vault with a grin. "new record." she states with a grin as she whipped about and walked in the direction of the academy. She saw several young academy students rushing about, she worried that she might be running late and so she trotted on towards the school instead of walking and eventual she entered a full run and entered the school at max speed crashing into the doors she stumbled and went tumbling along the clean tile coming to an eventual stop in front of her class room. She sat up and looked to the side and into the class room, she scooted back and looked for Hatsuma who was undoubtedly soon behind her. "lets go on in, and become the best genin ever." she states looking for Hatsuma.

[Wind Country Academy] ”I have clear confidence we shall do fine…” Hatsuma stated just before they both entered the classroom. It was surprisingly empty even though it was only a few minute before class started. Only the instructor and a few other students seemed to be present at all. Stepping up to the front desk she look to her instructor. “What are our duties for today?” she asked plainly and awaited a response if, he asked for a report she give him one similar to the one she hand her elder leaving out some key details in regards to everything. “You should have a report for me on what you did… if you do not you get to sit here and write out your excuse as to why you can’t follow simple instructi…” Hatsuma was holding out a scroll for the teacher which caught his attention and caused his mind to lapse momentarily as he took the scroll and looked over its contents. “Hm yes right hen everything looks in order, and from what you accomplished I say you pass, you will be given a letter later today assigning you your role as well as where you can pick up your provisions along with your first mission. Congratulations you two you are officially squad 5.” He stated setting the scroll on his desk before turning back to the two. “You are officially excused as students from my class, Kidomaru Hatsuma, and Oasis…” he finished before looking back at the individuals who did nothing or to little in their assignment. “Thank you instructor…” Hatsuma said giving a courteous bow before turning about to leave the classroom . Once outside she turned to Oasis who was exiting as well. “we have some time before our first assignment, is there anything you have in mind to pass time with?” she asked quizzically holding that stoic expression even at this, a most celebratory event. As Isuko entered the concealing smoke, He knew that he now had a slight advantage. His opponent now had to guess at his movements while, for Isuko, nothing had changed aside from the now pervasive odor of smoke. ”If I can manage to catch him off guard a bit I might be able to force him into one of the corners I’ve already tagged. Isuko was proud of his quick thinking. He’d tagged some of the senbon he’d already thrown with the explosive tags he’d been provided, but left them inactive. He had left a small amount of his chakra on each one, ready to activate it if his opponent ended up out of position. ”A chuunin level or higher shinobi should have no trouble avoiding most of the blast, but if I can catch him in part of it, it’ll be obvious I located him.
A new burst of static heralded the intrusion of the public address system. “Isuko Riwomu. Your objective is to collect the pendant from around your proctor’s neck. By channeling some of your chakra into the stone in the pendant, a notification will be generated for us. You’ll pass the exam if you can complete the task within the next 23.69 minutes. You are authorized to use whatever force is necessary for you to accomplish the objective.” As the voice crackled off, Isuko repressed a sigh of frustration. ”Why can’t they tell me these things before I spend 4.7 minutes working toward a false objective. Locating my opponent didn’t help. Besides, he’s there.” As the intercom had died, the proctor had made the mistake of moving and Isuko was able to discern his location. He quickly assaulted the location with eight of his remaining senbon. A small, sharp breath signified that at least one of the needles had struck home. ”Excellent. Now I can track him by scent as well. This should help cut the time I need. If they actually expect me to capture the pendant, the proctor must be low-level Chuunin or high level Gennin. I’d have no chance against a Jounin instructor. I’ll need to be careful with those explosive tags then.”
Isuko waited as his opponent re-entered the concealing smoke. He adopted a basic taijutsu stance and stalked toward the proctor. To the man’s credit, he was able to deflect or turn aside most of Isuko’s blows, but it was obvious the man was not the taijutsu specialist that Isuko was. The few blows that made it through the man’s guard were well placed and were made with precise force. A quick, intense flurry left the proctor’s guard wide. Isuko was able to dart in and grab the pendant around the proctor’s neck. However, the man forced Isuko to dart backward with a quick swipe with a kunai. Isuko allowed himself a mental chuckle. ”I will get it. It’s only a small matter of time.”

The stagnant waxed cloth slowly shifted from there unwavering position atop the cane. The girl before him was a rather curious girl, her actions seemed somewhat of a fruitless expression to simply dull the boredom of the day. An aspect of hunger and or loneliness was something that the Doctor had separated himself from completely. His ever day consisted of little to no human contact. The countless years he had spent fumbling with beakers and tubings did not mix well with any sort of social expectations. His perfectly round glass lenses looked to the girl intently as he listened to the one dull note. The most curious aspect of the female in front of him was by far her unusual amount of talent. For a girl with such talent it would have been far too easy to simply perform on the streets and in Cain's experience something a person of talent would take as nearly an insult. To look at a random performance as an insult would set a rather hefty bit of purpose to exposing a single stranger to a gift as magnificent and enchanting of the symphony displayed to him. He stepped forward with a wave of his hand bringing the cane elegantly into the air. The unextended bending of his back rested the good Doctor in a polite bow. "It is good to meet you." The garbled and distorted voice sputtered out. The robed being returned its back once again to the proper upright position.
Perhaps arrogance or perhaps a proper analysis, Cain had felt somewhat chosen by this girl to receive the wonder of her talent and to be the one to keep her company. Due to the Doctor's strict diet of nutrient packets and the desensitization of both smell and taste he had become rather uninformed of any sort of culinary delights. Years of pungent floral and other powerful olfactory chemicals had left him with powerfully dulled senses just as his robes had done to his tactitionial senses. Despite his unfamiliarity with food he strongly understood the operations of the stomach and how a lack of nutrients could overwhelmingly damage the body. It would be cruel of the Doctor to let a being of such talent waft into nothingness. "If you are hungry... feel free to join me." He had no plans of truly eating himself but would gladly pay for the preservation of his newest specimen. Experiment Colle, the analysis of a human with great potential and artistic talent. I must learn how a mind can create with such fluidity. While she played once again the sound filled Cain's mind setting the formula and analysis in stasis. While even a soft tune was played the beauty of the instrument filled him with a contained and diluted sense of euphoria. While she played he did not remain in her presence to study her but more so to experience the music itself.

"Lets try it again!" a deep heavy voice boomed out. It was Shirois father. Though usually parents werent ever seen on Academy grounds her father had insisted that he train her himself. "Yes..." Shiori replied meekly. "Nnn c'mon Shiori-chan! You gotta get INTO IT!" the father called out thrusting his large gut forward. Standing unusually straight for such a large man as he stuck his gut out he seemed rather proud of his great...presence. Shiori had picked up the Akimichi girth from her father. She was a great deal larger than most other kunoichi. In more ways than one. "Remember now Shiori-chan. Youve got to THROW yourself INTO IIIIT!" Before starting Shiori gazed over at where the others where training. All the way across the Academy grounds. Far enough to not be seen. She had always felt this technique was so embarrassing. However her father insisted that she practiced the jutsu everyday until she could complete his testing without having to start over. The first test was form. How well she could execute the technique. Running a short distance forward she followed up with throwing her large stomach forward. Like her father had done earlier. Her body then quick puffed an enlarged until she it was completely rounded out. Her head arms and legs all disappeared into her boulder of body. Very quickly after her body began to spin at very high rps rate. The momentum of having thrown her weight forward combined with the high speed rotation caused the human boulder to begin moving forward towards a wooden target dummy. "Nikudan Sensha!" The unfortunate target dummy was no match and was crushed under Shioris weight. Reduced to splinters. With a puff of smoke Shiori returned to her normal not quite as large form. "Good yes good! Your form has improved." "Thank you." she said with a warm smile. Despite his praise and her smile she did not feel very proud. "Though how you never smash your glasses is a mystery to me...o well! Moving right along!" He announced turning away from Shiori. Despite his usual attitude in front of his daughter his face had turned surprisingly serious now that she could no longer see it. He had something on his mind but didnt seem to intend on mentioning it. The second test was control. Being able to come to a stop during her attack in a moments notice. Her father moved a great distance away. Shiori was growing worried now. She always had a great deal of trouble with this part of her fathers testing. Because an Akimichi is virtually blind during their roll out attack it was difficult to tell when one need to stop to keep from accidentally crushing an ally. In this part of the test her dad would throw himself in front of her attack at a randomly chosen time. It was up to her to stop herself before he had to stop her himself. "Nikudan Sensha!" she called out as she finished executing her jutsu. As she moved forward at faster rate than she had intended she tried to sense for when her father was in front of her. Because the timing he picked was always random there was no guessing when shed have to come to an immediate halt. There it was! She wasnt quite sure how she could tell but she knew he was...was...his scent? Was she actually smelling him? But how? Snapping back to the task at hand she began to reverse her spin. Though momentum carried her forward a little bit the new direction of her spin caused her to slow down. When she reached the point of almost heading in the other direction she stopped the spinning all together bringing herself to a stop. The jutsu was then cancelled and she returned to her normal pudgy figure. And the last test was of course power. How strong the technique was. Now was the really hard part. She would have to force her father back but a single inch. As simple as it seemed it would not be easy. He would not just sit there and take the hit. It would be him holding down against her attack. With both his greater strength and weight it would be extremely difficult to force him backwards. But then again he wouldnt be using ALL of his strength. If he did then shed never pass his test. (Blarg...i'll continue later >.> 42lines)

Collé stood, finally with some energy in her step. She had seen a stroke of luck for once, in consideration with the fact that her near starvation was beginning to tire her. As much as she was willing to take Cain up on his offer, it was tempting to ask him if she could see beneath his mask... It was as if the fact that he lacked an identity might be advantageous for more devious motives. However, beggars couldn't be choosers, and although Collé wasn't one to lack Wisdom at times of turmoil, her stomach was on it's metaphorical knees. She gripped her instrument and blade carefully, before standing. With that, Collé brushed off herself and stood at posture. As she sheathed the bow-blade at her side again, moving the polished wood of the Violin to her off hand and stretching her arms behind her. "As it is a pleasure to meet you, sir." She said, with a curtsey of respect, before continuing, "And yes, I would enjoy some company... And some sedation for my attrition would be nice as well..." She was pleased, but the relief of food was like a weight off of Collé's shoulders. Before following Cain anywhere, Collé strolled to the backside of the tree. Upon brisk arrival, she leaned down to pick up a grey cloth pack that contained some belongings. Nothing of real value, basic allotments. Toiletries, tooth brush, a few cosmetics... A pencil, a sketchpad, a lighter. That was the totality of Collé's possessions at the time, a pitiful coalition of living supplies that unfortunately contained neither money, nor food. Money... She was hoping a society with such reliance on it would be a forgiving one. She couldn't even really begin to know how to acquire such things. As she slowly walked back into view from the backside of the moderately wide tree, Collé held the pack over her shoulder, still carrying the stringed extension at her side. "I'm ready to leave when you are, Doctor." She said simply, her expression glowing. Whereas she had been a considerable bit optimistic previous, it was a confirmed optimism now. Her smile was something of childish notion, but she wasn't about to lose her dignity. "Did you have anywhere in particular in mind...?" Her inquiry was something that lacked substance. If he had named some nature of Café or restaurant, she wouldn't know what he was talking about, as she wasn't localized to the Village of Sound. However, Her obliviousness wasn't obvious, and perhaps she could conceal it behind some nature of simple confusion if he did name somewhere. A man like him didn't seem to be a townee though. She wasn't even sure if he ate at Cafés. However, if he did eat, there would be an orifice he would have to expose... Something that Collé had forgotten completely about, until then. Maybe she would see his face after all. ((We have 241 Lines so far, including this post))

A poised curtsy, an extravagant vocabulary, and a master of music. The more the Doctor remained in the specimens presence the more her behavior impressed him. The Doctor had spent most of his life researching and studying throughout many subjects. Throughout his studies no subjects fascinated him more than Culture, and Chemical studies. The culture of the rather expansive continent was one of militarism and feudalism, something that the Doctor strongly frowned upon. Within this strongly eastern culture the good Doctor had always been a beacon of a separate, more sophisticated culture and it seemed this girl shared at list an understanding of this culture. The intellect of this young woman was something far above average and a well flexed mind was something the Doctor could truly respect. The beak wafter side to side slightly as he watched her vanish behind the tree she had rested upon and the disappearance set forth unease into the Doctor's mind. The formula and systematic constructions flooded his mind once more as he focused his chakra into the packet of chloroform once more lifting it near the brim of his pocket, should this girl decide to make a fool of him in hope of money or any other alternate goals he would be prepared. Humanity was never to be trusted, if the most pure of heart would fall into desperation.
As she returned it seemed she had simply retrieved a bag of what were obviously some of her belongings. Strange that this girl carried such around with her, perhaps she was homeless. The Doctor was not pleased to imagine such talent to be wondering on their own but truly no realistic clues lead him to believe she could truly be homeless. As a potential shinobi she might very well be carrying documents, as well as tools instead of important possessions. As the two stood Cain released the focus on the packet allowing it to fall back with the other multicolored allotment of deadly and healing chemicals. The Doctor turned from the girl allowing his heavy cloak to whirl into the air slightly before the beak turned from side to side analyzing where the local restaurants could be found. Travel was something the Doctor was not familiar with and a food based destination was nearly comical to him. He had not eaten food in many years and such was far from prepared to decide where they would go. "Let us move along then..." The voice rang forth in a quiet hum before fading once more. The heavy distortion flexed on the Doctor's chakra, he did not usually talk so much despite only participating in light conversation. "I do not however know exactly where we are going." The voice sifted through words with its clear monotone pressing a certain apathy and hollowness to every word spoken. "If you have any particular culinary delights you seek... I am sure we may find something to your liking..." The Doctor often paused to gather his thoughts and refocus in on the current subject. His mind was always cluttered with troubling facts and equations making it near impossible for him to communicate properly. "I truthfully am not too familiar with the village... I... don't get out much." The beak turned ominously to the girl once more and with the placement of the cane to the ground he stopped and looked to her. "Please... follow me... I can at least locate the local restaurants."

Isuko could tell that his opponent was tiring. The proctor’s movements were getting sluggish and more of Isuko’s strikes were landing at their intended targets. ”He’s tired. Time to make my move.” Isuko let himself go into a flurry of blows, designed to draw his opponent’s guard down to keep some vicious strikes from landing in the man’s lower ribs. As the proctor’s hands dropped, Isuko’s hand darted out and seized the pendant around the man’s neck. A sharp jerk and Isuko had the pendant in his own possession. Realizing what Isuko was about, the proctor threw himself at Isuko recklessly, trying to force Isuko off balance and re-take the pendant. Unfortunately for the man, Isuko was no longer in the position the proctor believed he was. Upon loosing the pendant, Isuko had moved back into the smoke and put a few of his remaining senbon into the air at the man. The proctor realized his mistake when he felt several sharp pains in his arms and legs. Looking down through the vapors, he saw the senbon that now stood out from his joints, hindering his movement. The man looked up, trying to locate Isuko just as said student’s elbow came down sharply on the base of the proctor’s skull. Isuko gently caught the man as he collapsed. Gently setting his opponent down, Isuko turned his attention to the pendant in his hand. He could feel a slight residue of chakra from the stone. He carefully pulled on his chakra reserve and channeled it into and through the stone. Isuko quickly dropped the pendant as it transformed into a person in a puff of smoke. Isuko was unsurprised to hear the voice of his instructor. ”Congratulations Isuko. You have completed your Gennin exam.” The man casually waved a hand and cleared out the residual smoke from the room. He then held out a bundle towards Isuko. ”Here is your forehead protector and gear bundle as well as your previous possessions returned to you. Report to room 1032B in two days at 0830 sharp. You will be assigned a team and jounin team leader. A little rough with the man weren’t you?” His instructor grinned at him and Isuko finally allowed himself an outward smile. ”Could have been worse. He managed to keep me at bay for a good 6.3 minutes before my taijutsu got the better of him. The smoke bombs were what allowed me to negate his advantage and close the distance. Before I forget, the senbon in the northwest corner, the one second from the left in the east wall, dead center of the south wall and the floor under your left boot have explosive tage wrapped around them. They are primed to explode with an application of chakra, so have care when removing them.” As Isuko finished speaking, the proctor behind him groggily climbed to his feet, holding his head.
Isuko turned towards the man. He dug into the bundle that had been handed him and found the particular bottle he was looking for. He carefully extracted 2 of the small pills and tossed them to the man. ”Take those with plenty of water. They should kill the headache you’ve got now. I apologize for the knock, but I needed a bit more time than you were willing to give me to examine the pendant before I could mold some of my chakra into it. We can have a rematch at a later date if you wish.” The man grinned back at Isuko. ”I’d like that. You’re clearly my better when it comes to taijutsu, but I’d like to battle with you when I can use the most powerful of my ninjutsu. Isuko could hear the eagerness in the man’s voice. Isuko turned away from the man and walked over to where his boots had landed. He picked them up and re-donned his boots. He stood up and walked back to where the pair were waiting. ”Here’s your official certification of Gennin rank. We’ll see you tomorrow bright and early.” Isuko turned and walked out of the exam facility, excited that he had passed and now was an official shinobi of the Village Hidden in the Rain.

"Bring it on Shiori-chan!" her father called out to her taking his sumo like stance. His legs spread wide and his hands brought up to withstand the attack. Moving an Akimichi while they braced themselves was near impossible. But she was at least half Akimichi herself. Not to mention that her dad wasnt going to go all out in holding her back. Shiori gave him a quiet uneasy nod. She hated having to perform this jutsu so many times. It was so degrading and only reminded her of her girth. For someone like her dad such size and weight made sense. But for her a girl it was just embarrassing. At that point her fathers voice boomed out yet again. "SHIORI! Do NOT hesitate! In real combat you will not have time to hesitate. The enemy will ALWAYS take advantage. Remember that." "I...Im sorry." She told her father hanging her head down slightly. She couldnt tell him that she didnt want to do this. He just smiled. "Its alright right." he then paused. "You'll get used to all this. Trust me. Now come!"
His words had surprised her. He knew. He knew of her discomfort with the jutsu and with her own size. With herself. Yet he still pushed her to do all of this. But why? Why did he push her to do these things despite her obvious discomfort? She guessed she'd just have to trust in her father. "Yes!" she said bringing her head up. Suddenly more confident in herself now. Throwing herself and all her weight forward into her technique she called out the jutsu. Something her father insisted would help despite the fact it would tell the enemy what she was doing. "Nikudan Sensha!" Not even thinking about any 'what ifs' she rolled at him at top speed slamming into him with all her might. He didnt budge. His feet planted firmly and channeling the force of her attack through his arms into the rest of his hefty body he didnt even look strained. Cmon Shiori-chan. You'll have to try harder than that. The father thought quietly to himself.
Suddenly he felt her force greaten. She was increasing the speed of her rotation to generate more momentum. Eventually all of that momentum would have to go somewhere. But all of this testing was taking its toll on Shiori. While she had somewhat decent stamina her chackra reserves were not very much at all. If she couldnt move him soon her chackra would be depleted and she'd still have failed his test. Using what little chackra she had left she increased her rotation speed yet again building up a greater momentum. This began to seemingly backfire. All of that momentum DID have to go somewhere. However it didnt have to go forward and it could not go down or backward. The only place left to go was up. The momentum launched her boulder of a body upwards into the air directly over her fathers head. Her weight then brought her straight back down. Though her father was able to catch the move it was more than he had expected. All of the built up momentum had slammed down on him at once. Not to mention that gravity was now working against him as well. A big grin spread across the now prouder fathers face.
Before he had been able to hold up against the move because he could concentrate the strain. Now that it was coming from a different angle along with the added gravity factor the strain was causing his entire body grief. As his body began to crunch under his daughter weight he stamped his foot and forced himself back upright. "Alright Shiori!!" he called out as he began laughing very loudly. Shiori took this as a sign to stop and cancelled her embarrassing jutsu reverting back to her normal physique. Setting her back on her feet her father patted her shoulder and smiled. "Ya did it Shiroi-chan! Though it wasnt as expected you did it! You see just trying to run over someone works when the enemy has been caught off guard. But what you just did works against an expecting on-guard target. Even if they can defend the sudden shift plus your weight PLUS gravity will surely take its toll." Despite his praising Shiori didnt feel very proud at all. "But..but it dad...it was an accident. I didnt-" Her father interrupted. "ENOUGH! ya did good. Ya figured it out. Now ya know. Moving on!"
"Your mother should be here by the time you finish your lunch." he said looking her up and down. Shiroi was panting and sweating heavily. She had spent herself having to perform the jutsu three times in a row and then pushing it as hard as she could for the first time. However the box lunch her father produced would quickly fix that problem.
(Aaaand i'll finish up later lol 44lines!)
