Haven't played yet. I'm not sitting at a desk like usual so I'm a little apprehensive about playing in this position.

- Like last game, player was better than me in pretty much every aspect (well, 'cept early scouting, but maybe he wasn't concerned). We both open up with 15 hatch, only I try to go for ling/bling play and he goes roach. I try to do economic damage, but it flops, and then Smithy spams my base with roaches and I go down. emotion_8c

- Think this was my first time playing this map in ladder. Not sure if I like it as well as the others. Anyways, manage to get an expo down before toss can block it emotion_dealwithit , tried to follow this LiquidRet opening, and it sort of works out, I guess. But then sort of mid-to-late game toss gets the lead and I can't remax fast enough. Maybe I wasn't being aggressive enough (or getting upgrades. I've been bad about that this season).
Getting Broodlords is such a huge pain in the a** though. stressed you gotta get a spire, and then you gotta get an infestor thingy, then you gotta wait for the hive, then you have to wait for greater spire, then you have to have corruptors ready & if you don't, then that's even more waiting, and only THEN can you actually make the broodlords. Ultras are so much less hassle.

- Nigo opened up with a 10 pool, whether in defense from cheese/all-ins or a plan to put pressure on me, idk, I'm guessing the former cause he never advanced on me. Seeing this, I expo'd across the map afraid he might try to deny one at my nat, which kind of had it's advantages and disadvantages, bad being I couldn't transfer workers without revealing it, good because I think he thought I had been 1-basing almost the entire time. Then he just kind of turtled & spread ovies and I amassed a small push just to test his defenses, which quickly got swallowed. He predictably got mutas, but they're too few, too late, and my infestor/roach army crushes his ling/bling one and then I spammed roaches and won.
