((@Libra: OMG!!! O_O THANK YOU SO MUCH LIBRA!!! heart ))

She huffed silently to herself. She had gotten quite moody lately... Well, she supposed, that was probably because she had been alone. Her father had managed to get himself into an accident, and Miakoda had taken him to visit a doctor, so she had been left to guard the teepee.

Aruna stomped a hoof impatiently. Not only was she worried about her father and her bonded, but she was by herself, and added to that, she was a mare. She could defend herself, yes, but to protect and defend at the same time? Hardly! Sighing, she settled and lay down, hoping she could hear some kind of noise in the silent forest.

The black stallion trotted through the forest happily. It was a fair day, and not many insects were out. Hok'ee stopped, thinking he heard a noise. His ears searched about the forest, trying to find a source. Chuckling to himself, he continued on his way, leaves crunching beneath his hooves. Quietly, he continues to trot around in search of food or company.

Aruna stood suddenly as she heard the sound of hooves tramping about near her. An enemy? No, the sound was definitely that of trotting hooves. Maybe her father came back? No... that wasn't his scent in the air, and Miakoda's scent was nowhere to be found, either. This scent, however, was that of a stallion... "Hello?" she called out cautiously.

Hok'ee nickers, hearing the sound of a mare's voice. With ease, he glides through the woods, making his way to the other Soquili. "Why hello, there." Grinning, he looks her over and says, "May I have your name, Miss?" He gently hit his hoof off the ground.
PostPosted: Tue May 23, 2006 3:32 pm

She blinked when a black white-splotched stallion appeared, nickering. Oh no... if this stallion was one of those stallions... deciding to play along, she relaxed--slightly--and replied, "Greetings. I'm called Aruna. Who are you, and what brings you to my forest home?" She hoped that being polite would at least get the stallion to... not be so... overly... friendly. At least she hoped so.

Hok'ee grins as he replies, "Why, it's nice to meet you, Aruna. I'm Hok'ee." Nodding, he adds, "I was just looking for food when I heard you..." Nodding again, he looks about curiously.
PostPosted: Tue May 23, 2006 4:24 pm

"You're hungry? Then come with me, Hok'ee." She half-smiled at him--the most she ever did around others--and led him to a clearing filled with fresh grass and clear, cool water. "Here it is. A pleasure to meet you, by the way." She felt slightly guilty that she hadn't said the last sentence first, but otherwise, she hoped the stallion wasn't offended. He seemed safe enough, so she relaxed a bit more.

Nodding, the stallion smiled politely. "Thank you." Slowly, he grazed, the lucious grass satisfying his hunger. Hok'ee then headed for the stream. Before bending his his head to take a drink, he asks, "Just out of curiosity, what do you do around here for entertainment?"
PostPosted: Wed May 24, 2006 5:48 am

"Well," she began, wondering just what exactly he meant, "I don't often get company. I mostly just speak with them. But if you want, you can choose a game." She didn't particularly like playing, but it looked like this would be her first time... with someone new to her as well. What more could she say? She really didn't know. "I don't get to do much for entertainment, you see. I'm somewhat by myself unless I travel out."

Hok'ee nods before bending his head down for a drink. The black and white male then lifted his head up before speaking. "I see... I'm usually alone as well, unless, that is, I happen to stumble upon another Soquili or vice versa." He bent his head back down and began to sip the cool water, enjoying being with someone.
PostPosted: Wed May 24, 2006 1:25 pm

She nodded. "Yes." Seeing him eat and drink made her hungry and thirsty as well. She bent down to eat the sweet grass, nibbling softly and gently. She flicked her tail slightly, and then chewed and swallowed. She walked over to Hok'ee and bent down next to him to get a drink. She lifted her head afterwards, and stared at the treetops.

Well, that didn't get very far. XD

Standing in the darkness of the trees, a soquili barely visible, was scanning the clearing. The stallion snorted and continued to watch the activity. Aurorealis had recently arrived on this island from the far north, very far north. He wasn't quite sure where he was now but he had seen other soquili wandering around, but were they to be trusted?

Aurorealis had a somewhat laid-back personality and he was your typical stallion. His flowing midnight black mane fluttered in the wind as he stood there. He stretched his opaque-colored wings lazily as if he hadn't used them in ages, even though he had flown most of the way here. So who was this stranger?

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
She could only wander around for so long. As such, she was bored. She needed something to do. She didn't really feel up to showing her admiration in the winged Soquili, but that was until she noticed the black rainbowed tipped Wind stallion. How... odd. She hadn't expected to see another Wind Soquili after Nora. Nora had been the last one she saw.

He didn't seem to look like he'd trust anyone, although with the way he moved, he seemed to be that of the laid-back type. Oh great. She didn't think she'd meet up with a stallion who was this... well... lazy looking. Well, he was a Wind Soquili, so should she greet him or wait to see what he did? She voted for the latter.

AnimeChickie
After declaring that it was safe to emerge from the shadows, Aurorealis had noticed the mare out of the corner of his eye, but he made no move to go see her. He moved with a fluid gracefulness, and he couldn't help but stretch his mesmerizing wings once more.

Unfortunately for him, he had a habit of talking to himself, since he always seemed to be alone. "I wonder what this place has to offer..." He looked around quietly. The wind fluttered through his long mane and tail and he continued to walk through the tall grass.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
She allowed an ear to flick toward him, but said nothing. She did, however, move closer to him. She wanted to observe him. He was definitely stunning, that was for sure. If she had anything to describe him, it would be mezmerizing.

"This place has little to offer, unless you do something about it," she said quietly, even thought the stallion probably didn't really want an answer. The wind today was quite strong, making her tail and braids flow gently around her. She watched him as he walked.

AnimeChickie
Turning his head, Aurorealis glanced at the mare skeptically. "I'm sure the area has more to offer then you say." The stallion had learned to appreciate beauty such as the area, it was clean and peaceful, exactly the way he liked it. Whether he would be bored was up to him.

Aurorealis tossed his mane lazily and continued to keep an eye on her. "Excuse me for asking but who are you?" He wasn't one for informalities, but he preferred to at least know the soquili's name before conversing, just for the sake of the conversation.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"Perhaps it is just I, then," she replied, eyeing the stallion somewhat critically. "I am called Aruna, good sir. And what name shall I call you?" She was always polite... but the expression she opted for could only be seen in her eyes. Otherwise, she was quite impassive.

A boring person she was. Well, only when she was bored. "If the area has more to offer, I would say that the nature and climate here is perfect." She turned to stare at their surroundings. "And the peaceful, clean place has nothing to offer but comfort."

Something she didn't want at the moment, really. Comfort? She'd lived in it all her life. She wanted to experience the wild...

AnimeChickie
The stallion shrugged softly. "Aurorealis will do quite nicely. It's a pleasure to meet you Aruna." His voice was soft and gentle, yet stern at the same time. This mare was rather curious, he couldn't help but wonder what she did for fun around here or if she did anything at all.

"From what I've seen. Yes, it seems alright." Aurorealis paused, "How are you today?" This meeting had a rocky start, but she seemed alright. Aurorealis came from the north, very far north. He didn't know his parents and had lived alone for as long as he could remember.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
She offered him one her few genuine smiles. "Aurorealis it is. A beautiful name, and the pleasure is returned." He was okay, it seemed. "I'm fine, thank you. And you?" She wondered if the stallion had met others like himself. Probably.

She melted her smile into nothing, so that her face was once again, impassive. She didn't like that she could not travel any further than this area, and she wished so dearly that she could fly, just like all of her winged friends.

AnimeChickie
Aurorealis didn't take compliments very well so he pretended to not here her comment. "Good to hear. I'm doing alright myself. Just wandering around a lot." The stallion shrugged once more, and it was surprising. Since he had arrived on this land, he hadn't smiled once but he could remember smiling a long time ago... Very odd. Maybe someday he would be able to smile genuinely again.

"So how long have you been around here?" He was curious if all the soquili had somehow traveled here too or if they were born here.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"...I was born here," she replied softly, eyes glinting. "Wandering around? I'm doing that as well..." Her eyes softened slightly, and she turned away so that he didn't see her eyes. She didn't like to express herself too often, but he, being a Wind Soquili, got to see them. She only ever expressed herself to those who had wings.

"I've been here all my life. I want to get away from this place... I long to... fly..." She stared longingly at the sky, but said nothing more. He would probably get the point, anyway. She didn't need to say more. If he wanted to know more, he would ask. They all did. And she would supply them with an answer.

AnimeChickie
"I see." Aurorealis felt a change in the atmosphere, it became a little more tense. Her attitude had changed rather quickly, and that startled him slightly but he didn't say anymore. He wasn't one to pry and if it was, it would be for good intentions.

He could feel an awkward silence coming on, unfortunately, Aurorealis wasn't exactly the best converser, especially in situations like this. He had no idea what to say or if he could say anything to make her feel better.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Aruna blinked and turned to stare at the dark-rainbowed tipped stallion. "Don't mind me. I'm always like this." She hoped she hadn't made him uncomfortable. She wasn't used to dealing with stallions like him. All the ones she normally dealt with had smart-alec attitudes.

"If you want something to do, I suppose watching the sky is the best thing to do on this island, besides playing." She hated to play. Absolutely refused to do it when she was a filly. But her father made her, and so, she turned to watching the skies. Mostly to see if she could catch the soaring mares and stallions of the Wind and the Kalona.

AnimeChickie
Aurorealis stared at her with blank eyes, "It's alright..." The stallion pawed at the ground leaving a small ditch and looked back up. "I guess so, but the sky is everywhere. Even in my home land, the sky was the same. There must be something that makes this place unique." Perhaps what made this place unique was that it was inhabited with soquili...

The wind stallion glanced at the sun and then back at Aruna, "It's getting late, and I almost forgot that I had a previous engagement." He paused and prepared to jump into the sky towards the center of the forest, "Farewell, good Aruna. I hope our paths cross again." His feathery wings unfolded and he took off into the air, disappearing into the sky.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
She watched him leave. "It was a pleasure speaking with you, Aurorealis..." She had to smile quietly. She hoped he figured out just what exactly made this place special. After all, if you had been alone, seeing all the different Soquili was what made this place a very special place indeed.

I'm going to start doing RP logs from now on. I don't think the front page can handle all of the RP I've done lately. XD

Reunited Under the Moon...
PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
It was here she had last seen him. Why had she wandered back here again? This wasn't right. She didn't want to see him again. Of course not. No, she wasn't denying it! Okay, fine. So she did miss him. But only a little. Yes, that's all. Just a little. She just missed their arguements! No, she wasn't denying anything. She wasn't hiding, either... Stupid little voice of reason.

As she brooded, she stared up at the night sky. It was under a night like this that she had confessed. She hated that. She didn't meant to, nor had she ever wanted. He had never replied to her confession, so she knew he hated her. It seemed like he had liked her... at least, a little... but that was it. He didn't have any feelings for her. Nope. Whatever she had been thinking, she had been in over her mind. Actually, out of her mind. Making a sound similar to a growl, Aruna tried to take her mind off of him.

samus x
Having disapeared for quite a while.the moon light made his dark black coat glow as he accedently walked straight the place he had last seen Aruna for some odd reason while thinking. he had finaly pushed those thoughts about Aruna to the back of his head, and had almost forgotten about her. but subconcesly he had gone where he never whated to be. looking around he caught shight of Aruna and cringed. he thought he never would see that mare again but it seemed he was forced into seeign her again. staying cool and calm, he started to walk through ignoring the fact she was there on purpose. after what happened last time, he was not going to let it happened again.

Crowfoot
Astia frowned, and kept on stomping in the direction she was going. That Stallion!Oh, how he had irked her.She sighed, deciding it was time to cool off a bit.She couldn't be angry forever..But really! The smirk on his face, as if he was the ruler of everything. She stomped once more, before cooling off.Anger can do horrible things to you..She sighed again, and let her shoulders relax. It was night, and the worst of toaday's heat was gone.

She finally came back from her thoughts, only to realize where she was heading. She was a little ways off from two soquili, though she couldn't recognize who.Forgetting her brooding thoughts, she trotted over to them, smiling as best as she could.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Aruna came back to earth suddenly when she noticed two other Soquili. One... her eyes widened. No. No, it couldn't be! Trying her best to not stare, she turned to look at the other Soquili. It was a mare... She could use a friend. Okay, the mare wasn't someone she knew, but she could use one. At the moment, her emotions were in turmoil, and she needed someone to rant at, or at least to listen.

samus x
Rahu stoped in his tracks as he heared another coming through. looking around he saw that blasted mare whom annoyed him just that day. giving a snort he walked towards both Aruna and Astia. not even caring his presence was puting Aruna's emotions in turmoil, he continued to go over to both. havign made his emotions the cold hearted like before, he was able to stay calm right then.

Crowfoot
Astia went up to the mare.At first she had seemed palin, bland, but when she came closer, she noticed her radiant, yet natural colors, and her sparkiling gold eyes. "Hi, Im Astia.but you can call me Ti.." she cut off for a second to look at the soquili joining them. Him!But..Oh, great, she was dead meat!Wide eyed with alarm, she trotted behind the kind looking mare. She continued in a whisper, all the while staring at the blood laced stallion, "But you can call me Tia.." she trailed off to glance at the stallion again.

"Do you..happen to know who that stallion is?" she asked in a whisper.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Aruna nodded to the mare. She seemed slightly frightened. "Are you back to harrass my emotions, Rahu?" she asked the dark stallion coldly, though she did not look at him. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Astia," she said to the mare, tone softening slightly. "You can call me Aruna. I have no nickname." She smiled slightly at Astia. The mare was beautiful. She herself was no beauty like the sun colored mare. She made up for that with her personality and her eyes, she hoped. "Aye..." she whispered back, eyes suddenly piercingly cold. "I know this stallion."

samus x
Rahu snorted. " well, well, well, if it isn't the weak mare that annoyed me earlyer today." he then looked at Aruna for a moment. " no i have not, i ment you never run into you dear Aruna." he said in a mocking tone of voice. flicking his tail, he pondered leaving.

Crowfoot
Tia looked atound and shuddered for a moment. She hated the night. Her bright colors stood out, and she liked to be blended. "It's a pleasure to meet you too." she whispered back, still staring at the stallion. "Is Rahu his name?" she asked carefully, seeing that they appanrently didn't have a very good relationship. "By the way," her whisper continued, "Aruna is a very pretty name." She glared at Rahu once more, and retorted, "Pfft, weak? You were the one who flinched in pain when I stomped your hoove." well, he hadn't exactly flinched, but, the slight pain in his eyes earlier that day was good enough for her.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Aruna sighed, exasperated. "Rahu is his name." She then stared at Astia, then back to Rahu. "She... stomped on your hoof?" At this thought, Aruna barely managed to hold back her laughter. Rahu? Stomped on by a mare? One that he called weak? "Oh... my..." she finally breathed, golden eyes glinting with amusement. "And thank you, Tia." She smiled at the mare.

She loved the night, as she couldn't be seen as well, but it seemed Astia was uncomfortable. "Are you all right?" She then glanced back to Rahu. "Mock me as you wish, Rahu, but I never meant to see you again, either..." she said this softly, pain flashing for a split second through her eyes before either could see the pain. So she hoped. She turned and stared up at the stars, then back to the other two, especially Rahu, whom she glanced at every once in a while.

samus x
Rahu bared his teeth at the Astia. " i never flinched when you stomped on my hoof. there was barely any pain from such a weak stomp." snorting, he eyed Aruna for a moment and thought he saw somethign in her eyes. dismising it , he did not bother to say a thing to her after she spoke. having made his emotions cold hearted, he could care less.

Crowfoot
Tia dismissed Rahu with a giggle. He wasn't worth another comment. "Rahu..rather dark name..fits him though." She nodded, and turned back to Aruna. "me?Oh..I'm fine, just a little uncomfortable in all the dark.." She motioned to her brightly colored coat with her nose, and returned to watching the other two conversate.Or fight, she couldn't really tell. She shifted her banded legs, and looked up at the dark sky nervously.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Aruna nodded. "I see... Do not worry, Astia," she said soothingly. "None will hurt us here. They're all to frightened of Rahu." Okay, yes, she had made a joke, but she was also being serious. It was true; Rahu gave off an aura that scared off even predators... he could very well be a Kalona for all they knew, he just didn't have the wings or the teeth or the horn or the hooves or... okay, fine, his personality belonged to a Kalona more so than it belonged to a regular Soquili. She could tell after their long departure that the dark stallion had officially closed off his heart. What a fool, she thought, silently pained. She needed to think of another stallion. She had already gotten over her other crush, at any rate.

samus x
Rahu only snorted and not even saying something at Aruna. cause it was true that nothing ever tryed to attack him, even at night. eyeing Aruna for a moment, he could always for some odd reason tell what emotion she was feeling. she seemed pained over something, then shook his head. no he was not again going to start caring about her. the for a odd reason he gave a smirk.

Crowfoot
"A-alright." well, that was one thing Rahu was good for.She rolled her eys silently. She continued to ignore him. She looked around quietly, realizing the tenseness in the air between the other two.She shifted her feet again. Why did she tend to get herself into situations like this?

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"What?" Aruna somewhat snapped, when she noticed that Rahu kept looking at her oddly. Shrugging it off, she eyes Astia. "You still seem nervous. What's wrong?" She knew it probably wasn't the night atmosphere--which, by the way, she loved dearly--but it could still be that. Or maybe it was the tension? Mentally rolling her eyes, she couldn't take the silence or the tension anymore. "What're you smirking about now, you dolt?" she said dully, completely unexpressive and cold.

samus x
Rahu stoped smirking and eyed Aruna again. " nothing that conceres you dear Aruna. though i have to say, i can tell somethings wrong with you." he said in a calm, and cold which he normaly never used. usualy he had that smug, calm voice. he basily now was ignoring Astia, since he cared little what she did.

Crowfoot
Astia eyed both soquili. Why didn't she just run away? That was all she wanted to do.Go crawl away. The tension in the air seemed like static now, as if anything would blow up at any minute. "I'm fine.." she nodded and shuffled her hooves. How the hell did she get into this?

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Aruna grit her teeth, nearly biting her tongue to the point of where it bled afterwards. "Something wrong with me?" she asked in a dangerously sweet voice, though her eyes, like Rahu's, remained stone cold. She hoped Astia wasn't feeling uncomfortable because of this! The poor mare should probably run before things got hectic... "I'm sorry, my dearest Rahu, but you just might be reading me wrong. There is absolutely nothing wrong with me."

Her voice was still too sweet even for her taste, and she turned to try and make conversation with the bright golden mare. "That's good. What are your favorite things to do? Tell me about yourself." Her voice was slightly dull and monotoned, but it was for the benefit of keeping Rahu from suspecting that she did have a problem, and also so that she could keep believing that she didn't care about him. Yep. She hated him. Yep. And he hated her. Yep. That's all it was, really. Yep, that's all it was... Mentally banging her head against an imaginary tree trunk, Aruna tried to keep focused on only Astia.

samus x
Rahu so wanted to smirk at what Aruna said but stayed not showing any emotion." my dearest Rahu? thats a new one Aruna. though with how your acting i highly doubt nothing is wrong. you should know by now, i can see through you." flick his tail, he eyed Astia then Aruna. he wanted to on the inside to talk to Aruna, but then he knew it would break his cold heartedness he spent too long geting back. shaking his head, he would not let himself become soft again.

Crowfoot
Tia twitched slightly as she watched the convorsation go further.Shouldn't she run? Maybe that was the smart choice.. If she were to get caught in the middle of things.. Her thoughts were suddenly cut off by Aruna's voice. "Hmm? oh, yes..I like to swim, run..and stuff..I don't have alot of freinds..lets see.. Bairn, Tempest gale, and a few others.I just arrived a few days ago." She shook her head. When she was nervous, she tended to talk.alot. She mentally sewed up her mouth.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Aruna's eyes definitely sharpened at the mention of her brother. "You've met my brother, Astia? Bairn never told me he met such a lovely mare." She shot Rahu a dirty look, though she was actually quite itching to talk with him privately. However, after all her hard-earned work of denying so much that she believed she hated him to the depths of her soul, she didn't want to go soft on him. Not ever again.

"It's not new. I'm just getting back at you because you keep calling me 'dear Aruna'... I didn't know you cared so much." She smirked right back at him. He hadn't stopped calling her that since they first met up tonight. In her mind, she wondered why it was that he did keep calling her that... The last time they met, he had never given any regards to her feelings from her confession... so maybe...?

samus x
Rahu almost chuckled but did not. " oh so you mocking me are you. seems like something you would not realy do, but then again you would mock me. oh and Aruna just so you know i meet your brother, a few days back and talked to him, then meet your mother. quite interesting talking to both." he ignored he last words, not even bothing to say somethign back to them. in truth he did not even know why he always said dear Aruna, when ever he talked to her. maybe it was because at the time, even now it was his feelings he had for her that made him say that. or maybe it was because he thought her differnt than all the other annoying weak mares.

Crowfoot
"Oh, yes," she said meekly, "Ive met him. He's very nice." She couldn't help but smile the teeniest bit at the thought of Bairn. He was so nice. She glared at Rahu. Why was he treating this mare so poorly?Duh.He was like that. She nuzzled Aruna on the shoulder, hoping his comment wouldn't effect her too much.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"You... You..." She was quivering. Whether it was because she was angry, or stunned, or just frustrated, even she couldn't tell. "Stay away from my mother!" she snapped, still quivering. It wasn't the way he talked to her that had her so "head over heels in love" (she supposed that was the best way to put it) but it was his voice and sound of it that had her tripping even over her words.

She nodded thankfully to Astia. "Th-Thank you..." she whispered, eyes suddenly downcast. She knew she acted differently with every Soquili she met, but what she didn't understand was... why couldn't she just stay indifferent to Rahu? Why? When she first met him, she had just been a filly. She had hated him then. She got older, and still hated him... and then found herself slowly falling. She decided she hated the emotion called love. All it did was cause pain.

"I'm glad my brother pleases you," she finally said aloud. "I miss him dearly. I haven't seen him lately at all. It's good to hear he finally has some sort of female company other than mine." She winked at Astia, though she knew they both could probably tell she was just being a fake at her emotions. She was never one quite to joke, anyway.

samus x
Rahu smirked now, he could not help it. " its not my fault, it was your brother who ahd me meet her. and so you know i acted very polite. oh and before i forget, your brother and mother would like to see you sometime.." oh he knew that what he said had made her blow up. knowing that, he had did it on purpose to actualy see what she would do.otaly now forgetin Astia, his focus was now on Aruna. he never did figure out why he had developed feelings for Aruna. but then because he had, he choose to try to get rid of them. and because of that, now he was able to be cold hearted. but he knew that if they talked alone, that he might go soft again. maybe even say something he did not want her to know.

Crowfoot
"No problem." she said, feeling a bit brighter at the thought of Bairn. "He's very very kind, and Im happy to have met him." She nodded. "Finally?" she blushed down to her hooves. Shifting her feet, she looked to the night sky once more, wishing to crawl away again as she was caught in the middle of things.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Smirking at Astia--the girl was quite amusing to tease a little--Aruna nodded. "Yes, finally. He doesn't seem to hang out with many mares that I know of. If he is, he's keeping that to himself..." She flicked an ear at Rahu, choosing to ignore him until he commented about her meeting them. Eyes widening, she nearly screeched aloud, but managed to calm down to just merely retort at him angrily. "Why you...!" she narrowed her eyes on him. This... buffoon was certainly enjoying taunting her, wasn't he!?

"You... You...!!" she couldn't think. Couldn't say anything, for that matter. What the hell was wrong with her? "St... Stop looking at me like that! Stop staring! Just... Just stay away from my mother! She doesn't need to know you... and if you ever meet my father, I swear, you better keep quiet! Or... or..." What was she going to do? She really couldn't think of anything to say. "As... tia..." she breathed shakily, shuddering violently. "Pl-Please... go and find my bro... brother. Please. I don't want you in the middle of this."

She was shaking hard now. She was angry, scared, and emotionally being attacked. She felt weighted over, like a hundred boulders had suddenly tumbled on top of her. "As... tia... Go... to my bro... ther... and... and stay there with him. Please." She didn't want Astia in the middle of this. It was time she talked with Rahu alone. And the only way to do that was to get Astia out of there, safe from Rahu. And her, too. She had a certain feeling about tonight...

Rahu calmly stood there with a smirk on his face. he had somewhat saw this coming. " my oh my Aruna your geting quite emotional." knowing full well this might end up like last time, but this time he was prepared for it. having now stoped smirking and stood there calm, he wondered what she would do next.

Crowfoot
"Wh-what?" She was scared. She had never seen another soquili like this before.. She nodded quickly to Aruna's requests, shaking. "O-ok Aruna.." shaking, she started to run off, glancing back at Aruna now and then, to make sure she was ok. Where was Bairn? It was dark and she could trip over ANYTHING.. so she kept her watch.

Aruna closed her eyes, nearly grinding her teeth. "Astia," she called after the fleeing mare, "There should be soft path in the direction you're going. It'll lead you to my brother's teepee. You'll find him there, and my mother, too." She turned to Rahu, opening her eyes. "Sh... Shut up Rahu! It's all your fault I'm like this!" She was never like this. Why was she crying? Oh no. She shook her head, trying to keep the tears away.

She didn't cry. She never cried.

"Rahu, we have to talk. Now that Astia's gone, we need... to... talk..." she swallowed, feeling suddenly nervous. She tried her best to blink away her tears. She had never cried in her entire life... not even as a filly. She hated this stallion through and through... and she loved him too. Unfortunately. She really missed her father now. Hania was out getting treated because he'd gotten sick, and she hadn't been able to meet her brother and mother yet. ...Brother... She ached for her brother.

Rahu stood, calm and cold. though seeing Aruna cry pained him on the inside. " oh really its my fault?? and what makes you think im going to stand here and talk?" still standing there, he was going to try his best at keeping his own emotions from showing. though he had harden his heart, it still seemed Aruna had a hold of it.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Aruna was panting now, trying to calm down. "You... You jerk!" she cried, continuing to cry. She couldn't stop. "Yes, it's your fault! I've never cried in my whole life! But you... You just made me cry..." Her voice lowered, eyes blinking from time to time. "...I've..." she sniffled, "...never cried... ever..."

samus x
Rahu snorted. " you explain to me how that is. and stop crying, it does no suit you." looking her in her eyes, he did not say anything else. he resited saying anything else, and awaited what else she would say. looking away, he looked up at the night sky to keep himself unemotional or atest he hoped.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Aruna shuddered--in an actual good way--when Rahu stared into her eyes before he turned away. She blinked, sniffling slightly, trying to stop her crying. "You... you jerk... I know crying doesn't suit me. I'm saying it's your fault because I love you... I tried to stop it. Tried to get over it, really. But when you left from my first confession, you never said anything... so I clamped down on that... trying to... forget it... and then... I see you again..." She had finally dried her tears a little. But just a little.

samus x
Rahu stoped looking at the night sky and turned to look at her calmly." its not my fault you love me. i never tryed to make you do that." flicking his tail, he stood there wonding what else to say. " you know as well as i do that i never ment to even see you again. so dont blam me for that. it shows your weak to blam others. you want to know the reason i choose to walk away?"

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
"Oh, for..." she said angrily, still blinking. "So I'm a weak mare because I blame others? That's an excuse, Rahu, and as far as I'm concerned, we're what we are because we're made this way! None of us can be cold like the moon, you know!" Her mind was starting to wither dangerously. She was also treading dangerous ground as well.

...Very dangerous.

The brook of water she had held so tightly sealed had been broken, just recently mended somewhat, but now she feared it to break once more. "No, you didn't make me love you--I would never even try it!--but it seems even without meaning to I did anyway," she retorted, finally under control slightly. "What's your reason to walk away, then, O great Rahu?" She was sarcastically angry now, she noticed. Good.

samus x
Rahu snorted and rolled his eyes. " dont make me laugh Aruna. and sinc eyou really want to know, i'll tell you." he glared at her and snorted again." its because i dont deal with emotions or mares very well. i choose to hate, dispise and be cold hearted to mares because when i was a colt my own mother abandoned me." he was visably shaking a little and turned away from Aruna. all the bad memories he had keeped hidden away, came back. shaking his head with a snort, he tryed to keep himself under control. " if you knew what i been through, you know know why im so cold."

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Aruna knew he didn't want her sympathy or pity. "Well, take a look at reality, Rahu," she spat, although she felt she was being too harsh. "I can never hope to understand you. My father was like you, actually! He never had a mother or a father. He still turned out okay. But you? Why are you so... so... infuriating?!" Indeed, she felt sorry that his mother had abandoned him. But instead of living his life out the way he was now, why didn't he just try and find companionship in someone? Sheesh.

samus x
Rahu turn to her and snapped in anger." you will never understand, and i wont explain myself to you." he already had said too much in saying something about himself." i have already told you too much anyways. if you can not understand, well then i have done a good job keeping others from knowing me." snorting he flicked his tail, and started to walk away. he was through with talking.

PhoenixGuardianMikazuki
Aruna snorted. "I... I hate you, Rahu!" She screamed at him, and huffing, turned away. She needed her brother. And her mother. And her father. Hell, she even wanted her sister. She wanted others who cared for her. Why did she love Rahu again? Oh, she didn't know. But now... Now... she hated him. Hated him to the core of her being. He had made her cry. He pained her her heart with his own heartless words, and he refused to allow anyone to try and understand him. He was... infuriating, impossible... Oh, she hated him. Her golden eyes flash angrily. "Fine. We're done talking, Rahu. Do as you please," she snapped, and then ran back to her home. She was already having a tough time enough.

samus x
Rahu snorted at her words and keep walking. did not even bother to look back. " yeah well i actualy care, even if i dont show it." he whispered to himself. gaving a sight as he walk back towards the stream. it pained him even more to have done ,what he had done. but even if he wanted to, he could not change who he was, or what happened.
