Rose took the cub and reached down taking back the Antidote from Alex. "Sorry little lady but you aren't getting this till you work for it." She said firmly. "Now go clean up after the elephants." She ordered.

"Nooo..." Alex tried to reach for the antidote that will turn him into a boy again. "Give back."

Sally patted Nori's shoulder. When Nori turned around, Sally held both of Nori's hand. "Hello. I'm sorry to bother you but I have to tell you that you have beautiful voice. Can we be friends?"

"Thank you." Sally beamed. "My name is Sally. I help my dad in his bakery. You can't miss it since its the only bakery shop on that street. Just follow along that road." Sally pointed to where her father shop is. "You must come there when you have the time. We have the most delicious bread around."

Nori smiled. "Bakery?" She squeaked, then sighed softly when she heard the words 'dad.' Nori was saddened with just that one word. "My father left me..he ditched me and my 3 brothers completely. After my mom died, he became bitter, and treated me and my 3 brothers like trash, then left us to rot..." She said softly.

"Oh my..." Sally was shocked. She gripped on Nori's hand tightly. "Where do you and your sibling live now?" She asked worriedly. She hope the girl don't live on the street like Alex. Its more dangerous for a girl like Nori.

Rose held it away from him. "No little lady. You are going to go work now to earn the antidote." She said firmly. "Victoria?!" Rose called. The whip woman came out. "Take him to the elephant area and have him clean up after them. It's getting messy there." She said. The woman Victoria nodded cracking a whip to grab Alex's wrists together and pulled him with her towards where the elephants were kept.

Now he'd been part of a show, the crew were more accepting of him, especially the magician who had invited him back to his tent after the show.
The ageing man told him many a tale, showing him books and trinkets from days past; Tala eyed them all with great interest - he was then offered a book.
"That was my first spellbook." the man smiled, "It's a decent enough read for an apprentice."
Tala took the book without a word, bowing his thanks before taking his leave to find a perch somewhere high so he could study in peace...

Lia looked for Rose managing to find her relatively quickly. "Ah, there you are, Zazu," she looked at this gathering around the mischievous cub and immediantly came to conclusions that Zazu had been up to something, "What has he done now?" She reached for the lion cub and gave him a bear hug as Zazu nuzzled his teeth into her shoulder.

Nori sighed. "In an small cottage in the forest nearby. My 3 older brothers and I are all doing everything we can to have our dad come back. But he never did..so we're doing everything we can to buy a better house somewhere in town.." She said softly, looking down at the floor out of sadness.

Rose smiled to Lia. "She is alright. She didn't get into too much trouble. She was having fun with a new member that has gone off with Victoria to clean up after the elephants." She informed. "Keep the little rascal under control or she might scare someone then we'd get sued."

Sally smiled widely. "You have beautiful voice. I'm sure you will be popular in near future. You will get discovered and money wouldn't be any issue anymore when that time come."

(wait I thought Flora was the whip lady XD. If Victoria the whip lady.. Erm so who is Flora?)
Alex was dragged away by Victoria even though he was reluctant. "Hey, you can't do this to me. Let me go." Alex tugged his hands.

Victoria shook her head. "I can do as I wish. I'm in charge of you." She said firmly smirking back at him as she pulled him. "You'll see it's not so bad working here. I find it enjoyable." She said smiling softly.
