 "Huh uh," she said as she finished up her last bite, "Well it was one quality that led me to choose you but your prestigious Teru lineage and finding upon relay messages to your father I found that you still hadn't left the village on a spiritual journey I figured your were a little more responsible than the younger Teru that had left early. Call it intuition," she shrugged as she got up and packed her back and slung it over her shoulder, "Now what do you say we get going?"

Ishira finished up his last spoonful, "Ahh, I haven't had a meal that filling in a long time," on his feet now he picked up his satchel, "Right, we just need to go down town until we reach the stairs that descend into the tower."

 "Okay!" Rhaplanca said enthusiastically. She led the way out of the room and to the entrance of the inn, once they exited so remarked on her lack of knowledge of the city, "You can lead now, heh heh, I haven't a clue how to get to the entrance of the tower she said with shame.

Ishira grinned, "Alright but you owe me big time," he said as he set off assured of his steps and the path to the south side of the city. They weaved through streets and alleys, "Almost there, it's not too far from the inn actually," he reassured her. Sure enough the city buildings parted to an entrance into the tower, "And here we are!" He said proudly with his arm stretched out to show Rhaplanca.

 "Oh right, I owe you one do I?" she laughed as she followed Ishira's footsteps. Yue had decided to ride on her shoulder again today.
This time Rhaplanca actually had the luxury of looking at her surroundings. Pallieu was very different from her home, it was crowded and bright with hologram screens with advertisements and news. It was a really fascinating place. Finally, when the building of the city thinned out and the towers entrance became visable.
"Good navigating, but I bet I'm a better navigator inside the tower," She said as she entered the threshold of the tower. She breathed in as a rush of data flowed within her. She had downloaded as many maps as she could find of the tower's inner pathways, "Through that door is the Frozen Eye," She pointed and smiled. A brief trip down the corridor beyond the sliding metal door proved her correct. the corridor widened into a vast room. In the center was a floating blue energy node. The entrance into the data stream of the Frozen Eye.

"Impressive," Ishira smirked, "Reyvateils are connected to Ar Tonelico so naturally it is logical for you to be familiar with it's corridors, however I doubt you can navigate through the frozen eye," Ishira grinned, "Once again it looks like you owe me," Ishira began reciting from memory the spell to transfer beings through the Frozen Eye by changing them into a data stream. As Ishira chanted a faint blue glow shone through the clothing on his back. In a rush he and Rhaplanca were teleported to the other side of the Frozen Eye, "Hoh boy, I'll never get used to that," he sighed and laughed, "How was it first timer?"

 "Next time it will be an air ship." Rhaplanca decided as she took a breather. Yue patted her head in sympathy, "Nyuuuu."
"I'm good no worries," she reassured Ishira, "However, I think I'll take a break from navigating. Lead the way please."

The mysterious grip on Rhemi's mind was loosening. She stood as soon as she could, her soft voice quivering, "Rhaplanca has entered the tower," her complexion paled, "I wonder how long I was out that they sent an early replacement... am I defective now?" Sadness filled Rhemi, "I'm sorry Rhaplanca, this is definitely not a life I wanted to push on you, I failed." Rhemi ressumed her post beneath the Chronicle of Orgel and folded her hands to her chest and smiled warmly, "I heard you sing for me, now it's time I sing for you. I will buy you as much time as I can with my remaining power, with all my heart."

Ishira had led Rhaplanca to the tower's exit to the Steppe of the Teru, a warm and green terrain, "This is the land of my people, the Steppe of the Teru. Ce Palym is not far, by leaving early we should make it when the sun is the highest," he smiled, "I think you'll like it there my people hold Reyvateils in high regard. As the guardians of the tower and the Reyvateils, we Teru have protected Pallieu for centuries. We were the ones to construct the Frozen Eye," Ishira was very proud of his heritage.

Rhaplanca was in awe. For the first time she was seeing real life plants and animals. The sun was warm for the first time.
"Wow, this place is amazing! I've never seen so much green! Or even animals!" she took in as much of the majestic scenery as she could.

Gannon nodded a bit as he listened to Mana's story. He'd had enough contact with the C.P.G. to know that they were full of it. "Well, either way..." He glanced back at the door. "We should probably get movin'. If we're headed up the tower, we should get some supplies." The Teru patted his pocket where his money was. "Maybe some new clothes for our new friend here. My treat." Gannon gave Hikari a wink and headed toward the nearest outfitters.
