Akela was totally ignoring the adults and she crouched low to the ground and crawled under the flowers. Making a maze in them.
"That it does. Its unique in its own right."Aegle said softly before rubbing her head against him. "How did you ever find this place?"She asked.

"Honestly, I came across it by complete accident," Leo said. The sun was just starting it's journey to the west, though it wouldn't be done for a couple more hours. As it moved at more of an angle the flowers seemed to glow gold.
"This land is right on Omaticaya borders, on the complete opposite side that I came wandering in from. I spend so much time out and about in the forest, I just didn't get around to this place until long after my arrival."

Akela waited till the adults where talking to each other before diving under the flowers to hide.
"So you were a little monkey stuck in the forest cause you like it so much that you didnt take the time to explore other places than?" Aegle asked teasingly before giving him a slight n**.

Leo laughed. "Maybe that's part of it. What I'm saying is that the forest is quite big. Can't turn around without hitting a tree. This place is a break from that. It's something everyone needs every now and then."

Aegle nodded "That is true but I think its more because your part monkey."She teased him playfully. She bit his scruff and pulled on it growling slightly.

"I would like to think squirrel over monkey, squirrels are so much more agile."
Leo answered Aegle's growl with a small one of his own. He used his convient height to n** the tip of one of her ears, gently pulling on the delicate flesh.

"No I'm pretty sure your a monkey."Aegle mumbled while not letting go of Leo. She pulled more using a little bit more pressure. Her ears twiched listening to Akela's movements in the flowers.
Akela made sure she was coverd by the light, soft golden petals of the flowers. She sniffed alittle noting that they smelled nice and that she one day would have to come back to get some.

Leo whipped his bushy tail around and bounced it off of Aegle's face. He made sure the blow was soft enough to not strike her with the bone hidden among the fur, so that all Aegle would have gotten was a face full of fluff.
Her tugging on his scruff wasn't painful so much as it pulled him, like moving a kit. He cast his amethyst eyes over the field of flowers, seeing if he could spot Akela. He didn't expect to, bright sunshine tended to mask white quite well.

Akela held complete still as Leo looked in her direction. She even held her breath. She kept her limbs close to her body and just stared back.
Aegle pulled Leo enough to off balance him than let go and jumped back. She was quick on her feet. She was bouncing on her toes to keep the moment up so just in case he didnt fall he wouldnt be able to get her. Her hair swayed this and that way as she bounced.

Leo felt his center of balance shift, and he was falling. From the angle he knew he wouldn't be able to correct and resume him balance in time to stop the fall, and that trying to reposition himself would only make his legs flop about in a most ridiculous fashion.
So he let himself fall. It wasn't as if it hurt, with the flowers providing a nice cushion. The smell of earth and growing things was much stronger now that his face was close to the ground, and the sunlight felt warm on his side. He sighed in contentment, stretching out his legs 'til his toes splayed out and then went limp in relaxation.

Aegle peered over him and laughed "What are you doing dear?" she gentle brushed her paw down his back. She did the a couple more times as if to caress him.

"It feels nice," Leo murmered, already drowsy. He swiped a paw at the air a couple times, as though trying to pull Aegle down next to him without touching her. With the warmth and everything being normal and right, it felt good to just lie down and relax after swimming in the river and walking through the forest to get here.

Aegle leaned down and kissed Leo's cheek. "Yes Dear? what would you like?" She hovered over Leo nipping at his cheek. She continued to run her paw down his back enjoying the feel of his fur under it. It tickled a little but felt nice.

"Lay down with me, it feels really relaxing," Leo murmered. The stroking of his back left behind a tingling sensation, and helped to keep him slightly more lucid than he would have otherwise been.
He moved his head back a little to peer to the field. From the ground, he could see better under all the flowers. Far off, nearly hidden by the forest of stems, he thought he saw a bundle of white and purple.

Akela didn't move a muscle. In her head she was wishing or praying that the flowers would bend down and protect her from Leo's sight. "Come on flowers"she whispered to them softly. She was pretty sure they wouldn't move but she could hope right.
Aegle smiled at Leo "If that is what you want dear,"She said in a sweetly. She laid down with him smiling. Pushing her way into his stomach she got very comfy and felt very safe. "Your right it feels nice." she told him before giving him a quick peck on the cheek.
