Scrap nodded, it would be best to take advantage of Darkrai's weakness. He stood up with his bone at the ready, "Let's go!" he ran into the fray without hesitation. "Bonemerang!" he threw his bone at Dark; causing it to hit him in the head and fly back into Scrap's hand. He noticed Klash limping back to her team, unable to do much in her current state.

Klash was slowly making her way back to relative safety, positioning herself behind Urvine and his constant stream of fire. The turtle Pokemon didn't seem tired in the slightest, however the little Cyndaquil on his back was a different story. Trev had nearly passed out but perked up when he noticed that Darkrai was weakening. Every sloppy attack and his poor defense was just show of that. "We might have a chance..." he grumbled.

Urvine kept up the fire, determined to do whatever it took to protect his team. He wasn't about to give up after they had gotten this far.

Scrap continued throwing his bone at Darkrai, each attack seemed to be effecting him more and more. Even if he was a legendary, he still wasn't able to keep track of every single opponent coming at him. They were relying on strengths in numbers now. He threw his bone once again at Darkrai.

Klash sighed, the pain once again began to fade from the wound. "I'm sorry it's just...I don't want to be useless.." she remembered the memories she had experienced earlier, and the depression slowly began to build. She wasn't usually one to dwell on the past. The Zangoose watched as almost every team attacked Darkrai at once, including Scrap and Urvine.

Trev snapped himself out of his nearly unconscious state and started to use his Flamethrower again. He didn't know if his attack was doing anything, but at least it was distracting Darkrai from attack the close combat Pokemon. Just a little bit longer! he thought.

It wasn't merely numbers that was distracting the Darkrai. It was in large the Scyther that dodged in and out, weaving around attacks easily. He was tired as hell, but he was too frustrated to care. No one showed him that again. Albus too was tired, but after seeing the reactions of those who had awoken... He wasn't willing to go to sleep. Not until this thing was gone.

Lia sighed. "It's fine. You can fight on it, but... If you keep this up, you're going to be stuck in bed for a week." If the Zangoose kept going, she wouldn't be able to walk for at least a little while. The effort was worsening the strain on the already injured leg.

ASAR and Sam kept doing their Sludge Bomb/Signal Beam~! Shishishi, we seem to be succeeding... "Power level warning triggered. Current percent: Forty." Sam glanced up at the Porygon. 40%? That should be plenty. Even with the double-strength Signal Beam.

Tolin sprinted forwards, or seemed to. The moment Darkrai began to swing, Tolin stepped back out of range easily and shot a Vacuum Wave. The blatant opening left by the failed attack made it easy to circle, and easy to X-Scissor.

Albus took the diverted attention and circled the opposite way. He smashed into the Legendary's back, hitting the third card.



Avery swooped in for another strike, dodging around a missed Dark Pulse and clawing at the Darkrai's misty head as he passed.

Team HTPN

As the fight raged on, Sheena gasped as she felt her body get consumed by darkness. Her vision was getting more and more hazy as Darkrai's body started to fade. Closing her eyes once more, she used a Leaf Storm upon what she thought was Darkrai's body.

"Ah! Sheena!" Kurogane shouted as he was hit by the Leaf Storm. "We're on the same team!" The Lairon shouted, trying to snap Sheena from her daze.

"Lies! Darkrai, you can't fool me!" The Sunflora shouted as she turned around soon to realize that she was surrounded. Three more Darkrais appeared, fighting each other. "W-w-w-what's going on?!" Sheena cried as she started backing up.

"Snap out of it!" Jessica shouted, jumping in front of Sheena. Signaling Kurogane to continue battling Darkrai, she purred as she approached Sheena calmly. "I'm not Darkrai...trust me."

"More lies!" Sheena cried out, knowing she could hear Jessica's voice from the Darkrai. What was happening to her? All she could see were Darkrais; even her friends resembled him.

"Trust me..." Jessica purred as she came closer and closer towards Sheena. "Close your eyes and listen to my voice..." Sheena's face nodded, but her eyes were very difficult to tell whether she had them open or closed. "Now use a Sunny Day, awaken from your Haze!" Jessica shouted as she jumped away from Sheena, turning around to fight Darkrai once again.

"Trust what I know in my heart...not what I see..." Sheena thought to herself, clearing everything from her environment. "Sunny Day!" Her face started to glow violently as a ball of light came out of her face. Her eyes were enlightened as the battlefield came back into play. "DARKRAI!" She shouted as her heart started to pour out into battle. Her face beginning to glow as violent as she ever had before. "Solar Beam!"

"Signal Beam!" Zelos shouted, jumping besides Sheena. Adding onto the Solarbeam, thinking of the strength the two attacks could add.

"Not without me!" Jessica meowed, jumping besides the other end of Sheena. "Thundershock!" She purred as the three attacks came together.

"Protect!" Kurogane shouted jumping in front of the three beams, getting pushed towards Darkrai. "Dragon Rush!" Kurogane shouted as the protect barrier was still there, gaining control of the powerful attack. Dashing towards Darkrai, the shadow pokemon's body broke into pieces but as the shadow pieces came together, the three beams struck him.

The tension of the battle gone, the entirety of the army felt exhaustion. Each and every one of them had kept themselves running on nothing but fear and adrenaline. Most of them would have passed out during the fight, if not for the horrible nightmares the presence of His would create.

Still, each of them had their duties to do. Sam called down ASAR. His power was fine.

Lia examined the mildly injured, giving whatever aid she could through Aqua Ring.

Avery floated above the group, happy to go home.

Tolin and Albus kept a close eye on the idiot guildmaster. They nearly choked him to death when he half shouted "Grandfather!" to half the army.

When all was well, however, they marched back. All of them were ready to sleep.
