If you all don't start something soon i will >.> But if i do start something it will take all the focus off of the Hakumei so i really don't want to do so cause i don't want this to be about me O.o

When its for the guilds activity and to promote hakumeis actions yes I believe it is.

Especially when both of your characters have to meet, then have to fight eachother...
Yeah, and i think it takes away from other people in the guild who might have wanted a position, but both of your characters have a high position.
Although, you do have a point in making the guild more active, but I think it should be everyones job to promote activeness. Not just the hakumei minions... But yes.

That's one thing some may not consider, but there it is.
So, I recall a rule about traveling from village to village. Or a chart that determines that. So where is it exactly? I can't seem to find it in the Beginner's books for starters or something.
