Like I said in the other post, my name tends to be transliterated. My Spanish teacher calls me "Athán" There is one person in the entire class whose name wasn't simply re-pronounced, and that's Juanita (whose real name I don't even know!), and that was an accident on the part of the teacher. J. commented that she didn't mind, since her boyfriend calls her that anyway rofl

Feudeaube Kokoroki my first name is Joshua I know it's hebrew but I don't know what it means Joshua - Yehoshua (יהושוע) - means "god is salvation". that's interesting biggrin

Dave My mother's maiden name is Impastato, which is a great little Italian name. I could have been Dave Impastato! How cool is that? I'm kinda mad at my dad for marrying her and messing it up. xp heh I could have been Josh Nielsen (son of Niel)

My name is Lucie, that's mean "lux" in latin (light in english). others call me Lou because spanish and italian pronounce my name Loucie. (Italian: Lucia, English : Lucy, Spanish : Lucía)

Irish and Japanese names are cool, and the languages too... My Irish name is Maitilde, but I dunno my Japanese name. My name is Mathilda if someone know.
