Granted. Everyone becomes obnoxious know-it-alls and the human race dies out from being so annoyed with itself.
I wish for a pair of wings, like the bird kids from Max Ride.

Granted. But your wings are so tiny that they can't even a fit a chicken and thus your dreams of flying free are crash-landed for all eternity.
I wish alchemy were real and I can get my license and be a State Alchemist.

Granted. It turns out to be a nasty bad-tempered little thing with no respect for you and escapes immediately after you release it from the Pokeball.
I wish Gaia Cash Cards were available in my country so I can get all those great premium items.

Granted but they become so common gaia-sama becomes rich and updates gaia to the point where you have to pay to get into gaia in return no one goes on gaia and people start to leave due to the prices of everything.
i wish i could meet dane cook without him being a jerk or crazy or mean.

Granted, but on that day you're PMS-ing (I'm assuming you're female) and snap ferociously at him so often that he leaves before you can get his autograph. lol
I wish I could go to a concert ten years from now where robots sang with Vocaloid technology.

Granted. The first song s great, but there's a sudden malfunction which causes the robots to burst into flames. The place is set on fire, and you die from smoke inhalation.
I wish I had more energy...

Granted. You have so much energy, you randomly zap hapless critters around you. The normal person would find this hilarious, but you find it traumatizing and end up shutting yourself away from everything, including your beloved pets.
I wish the American Death Note movie would be almost exactly like the story in the anime.

Granted. Your changing the past means you can't change the past which leads to you being stuck in a vicious cycle that has no clear end.
