Perking her ears as she heard movement, she didn't have time to react when she felt the strong fingers lift her chin up to look to the face of her beloved. Already she felt like putty gazing into those green eyes, so strong, but so loving. No matter how emotional or fretful she got...he could bring her back in a heartbeat.
Why am I trying so hard...he always said he fell for me, for just being me. A bright smile stretched on her lips as eyes closed half way, giving him that adoring gaze she often felt flutter in her heart. "Of course not." She breathed and placed a dainty paw on each of his cheeks and leaned in to press her lips to his.

Smiling once more, he soon found he was pulled into another one of those kisses that even as rain poured down over the tarp, things seemed silent and still.
When he pulled back he gave her a look he only gave once before. But it was her choice to make if she took it one step further than kissing and romantic words

Immediately she recognized that look, that night still so vivid in her minds eye. There was a brief moment she wondered, but it was pushed aside from those gorgeous emerald eyes. With a gaze only for him she grabbed the collar of his under suit and motioned to pull him down with her; the lull of the rain matching well with the steady rhythm of her heart.

It was early morning by the time Koyuki had awoken next to her sleeping mate in the comfort of their shelter. The sun was barely lifting in the horizon as she couldn't help but smile as she quietly pulled her hair into a half decent style and slipped on her kimono. Sneaking out into the daylight she stretched and made her way to the edge of the land and sat with her feet over the ledge; watching the sun rise and breathing in that crisp air after the rain.

Soon being pulled down, he knew his question was answered quickly. At least now he could try to make up for being away for so long.
In the darkness of the pounding rain and thrashing wind, golden orbs glared at the front of the tent, the occupants inside hidden from their vision. The thin black pupils narrowed in a flash of lightning, wind blowing a blue cape around dramatically, and armor sleek from the pounding rain. The creature couldn't help but let out a sinister laugh as it disappeared in the next flash of lightning

It was an early morning, and Jerome couldn't be bothered for the world. Apart from extracurricular activities, he was also exhausted from his previous trek to the ocean. Sleep was his friend, and he didn't stir from his sleep as his beloved moved from the tent to watch the sunrise

While the sun began to peek over the mountains, the vixen sat in amazement as she gentle breeze lifting up from the rock face tousled her hair and kimono. Closing her eyes for but a moment she could almost feel the sensation of free falling through the air; how free and wondrous a feeling it was, too. Not wanting to miss a moment of the sunrise; she must have sat there for goodness knows how long till the brilliant shades of gold, orange and red vanished from the horizon to meet with the vast blue of the skies above.
Deciding she had wasted enough time, she stood up and began to sing softly a hauntingly beautiful song from memory in her native tongue; careful not to awake her beloved. "Kaze yo, watashi wa osorenai. Ai koso, mitsukedashita kiseki yo...kimi wo, shinjite'ru yorokobi....." It was rare for the vixen to decide to sing, a gift gone unused since she had ceased with her Geisha training once devoted to the spartan sleeping just off to the side. She began to root around for some edible vegetation around the site; hoping to dig up a little something for breakfast before the trip home.

He couldn't help but over hear the lovely song drift to his ears, but still in his subconscious dreams, he only smiled in his sleep and groaned happily as he turned over to lie on his stomach. "Pretty....song..." he murmured in his sleep, having no actual clue that the song he was hearing was in fact being sung
Curled in a ball, wrapped in his vast blue cape, the creature from the night before stirred. Still soaked from the night's rain, it's glowing eyes quickly spotted the vixen through the foliage. Wasting no time, the knight melded into the shadows, and soon reappeared in the shadow casted by the small vixen. "Such a lovely melody you sing, Mi'lady." the knight said. His voice was shockingly warm, and could easily be mistaken for that of a young boy or a low voice woman. He looked down at her with the glowing orbs, but they changed from the night before, but only to make the black armored fox seem less evil

With the song still ringing in her head and echoing out her lips; she happily continued to pick up a few mushrooms when the sudden voice rang through her ears as she yipped; whirling around and backing right into the tree she had been infront of in a startle. Looking up at the dark knight, she clutched her heart as his voice had fooled her with its warmth and not feeling the need to call out to Jerome.
"Aiiieeeyya....You scared me." She breathed, trying to quickly compose herself as she looked quickly to the side....where did he come from so quietly? "Ah...Thank you; I wasn't aware I had an audience..." Tucking a straying lock of hair behind her ear, she returned her gaze politely up to the knight and took note of those strange glowing eyes. "Can...I help you, Sir?"

Still deep in his dream land he tossed onto his back now. "Why'd did you stop Koyu...." he trailed off in his sleep, oblivious to anything around him
He flicked his head, allowing the long silver wire trailing behind him to gracefully float in the air for a moment, before catching the slight breeze once more. "We apologize for startling you, but we overheard you talking about us yesterday." he said with nobility and grace lacing his words. It was something he was common of doing, but only because of his species line. He was thankful he didn't get a ridiculous and nasal voice as his royal blood cousins did.
"You were mentioning our armor making prowess, where you not?" he said, looking back to her again, crossing his arms in a non threatening manner

Raising a brow as she made sure to be polite about someone who had such an ancient way of speaking; she couldn't help but raise her brow slightly as it didn't quite register. She was pretty sure she didn't even know who this fellow was let alone talk about him.
However that one little word was the final piece of her clockwork as she could feel the hair on the back of her neck bristle; trying not to let the breath which had caught in her throat go noticed. It was him, this dark knight....He had been watching.
Koyuki wasn't sure if she should be afraid for the fact Jerome was right all along or that he was right here infront of her.
"I....was..." She spoke softly, her ears folding back as she continued to keep his gaze despite the height difference. "I wasn't expecting this sudden appearance, though." It was truth, was he really here to strike a bargain so soon? And what could he want?

The spartan rolled once more in his sleep, now having some saliva slip past his open lips. Once again he murmured in his sleep. "Red head's got a gun" he had no clue that if heard he might have gotten a slap to the face
With a fluid motion, he cleared the size difference by kneeling down to one knee and placing his right hand on the knee brought from the ground. "Ah. Then you do know of us" he remarked, making sure not to break eye contact with her.
"We come when we are called, Mi'lady. You ask of our services, we are more than happy to oblige" he commented bowing his head and remaining to speak with his noble words. He had no true intentions as of yet for corruption. He was a Digimon of his word, and would graciously provide where he could before asking for anything in return

Yes...because you've been watching. Her mind reminded her as she fought back the chill in her spine and the growing pit of concern in her gut. Thankful at least when he dropped down, she could look right across to him as her tail curled gently around her leg.
"I...mean not to be blunt, but you can make this magical armor of which I was told of? That would protect me from the dangers of this world and others?" Surely since they both knew why he was here that she didn't need to waste his time beating around the proverbial bush. It was hard to keep reminding herself that she was told of his 'evil' ways when he seemed so gentle and chivalrous; but not everything was always as it seemed.
"More importantly..." Koyuki took a breath, trying to compose her nerves as she stared quite sternly into his eyes. "....what exactly goes on if you chose to ask for me to sell myself to the darkness?"

He flipped the wire away from his back once more. It had a bad habit of bunching up and causing him discomfort.
"You ask for armor? Magical as well? Well, we can oblige, but our magic is waning without the digital energy we are used to, but you are small. If you desire it, then it shall be made to do what you want it to." he said bowing his head, but soon noting that she caught on to something that most didn't know of.
"So you know of our sacrifice? Well we don't make things for free" he said with a slight gentle laugh. "But we don't ask for much either. We just ask that after what you desire is given to you, that a soul close to you swears to serve my master." he looked down at the ground for a moment, but then looked back. "However. In your case, your armor will take care of that and will most likely just make you feel the need to serve ourself or our master. There's really nothing else that will change. You would never notice either" he remarked smirking under his helmet.
"Of course, the effects of the dark magic would not take place until you are satisfied with your armor. We may be sinister, but we would like to think we are a gentleman as well"

"I don't want to be an Achilles heel for my mate...I know I can never be up to the caliber he is to protect myself or the ones I love....its why I need whatever you can supply to do this for me." She looked back to the tent with a sadness, if things were really going to get bad; she would die at home not knowing what was becoming of her family.
Turning her gaze back to him she have a solemn nod. "I was told of such price, and do understand little is free now a days." She listened very carefully as she was trained to do, picking apart his words and making sure she understood them fully. "I would never ask anyone I value to give their soul to the darkness for my sake; so you will get mine in its entirely...so long that is all that is done after this exchange is complete and I am not a vessel for something sinister." Folding her own arms across her chest, her ears laid flat on her hair as she continued to consider....if it was just her with no ill to Jerome or Bryyo and Nariko....it couldn't be so bad.
Closing her eyes for a moment, she took another breath...hoping Jerome was right about him; and that she wasn't going to lose what she wanted to dearly to protect. Opening her eyes back out, she put out her paw to him. "I hold you to your word, dark one. I accept these terms....or however you do these things."

He put a fist to his chest and bowed his head once more. "It is your armor, it will have whatever you need it to do. If you only want it as something to protect you, then that's what it will do." he cautioned her. He necessarily didn't want to go through all kinds of work and then find she would be dissatisfied with it.
"It would only effect you. We say close, we refer to physically attached. So unless you have something that could otherwise effect this term, then you should have no worries as to who is corrupted." he said as he stood once more, feeling that they were soon to bid a farewell, but if she had anything further to say, then he wasn't going to vanish

Nodding her head slowly, she let out a small sigh of relief knowing all was going to be well. She wasn't entirely sure what she expected out of the armor, but figured by how he was describing it that it would know before she did.
"Good, that is what I wanted to hear....I assume you will be able to find me again?" It wasn't the smartest question; yet she figured it was best to hear it right from him than sit wondering if she was expected somewhere as she folded her paws infront of her. Oddly enough a swell of excitement rose in her heart as she came to the realization she really was going to be able to accompany her beloved...that sting of loneliness easing in her soul.
