Ever since Hitomi was little and had learnt about her clans history, she vowed to be the best. She wanted to live up to her familys name, and be the best shinobi in her clan. Aside from the head leaders. She tried to learn as much as she could about her family from a very young age, knowing she was to young to fight. This never stoped her from getting into fights with her brothers, to where she won as much as she lost. As soon as she was able to start learning on her own she did. She became flexible and quick in her steps, almost gracefull from all the balancing she had done when little.
Though a tragic accadent caused her to stay in bed a while. She wasn't aloud to go outside let alone walk around for almost a weak. Even now she doesn't remember much of what happened. But a nerve in her arm and back were cut. Causing her a lot of pain, as well as losing the feeling in her left arm and her back. The medical nin were able to heal her as best they could. But almost like a reminder that she could not fail, her back and arm still flare in pain from time to time.
She was released from the hospital, and not to much longer afterwards, her mother died of a disease, Leaving her the only female left in her family. Growing up around boys she had to learn to tough it out. To let nothing step in her way, no matter why or who it was. And her goal in life is to be the best...at any cost.

[Looks good buddy just a few things though.
*You might want to give yourself a Ninja class. Like the Sub-classes. [i.e. :Speed Ninja,Summoning Specialist,etc.]
*The once you do that put what sort of Profession your going to try to get you char. to be. [ANBU Ops,Oinin Commander,Ninjutsu Master,etc.]
*Once you get that fixed,you'll be able to better edited your Battle Strength's/Weaknesses,as well as your own Shinobi Skills.
When you get that fixed up I'll check it again blaugh

Rex and Shira were born on the outskirts of Kiri and lived there with their parents until they were 10 years old. There house happened to be out of the war so the great wars had left it alone through out the years of the wars. One day they both woke up covered in blood and their parents were missing. They figured that worse and went to the village to get help, once there they were put under arrest for killing their parents and sentenced to be executed. Before their execution they were able to escape, where they were for years is unknown to everyone. They eventually came back and began living inside of the village, no one remembered who they were. Now that they have their life's again they decided to go to the academy to learn to be ninja's. Hopefully no one remembers them.

Raiken is not a chakra element, you probably meant to say Raiton
Also if you have a bloodline or clan, your chakra starts a medium, unless stated otherwise by the clan/bloodline.
also you can have another subclass.
it will allow your ninja not only to become stronger, but allows for better fighting capabilities, give her element control Raiton, and she will be able to master Raiton a lot faster.
Also fill out the Shinobi special skills (( Copy and paste the things in brackets on your Clan/bloodline, and your ninja type/class ))
Fix these four points and I'm sure that Panthers will accept you. ;p if you need help, you have panthers or me >.> I
