((There is no roof! The cleave spell took the roof off. So, y'know, it's kinda gone. It's the middle of the day, so if the noise didn't wake him up, the light probably did, which means he would have reacted by now. Just let him post.))

((Sorry 'bout that guys, after Friday (Saturday?) whenever I was last on, I had so much to do I couldn't get back on. Stupid Science projects.))
Zakkon sat there in the bed, his passive body position seemed as if he hadn't even woken up. But how could that be, the sun was shining bright, and the Cleave spell certainly hadn't been subtle when it had taken off the roof of the cabin. He seemed to stir, but just turned on his side and went back to sleep. The general assumption would be that there were just too many enemies and they were much too well equipped. So he just lay on his side, enemies only a short distance away, sunlight flooding the cabin, shadows covering his face from the remaining wall, and a small remaining part of the cabin's ceiling.

Arnix runs straight at the cabbin jumping up on to crates and in to the room with as much grace as a Redguard can mannage in full armor! "Rise and shine sleepy head!" And Raises his axe "NOW YOU DIE......."

(No, your old post was godmodding because Pious didn't have a chance to respond to cleave.) Kah stayed with maikau, he needed to protect him in case that other asassin went to destroy him. That spell seemed to take a lot of magick. He hoped that he could fire it in time.

The axe struck home, driven straight through Zakkon's face, and through the bedding, into it's strong oak-wood frame, where it's forward momentum was finally brought to an abrupt stop.
A battle raging barbarian would never notice, but the only thing that brought the cold, slightly congealed blood, spraying from the corpse was the force of the blow. Closer scrutiny, had the face not been utterly obliterated in the blow, would have revealed that the face that was prior to the blow, covered by shadows, was really that of the Captain, corpse brought back from the Temple where it had been left.
Suddenly, now that he was no longer jumping through the air, the Hidden Dwemer Traps*, which had been placed in various places, (under the table, and a chair, behind the chest, and under the bed, not to mention in a few other places), all targeted Arnix, and let loose a stunning arsenal of Poison, Fire, Shock, and Frost damage, that came forth like a wave of elemental death.
Zakkon stepped out of his hiding place behind Maikau and Kah, canceling the Invisibility effects of Flitting Shadows, but keeping the Shortblade and Lightarmor benefits of Leaved Raiment, and the Health and Strenght blessings of Heartwood.
He silently placed his arm around both Kah's and Maikau's necks, resting the blade of dual Daedric Shortblades, (not really available in Oblivion, but I needed something here that I could hold both, if you want, I can replace the one at Maikau's neck with an Elemental Spell of some sort, but I do wish they'd add Dual Wielding).
"Though it's obviously unnecessary to inform you of this, in your current predicament, I'm pretty sure you already guessed it. However, for the sake of being sure, make one move that even looks like you're reaching for a weapon, or trying to cast a spell, and you'll soon find yourself without a throat."
Maikau was subdued by his spell casting for now, but Zakkon still had to be ready. He had no idea how long that'd last for.
*Strange Dwemer (Mechaniaitions? Traps?) Found in Tribunal, in Mournhold after hearing about this lady who was getting very much interested in Dwemer Inventions, and was going crazy. Follow her down into a Cave Complex, and you discover this strange Machines that shoot fire, lightening, frost, and poison at you.
Quite intriguing.

((No, I think dual weapons are okay. After all, it would be possible to hold them in real life...))
Maikau didn't stop chanting his spell. Within three seconds of the dagger at his throat, the spell doubled in size, and a light blue color was added to the swirling orb. He knew full well that Zakkon was threatening to kill him, but it had quite the opposite effect than that of fear. He just wanted to finish the spell faster.
Without saying a word, a sting bolt shot out of the orb, and flew toward Zakkon's face. If he failed to dodge it, certain death would follow; even with the poison cancelled out, no spell could heal the amount of damage to his brain. If he dodged it, it would leave Kah able to attack him, and protect Maikau for about ten more seconds.
Of course, Maikau knew that one sting spell was not enough. As soon as the spell got an inch away from the orb, it shattered, and each tiny, almost invisible shard flew in every direction. Anyone behind Kah and Maikau would be hit in at least one vital organ, by one of the seventy missiles.
Ten seconds... That was all Maikau needed before his spell was complete. It was over half-way completed, so if Zakkon decided to interrupt it, he would still be hard pressed to dodge the massive spell. The orb was almost a foot in diameter, and small lightning bolts started to jump around on its surface as it slowly neared completion.

(( That's good, I needed to be able to do that. Arnix'll think of a way to escape the traps in the cabin, so he can post that when he returns.))
Zakkon saw the shock spell go towards his face, and was forced to remove the Daedric Shortblade from Maikau's neck, and spring behind Kah. He placed the other dagger right at the top of the spinal cord, where it met the skull, and pulled the Khajit in front of him. Maikau must have a temporary alliance with the other two, or else they would've already been fighting him, so Zakkon doubted that Maikau would let harm come to the Khajit.
He hoped so anyway...

Kah was stuck in quite a predicament. What could he use to escape from this? Then his rings helped him. Kah quickly cast Santuary on the ring from arnix. Then he ducked down and cast see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. That would keep him busy for a while, almost enough to have Maikau finish the spell. Then he would have him cast it, and kill the darn assassin. Once and for all. Kah cast invisibility on himself and started inching back to maikau. He had to "protect the package."
